神奈川県鎌倉市にある「はんなりいなり」へ撮影に伺いました。
こちらは鎌倉駅から徒歩5分。鶴岡八幡宮へと続く小町通り沿いに店を構えるお店です。
大きな鉄板で焼き上げる玉子焼きが道行く人の目を引き、観光客でにぎわっています。

今回ご紹介するのは、なんとうなぎ一本を丸ごと使っただし巻き卵。
ふわふわ食感の甘め玉子焼きの中に、香ばしく焼かれた蒲焼きがまるごと包み込まれています。
出汁のやさしい風味と、うなぎの旨みが口いっぱいに広がります。

出来上がった玉子焼きは蒸し器で保温された状態で提供されるので、いつでも温かく出来たての味わいを楽しめます。

    【Hannari Inari】
    We visited Hannari Inari, a popular eatery located in Kamakura, Kanagawa Prefecture.
    Just a 5-minute walk from Kamakura Station, the shop sits along Komachi Street, which leads to the famous Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine.
    The sight of fluffy tamagoyaki being freshly grilled on a large iron griddle in front of the store catches the attention of passersby, drawing in crowds of tourists.

    Today’s featured dish is a luxurious dashimaki tamago (Japanese rolled omelette) made with an entire fillet of grilled eel.
    The sweet and fluffy omelette is generously wrapped around a whole piece of savory, caramelized unagi kabayaki (grilled eel in soy-based sauce).
    The gentle flavor of the dashi broth and the rich umami of the eel create a perfect harmony in every bite.

    Once cooked, the tamagoyaki is kept warm in a steamer, ensuring it's always served hot and fresh.

    The shop offers both dine-in and takeout options, making it a perfect stop during your stroll around Kamakura!

    Я не знаю но мне кажется что яйца с рыбой это очень не вкусно и даже противно.
