Hawaii Vlog🌺7日間のハワイ旅行費用公開|2025年6月リニューアルのリッツ・カールトン滞在&ハレイワ人気カフェ巡り【後編】

Hello, I’m YURIE, a travel writer! This video is the second half of my Hawaii vlog. We moved hotels and explored North Shore and Hawaii Kai! Continuing from day 4 in Hawaii. We’re moving to a new hotel today. It just finished a major renovation in June 2025! Checking in to The Ritz-Carlton, Waikiki. Let’s start the room tour! I stayed here for an article assignment. It’s an article with a reader giveaway, so I’ll link it in the description! Our room is a Deluxe Ocean View Suite (1 bedroom). It’s a residence type with a full kitchen. The fridge and freezer are both large size. It has all the cookware and tableware you need, perfect for long stays. There’s even a toaster, kettle, and juicer. Is this tumbler a souvenir gift? Next, the bedroom. It’s separate from the living room, so very comfortable. The view from the bedroom is also oceanfront! It’s a walk-in closet, so plenty of storage space. The bathroom is luxurious with lots of marble. Amenities are by Diptyque! It’s great to have a separate bathtub. Double sinks make the bathroom spacious and easy to use. It’s stocked with toothbrushes and all the amenities you need. There’s another closet in the bedroom. Open the door next to the entrance and you’ll find a washer and dryer. So convenient! We visited a boutique we go to every time we’re in Hawaii. I almost bought this cute mesh skirt! We’re heading to SALT in Kakaako, and the weather’s nice so we’re biking! Biki and Uber cost about the same! In the U.S., bikes are considered vehicles, so you ride in the bike lane or on the road. The bike lane is marked with a bicycle symbol. Since they’re considered vehicles, you follow the car traffic lights. Slightly cloudy weather is perfect—cool and comfortable. Nice workout! We returned the bikes at a station near our destination and arrived safely! This is another boutique I always check out when I visit Hawaii. They didn’t have what I was looking for this time, but I’ll stop by again next time. We had a little time before our dinner reservation, so we grabbed a drink at a nearby bar. I had my favorite Manoa mead. Heading to one of Hawaii’s hottest new restaurants, hard to get a reservation. Finally made it to PARIS! Girls’ night out with a local friend! We went for the wine pairing course. Starting with a watermelon kombucha! First course was ahi poke, with oysters and beef—refreshing and delicious. Second course was a vegetable tart. Third course was kampachi carpaccio—beautiful presentation! The texture and tang of the finger lime pearls were a perfect match—amazing! Fourth course was sautéed sea bass. Light and delicious as well. Since the chef is Japanese, the French cuisine wasn’t heavy—just how I like it. Fifth course was risotto—one with added uni. Sixth course was the main meat dish—upgraded to beef! The regular was chicken! The meat was great, but the eggplant side was also soft and delicious. A handsome Japanese chef! (Filmed with permission) Dessert was peach and mango sorbet. I loved that I could enjoy the whole meal without feeling heavy—so satisfying! Will be back! Back at the hotel! The pool is open at night, perfect if you want to avoid sunburn. Good morning! It’s day 5 in Hawaii. Having breakfast at the lobby restaurant. Kalua pork omelet! Hearty and one of my favorites! And the classic Hawaiian loco moco. Both were delicious and very filling. Boutique inside The Ritz-Carlton, Waikiki. Great selection and beautifully curated. We booked a cabana until early afternoon, so we’re relaxing here. Here’s what the inside of the cabana looks like. It even has a TV! Snacks are complimentary. There’s a safe for your valuables too. Fridge stocked with cold water and sparkling water. Cute bottles! By the way, this pool is for adults only. The family pool is on the opposite side of the lobby. Adult pool hours are 6:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m. Nice that you can enjoy it at night. Heading out for lunch! Going to Tim Ho Wan at the Royal Hawaiian Center. They also have locations in Vegas, NY, and other U.S. cities. First time visiting the Hawaii branch. Cheers with Tsingtao beer! Exactly the kind of refreshing food I was craving! Got my favorite shrimp dumplings—so satisfying! Now I want to visit Hong Kong! After lunch, strolling around Waikiki! Stopped by Aloha Collection to buy a pouch. Picked this mini pouch with a cute pink zipper! At Dean & Deluca on the hotel’s first floor to shop for souvenirs. They had new colors for their eco-bags. They were selling my favorite mead, but it was double the price—shocking! Plenty of Hawaii-exclusive items besides bags. Got my favorite plantation iced tea and my husband got green tea. Hawaii tradition—sushi night! First time at this spot. It’s BYOB, so we brought wine from California! They had good champagne at ABC Store, so next time we’ll just buy locally. The sashimi was served like shabu-shabu over rock salt—first time trying that! Reservations are taken at the beginning of the month, two months in advance. We booked by phone. Started with maguro nigiri! In the U.S., it’s hard to find shellfish other than oysters or blue-backed fish, so I was happy! Great value and delicious! Definitely booking again! Good morning! It’s day 6 in Hawaii. Feeling out of shape, so I hit the gym first thing! They even had cold towels—so nice! Breakfast today is room service. It’s an American breakfast, but I chose fried eggs, sausage, and white rice—kind of Japanese style! Rice is a lifesaver when you get tired of Western food. Had it with freeze-dried miso soup I brought from home! Drink was plantation iced tea. Checking out of The Ritz-Carlton after two nights—sad to leave. Going for a drive with a local friend today! Heading out a bit farther. From Waikiki, it’s about a 40-minute drive to Wahiawa. Trying local Hawaiian food for lunch. Wahiawa is a local-feel town in West Oahu! This diner is famous for its house-made saimin and loved by locals. Even in the early afternoon, there was a 40-minute wait. Also ordered the famous cheeseburger and some skewered meat. Saimin is a local Hawaiian noodle dish—somewhere between ramen and udon. It’s also similar to Okinawa soba—light and comforting. The noodles are house-made. We split the cheeseburger. It was surprisingly delicious—wow! After lunch, heading toward the North Shore! About a 20-minute drive to Haleiwa Town. Arrived at our destination café! It’s a renovated gas station with a yoga studio attached. The wooden interior is stylish and calming! The goods corner inside also had cool items. Made a quick stop at a town mall on the way. A premium coffee roaster and café from the North Shore. The granola looked so good! Since I was flying to Japan right after, I’ll try it next time. Lots of Hawaii-style items—great for souvenir shopping. A popular Haleiwa acai bowl spot! Got the famous acai bowl to go. Google Maps said they were closed, but we passed by and saw they were open! Lucky, since I’d been wanting to try this café! Cafés in the U.S. have such cute merchandise—it’s hard not to browse. The matcha latte was rich and as good as in Japan! Back toward Waikiki from the North Shore. Locals say traffic gets bad in the evening, so it’s best to leave North Shore in the morning and head back by early afternoon. We passed Waikiki and went all the way to Hawaii Kai. Crossed the ALOHA crosswalk. Here’s the location—but it’s in a residential area, so be careful of cars and respectful to locals when taking photos. Checking in to our last-night hotel. Got upgraded to a Jr. Suite with Hyatt Globalist benefits! Different tower from my previous Hawaii stay here, so the interior was different. The lanai view also felt a bit different. Looks like Hyatt is also giving away tumblers. Fridge and coffee machine are fully equipped. The bathroom seems renovated—very clean. Compared to the last room I stayed in, this one is much nicer—surprised! Amenities included toothbrushes, and the shampoo and other products were spa-quality—excellent. Sunset time—the sky turned slightly pink. This was a points stay, but I’ll note the reference price. Final night—quick drinks at Herringbone with a friend! We had salad and grilled octopus. The fish tacos recommended by the waitress were delicious. A full day of sightseeing around Oahu! So grateful to my friend for taking me everywhere! Good morning! It’s the last day in Hawaii. Flying back to Japan this evening, so enjoying the morning and early afternoon. First, heading out for breakfast! Came back to International Market Place—was here last night too! This is what I wanted—ending the trip with something Hawaiian! Liliha Bakery, a local diner chain. This donut that looks like a Pon de Ring caught my eye! If you tell them “counter is fine,” they’ll usually seat you a bit sooner. I usually get loco moco, but today I’m trying something new. You must try this butter roll—it’s amazing! Went for the much-talked-about oxtail soup. Comes with rice and ginger! The rice portions at Liliha Bakery are often 1.5 times bigger than expected! This might be my new favorite—the meat was tender and flavorful. It’s about two servings, so better to share or take half to go. Loved the oxtail soup—definitely having it again!! I lost my favorite OOFOS sandals during this trip! Found out there’s a shop in Beach Walk, so I went. Picked up black platform OOFOS! Since I’m flying straight to Japan, doing some souvenir shopping at Sephora. The mini-size section near the register is great for small gifts. Back at the hotel. Checking out the pool—is it crowded? It’s small, so maybe most guests go to the beach. We had access to the club lounge, so decided to check it out. Looks like you can help yourself to coffee and cookies. It’s pretty spacious. There’s also a terrace, and they serve breakfast here too. Had to do some work last minute, so I ordered ahi poke from Uber Eats for my final lunch. Second visit to Off the Hook this trip! So happy to end with delicious ahi poke! Heading to the airport! Booked this Hawaii-to-Haneda flight with Delta miles. It was under 20,000 miles—such a deal. Delta miles might be an underrated find. I’ll also be making a Japan vlog, so stay tuned! Thanks so much for watching the second half of my Hawaii vlog. See you in the next video!

    9月にハワイへ行く予定なのですが、bikiの自転車は145cmの私でも乗れるような大きさなのでしょうか?😂
