【日本北陸EP.2】爽吃飛驒牛、高山老街、金澤懷舊小京都!北陸這樣玩五天四夜要花多少錢?【4K】cc字幕

Today was a day trip to Takayama. We woke up early to visit the morning market. The weather wasn’t great and it was drizzling . We bought a Hida beef steamed bun to try. My friend didn’t give it a high rating. Mini Taiyaki (seaweed omelet) is less crowded on rainy days. Years ago, I went to the Miyagawa morning market and it was crowded. We browsed the souvenir shops. These were cute sake cups. The magnolia miso looked delicious . “Yuten” is a dessert made with beaten egg whites . It’s said to taste like marshmallows. The sweet potatoes here are very sweet and a bit pricey. There’s a rice ball shop next to the sweet potatoes that also looks delicious. We arrived around 9:00 PM and after a while, we headed to Maruaki BBQ to register for a table. Maruaki BBQ is very popular, so be sure to register early. Registration opens at 10:00 PM, and we were third in line. The restaurant opens at 11:00 AM. The place next door sells fresh meat at very reasonable prices. Hui still had time for a cup of coffee, so she found a coffee shop nearby. There was also a couch area, and the line was crowded with people around 11 o’clock. Fortunately, she had registered, otherwise she would have had to wait for the second round. Speaking of Takayama cuisine, the first thing that comes to mind is “Hida beef” , but not all cattle raised in the Hida area can be called “Hida beef”. Only meat that has been processed and is edible and has a meat quality grade of 3 or above and a Hoyomi grade of A or B can be called “Hida beef” (ひだぎゅう). Otherwise, it can only be called Hida-produced Wagyu (ひだうし). In addition to yakiniku, there is also shabu-shabu here , as well as a weekday lunch limited set meal. We ordered an A5-grade Hida beef platter , a Hida beef mixed platter, a beef intestine and vegetable platter, and started grilling. The three of us were very satisfied with the meal, which cost 14,910. After a satisfying meal and a few drinks, we spent the afternoon strolling around Takayama Old Street, a street steeped in Edo- era charm , earning it the nickname “Little Kyoto.” Its wooden machiya architecture and quaint shops and residences are well-preserved, with long-established breweries, Japanese confectionery shops, and craft stores dotting the streets. Hida beef sushi is a must-try local delicacy, offering unique flavors in each season . If you enjoy the nostalgic charm of Kyoto, you’ll love this area too. The FamilyMart sign blends seamlessly into the local streetscape, selling many local specialties. This area is packed with local specialties, including FamilyMart-colored Hida dolls and socks. Back on the old street, we found a coffee shop to enjoy afternoon tea at. This is the one to try. Drinking coffee in a quaint building is truly unique . It was almost time to walk back to the hotel. Today, we were heading to Kanazawa . The hotel is located above the FamilyMart and across from the bus stop, which is a great location. Tickets have been pre-booked; simply present your email upon boarding . The ride took approximately two hours and fifteen minutes . We arrived in Kanazawa at 6:45 PM, staying at SUPER My single room at the hotel had a small sofa and coffee table. If you need to clean, remember to stick the green magnet outside the door before 10 a.m. If you don’t clean, you get a free bottle of water. The restrooms were spotless. Happy hour, free-flowing drinks, coffee, tea, nuts, snacks, and a wide selection of alcoholic beverages. A drink is great. Dinner was ramen . I found good reviews and decided to go. The soup looked oily, but it was refreshing. I loved their yuzu salt ramen and would love to return. Customers kept coming in around 8:30 a.m. Today was a day trip to Kanazawa, and our first stop was Omicho Market. Omicho Market has over 300 years of history . I love visiting markets and supermarkets when I’m abroad. There are so many unique vegetables . Fukinoto is a spring vegetable, often eaten as tempura or in miso. There’s a long line at this croquette shop. This fresh seafood paradise is located near the Sea of Japan, so the market is full of freshly caught seafood. There are also many popular restaurants selling freshly prepared dishes like seafood donburi, nigiri sushi, and grilled food. Experience the authentic Kanazawa food culture while you eat. Freshly cut oysters are 800 yen each . How can you miss seafood here? Brunch is a seafood donburi. For those who don’t like seafood, there’s a yakiniku donburi. We just picked one at random and it was delicious. Coffee time. On the way to Oyama Shrine, we found a cafe called “KISSA & Co.” The name is inspired by the Zen saying “Chichaqu,” meaning “Let’s have tea!” It’s located at KUMU Kanazawa by THE SHARE . The first floor of HOTELS features a Zen-inspired and contemporary design. Besides tea and coffee, a Western-style breakfast made with local ingredients is also available. Reviews of the various dining establishments are generally positive, and we recommend walking to Oyama Shrine . Oyama Shrine was built to commemorate the lord of the Kaga domain. Its most distinctive feature is the Western-style gate at the entrance, a blend of Japanese, Chinese, and European styles . Built in 1873, the shrine also features stained glass windows, a unique design in Japan. Walking inward from Oyama Shrine leads to Kanazawa Castle Park and then to Kenrokuen Garden . Kanazawa Castle was the residence of the Maeda family, lords of the Kaga domain (today’s Ishikawa and Toyama prefectures). The Gyokusen-in Maru Garden within the castle grounds . Kanazawa Castle Park dates back to the 16th century, when an earthquake affected some areas, closing them off for repair. The thirty-room longhouse was originally used as a warehouse and later as an ammunition depot. Despite the name, the actual length is approximately 2 6.5 The 50-room long house is one of the most representative buildings in Kanazawa Castle. It was a warehouse for storing military equipment and sundries. The building has a solid structure and also served as a defensive fortification. Across the street from Kanazawa Castle is Kenrokuen Garden, just across the street. Adult admission is 320 yen, and children are 100 yen. Kenrokuen Garden is one of Japan’s three most famous gardens. It is a typical strolling garden with walking paths for enjoying the scenery from different angles. Common elements include ponds, small bridges, teahouses, and seasonal plants. Many trees are tied with ropes to protect them. These ropes are called “yukisho”. In winter, heavy snowfall may break the trees, and the ropes are tied to evenly distribute the weight of the snow. Kenrokuen Garden is definitely more beautiful in winter. The “Huizhen Stone Lantern” is the symbol of Kenrokuen Garden. It is said that its appearance is similar to the koto bridge that supports the strings of the Japanese koto. Don’t forget to stop by here for gold leaf ice cream after your visit. Kanazawa has been the capital of gold leaf since the Edo period. To promote the culture of gold leaf, merchants spread edible, paper-thin gold leaf on ice cream . It not only represents luxury, but has also become a must-try food for tourists in Kanazawa . Afternoon tea is served at this pottery cafe, where Kutani ware artwork is displayed and sold. I ordered a warabimochi set meal and a grilled dango set meal, and the gold leaf ice cream glutinous rice dumplings you can bake yourself are fun. The grilled dango dipped in sweet soy sauce has a salty, sweet, fragrant and soft aftertaste. The warabimochi is paired with freshly brushed matcha, which has a smooth and non-bitter texture. After tea, I strolled to Kazuemachi Teahouse Street. Teahouses are places dedicated to geisha performances, most of which are geisha teahouses that require an introducer to enter. The area has been designated as one of the National Important Traditional Buildings Conservation Areas. Higashi Chaya Street is Kanazawa’s most representative teahouse street. In the past, it was where geishas performed and entertained guests. The place has now been transformed into a tourist area with teahouses, gold leaf shops, wagashi shops and specialty cafes. Walking on the cobblestone street, flanked by lattice windows and red-walled teahouses, it’s like traveling through time. This is a popular photo spot. Kanazawa’s one-day tour is coming to an end on Higashi Chaya Street. We returned to the hotel to rest up and prepare for dinner. We tried several izakayas for dinner, but they were all full. We waited ten minutes for this one. The menu was in Japanese and English. We ordered a few side dishes. Every dish was delicious, no surprise the business is so good . Friends who don’t eat fish raved about it. It’s on our list for a return visit. The meal cost 7570 yen . Before returning to the hotel, we stopped at the convenience store for a snack. The AFURI yuzu salt instant noodles were delicious but a bit salty. We also bought a box of strawberries, but several of them turned out to be rotten. We’re about to return to Taiwan. This machine can be used to buy bus tickets to Komatsu Airport for 1300 yen. The bus timetable will be updated a week in advance for next month. You can pay with a credit card on the bus without buying a ticket. It’s recommended to arrive early and queue up if you have plenty of time. There’s free internet access on the bus. The ride to the airport takes about an hour and 20 minutes. I walked a little further to the end of the airport and found two souvenir shops. I bought two fish to take back to Taiwan. This shop doesn’t offer duty- free shopping, but this shop does . After hanging up my luggage, I went upstairs to find something to eat. The souvenir shops are all on the domestic side. Komatsu Airport is very small, so there aren’t any VIP lounges that accept Dragon Air cards . There’s only one JCB VIP lounge, which is more like a tea room. JCB cardholders have direct access and offer hot and cold drinks, as well as a corn soup lounge . There’s a small duty-free shop before the boarding gate. A summary of the costs.
