【長崎観光】感動の1人旅!平戸市のグルメと観光を堪能するドライブ旅行が最高すぎた!長崎旅行vlog
: Hello, it ‘s Bien. This time I’m sightseeing in Hirado City, Nagasaki Prefecture. I ‘ve seen the spectacular views of the World Heritage Site, discovered hidden gems, enjoyed a driving course with amazing views, visited a restaurant at the end of a long corridor , walked the northernmost tip of the island , and savored an exquisite sashimi set meal. From morning to night, I thoroughly enjoyed sightseeing and driving in Hirado. Please be sure to watch until the end. Good morning, it ‘s Bien. I’m currently in Sasebo City, Nagasaki Prefecture. This time I’m staying for three days and two nights, and today I’m sightseeing in Hirado City, Nagasaki Prefecture, for the first time in my life . By the way, I also toured Sasebo City yesterday, so if you haven’t already, please check out yesterday’s video. Before going to Hirado City, I decided to go a little west for breakfast, so I set off. The navigation system’s route is to a restaurant in the Sasebo market . I wonder what it’s like? Is it crowded? When I went to Kagoshima, I went to a restaurant near the market, and it was super crowded; it was almost full. From here, I entered the Nishi-Kyushu Expressway. It doesn’t seem to be too congested, but there is quite a lot of traffic. Turn right 300 meters ahead. The entrance to this area towards Matsuura is like that.I passed through here yesterday as well, and this groove is where the curve ends and the curve branches off, so you have to change lanes just before the curve, which can be scary if you haven’t driven in a while. The Yumihari Tunnel is said to be 2,600m long, and it’s apparently 7.5km from here to the market , but since the market is a bit outside of the city, I wonder how the morning market is.Is it not very crowded? Moreover, since it’s Thursday, I’m heading left. I get off at Ainoura Nakazato. Here, the lane suddenly splits into a right turn and a left turn. It’s annoying when you’re on your first trip or in a new place and suddenly have to turn right, right or left , like at a highway fork (if you’re renting a car). There are so many amazing ships lined up. Suddenly , I’m out at sea, and I can see it. I wonder if I should just go in like this, but I did . The parking lot is on the left. The road is so wide that for a moment I didn’t realize it was the entrance. Suddenly, the market appears, it’s so huge. I’ve arrived. There are two stores here as well. The store I’m going to is apparently at the very back on the third floor of a large building one block further back. Apparently, it’s a little difficult to get to. I’m also interested in this place, but I called Uoichi Shokudo in advance . It would be a bit weird not to go, so there’s also an amazing shrine. There ‘s Ebisu Shrine, and there it is. The Mottainai Shokudo Fish Market is closed on Sundays and public holidays. After entering the building , you have to walk down a long corridor . We arrived at the entrance to the building, which is where we were heading. It’s quite far away, but it’s a bit scary . The prices are quite reasonable. They use fish, rice , soy sauce, and salt from Nagasaki Prefecture . From the restaurant’s windows, you can see the magnificent ocean view that is unique to Sasebo City. This is a restaurant where you can enjoy the food and the view together . Our order was ready. The fried horse mackerel set meal was 850 yen. Because it’s a restaurant, it’s self-service, so you buy a ticket and hand it over. Once the food was ready, we went for the fried horse mackerel. Originally, we were going for the sashimi set meal, but they start selling it from 10am, so we decided on the fried horse mackerel. Each piece was plump and quite filling . The potato salad and pickles that came with the set meal were also delicious. The fried horse mackerel was even better than we expected. It was freshly fried. It was crispy , thick and chewy and went well with the tartar sauce. It was delicious. And the rice was also delicious. It’s apparently pesticide-free rice from the Kita Matsuura Peninsula. By the way, you can choose between brown rice or white rice for the set meals. The restaurant is spacious like this and has plenty of seats, so it seems like you won’t be unable to find a seat on weekdays. Sashimi starts at 10 o’clock so it may be full as soon as 10 o’clock. Thank you for the meal (my voice is terrible) . Sashimi, to my surprise , starts at 10 o’clock. Wow, I thought they were serving fried horse mackerel for the morning, but it was delicious. It was so plump, so I went back to the parking lot. It took about 3 to 5 minutes to walk there and it was delicious. I thought it definitely wouldn’t be full, but there was only one customer and it was less crowded than I thought, but maybe that’s because they serve sashimi from 10 o’clock? That’s what I thought, what would it be like to go for sashimi at 10 o’clock? If you’re interested, please check it out . From here, we’ll head straight to Hirado City. Also , there’s an island called Ikitsuki Island to the northwest, so let ‘s go over the Hirado Ohashi Bridge, which is apparently about 30km from here . Last year, I visited Nagasaki City and Unzen City in Nagasaki Prefecture, but if you like solo trips or road trips, this time it’s a bit of a whirlwind schedule with two nights and three days, so one day in Sasebo and one day in Hirado. Tomorrow I’ll be sightseeing on my way back to the airport, so I won’t be too worried. It’s not possible to visit every place in detail, but if you have the time, it might be a good idea to spend 3 nights and 4 days, or 4 nights and 5 days relaxing. There were quite a few restaurants that caught my eye, so a trip to eat as much fish as you can from Sasebo to Hirado might be a good idea. Hirado City is also surprisingly large. Looking at a big map that shows the whole of Kyushu, Nagasaki Prefecture looks really small, but when you actually come here and look at it on a navigation system or Google Maps, there are a lot of islands, so you have to move around a bit, and the whole thing just looks small. We’re heading towards Hirado. It’s 27km from here, so we’ll go quite a distance. Hirado City in Nagasaki Prefecture, where I’m heading now, is an area I’ve never been to in my life. By the way, Hirado City, which I’m going to now, is located in the northwestern tip of Kyushu’s mainland, and is a city made up of Hirado Island and about 40 islands of various sizes scattered around it . Google If you zoom out on a map, you’ll see that the shape of this island resembles a seahorse . Also, in the hometown tax donation program that began in 2007, Hirado City was apparently ranked number one in Japan. Access to Hirado City from the airport isn’t particularly good, but it’s less than a two-hour drive from Nagasaki Airport , so I don’t think it’s out of the question to start sightseeing in Hirado City right from the first day of your trip . In my case, I went from Sasebo City to Hirado City, and then from Saikai City, which is written as the city of the western sea, so I went from that side, going counterclockwise from Nagasaki Airport to Sasebo to Hirado City. I’ll be sightseeing for three days, from To to Saikai to Nagasaki to the airport. I want to take a road trip, so I’m about 20km away from Hirado. 20km to the Hirado Bridge. Hirado city itself is quite large. Once I get to the island, it’s no longer Hirado City, but it’s already Hirado City, so it’s quite large. I was right to stop by Lawson earlier . It looks like there won’t be any convenience stores for a while . 15km to my next destination . The scenery will be like this for a while (the view is amazing, but I’m sleepy lol). Oh no, I’m getting a little sleepy. There are no traffic lights, and I’ll just keep going at around 50km per hour. But wow, this left side is amazing, the color is beautiful , green, everywhere you look. And then I entered the town. I left the mountain road and arrived in Emukae Town , I think it’s called Emukae Town. Once I left Emukae Town, I could see the Hirado City Bridge, and after crossing the Hirado Bridge, I felt like I was on Hirado Island. Amazing! Is that a river? There’s a river flowing right next to it. The road here is currently under construction so it’s a little bumpy. It shakes a lot , but the scenery is really nice. This road is great. Today I’m sightseeing in Hirado City too and I’m really glad I decided to tour this part of Nagasaki Prefecture this time. It’s the perfect location for a driving trip. And then a little break. We’re 7km away from there so we’ll take a little break. We found a giant rhinoceros beetle so we’ll take a break (what an annoying thing to say lol). Roadside Station , Tabira Insect Village. Why aren’t there any shops open before 9am ? There’s only a vending machine and a toilet. Tabira Insect Village is pretty real. Quite realistic and a huge rhinoceros beetle. Amazing . A blue sky and a rhinoceros beetle is a rare combination, isn’t it? It ‘s pretty big . It’s July, but every year I wonder if cicadas have always been this noisy . And then winter came and it did. Has winter always been this cold? That said, I always forget every year, so are humans okay with gloves ? There’s a river flowing nearby so I wonder if there are waterfalls or valleys, I did a quick search and there were n’t any nearby but it looks good, but wait, it’s still 8:30 in the morning and there’s nothing around here, I discovered something , there’s a vending machine selling insects – amazing, powerful words, they have cricket snacks, mixed insect snacks, oh they even have giant water bugs and stuff, and it’s expensive , surprisingly expensive, 1000 yen, quite a lot, what, they even have hornets? Hornets are delicious, they also have tarantulas , that’s amazing , I ‘d like to buy one but… it’s really scary so I’ll refrain, you’re not going to buy one! But I’m curious about the giant water bug. If you turn left here , go a little further and then turn right, you’ll reach the Hirado Bridge and the market. It’s like the market in Sasebo where we had breakfast earlier. Hirado also has the Hirano Seto Market, which also has seafood bowls and sashimi set meals. However , here too, you can’t eat sashimi in the morning, probably around 11am. The shops aren’t open yet , so you can probably buy fish at a regular market, but that ‘s how it feels. So you end up eating a hearty meal at a place like this. I guess you’ll need a two-day, one-night trip to sightsee, otherwise you won’t fit it into your schedule . And from here, there’s the bridge. We’re going to cross the Hirado Bridge . Wow , the views on both sides are amazing . The Hirado Bridge is a red-painted suspension bridge that opened as a toll road on April 4th, 1977, connecting Hirado Island and Tabira Town. The bridge is 665m long and 10.7m wide, and apparently became free to use on April 1st, 2010. Then, crossing the Hirado Bridge I’ve landed on Hirado Island, so I’m going to take a look at the view of the bridge from Hirado Park . Is there an observation deck here? Is this it? It looks like an observation deck, and I think I’ll walk up from here, so I ‘ll head to the observation deck for now. That thing you can see in the distance is the Hirado Bridge. It has a really nice view. The gate closes at 10pm, and right from here, as you’d expect from an observation deck, you can get a beautiful view of the bridge. It’s 9am, but it’s already hot, and it looks like it would be dangerous in the afternoon . This bridge has a really distinctive red color. I’ve landed on Hirado Island for the first time in my life , so please subscribe to my channel along with the Hirado Bridge and rate it highly. So, I’m heading straight to my next location (a whirlwind road trip). I’ve only just arrived on Hirado Island, but where is it next… If I cross another bridge, I’ll find Ikitsuki Island. I’ll go to Ikitsuki and go to its northernmost area, so while I still have the energy, I’ll continue driving a little from here. Let’s go! This view that suddenly appears is nice, too. Oh, wow, there are a row of resort hotels around here. Oedo Onsen . The atmosphere with the palm trees is really nice. The sea on the left is also beautiful. This is called a swimming beach , isn’t it? It’s great to be able to drive along the coast, which is typical of Senrigahama. The view is amazing and you can see the sea in a wide area . Our next destination is 23km from here (it was surprisingly far). By the way, Ikitsuki Island is about 10km from Hirado Island, where we are now . This is Kawauchi Port . The scenery is great, it’s beautiful, this port town has a great port town atmosphere, there’s something there! What’s that? Lantern Night, lantern lights, a festival? Apparently there is one! Oh, welcome . It says birthday celebration I can’t read it. I ca n’t read kanji. So is there some kind of festival this week in July or August? It’s so beautiful, the sea is so clear. I never get bored of driving around Kyushu. I’d like to take a year’s trip visiting all the cities, towns, and outlying islands in Kyushu . If someday my subscribers and income become ten times what it is now, I suppose I could do a trip like that (it’s an endless road). From here I think I’ll go towards the mountains again and cross a bridge, so will I emerge towards the sea again? I should be going east to west from here, so I guess I ‘ll cross Hirado Island, cross the bridge and arrive at Ikitsuki Island. I can see a sign . It’s like 8km to Ikitsuki Bridge. There’s a small sign on the left that says road closed? Is it okay? I don’t know if the road closure is due to the time of day or a landslide, but there was something written there. The road is super straight, amazing! Nagasaki Sunset Road. From this area , it looks like it would be nice to watch the sunset from around here. Amazing scenery . Yesterday’s Kujukushima was nice, but this area is also amazing. Oh, I can see it. Is this the Ikitsuki Bridge? Amazing! It’s like a slope + bridge . Welcome to Ikitsuki. Roadside station. I think I’ll stop by the roadside station. First off , wow, this bridge is… the views on both sides are so beautiful. The Ikitsuki Bridge we’re crossing now, like the Hirado Bridge we just crossed, became free in April 2010. We’ve crossed the bridge, and there’s a roadside station on the left , so we’ll take a little detour and take a break. We’ve arrived at Ikitsuki Island. Wow, the view from here is also really nice. Let’s take a commemorative photo here. It has a tropical feel. The impression changes greatly depending on the atmosphere of the plants . The Ikitsuki Bridge of the Hirado Bridge is blue. What a wonderful view. Wow, so peaceful . The sea is so beautiful . The colors are beautiful! It’s so clear, and it’s sunny in the distance , so the view is amazing. You can see the ocean wherever you go! It’s a fantastic road for driving enthusiasts. The first place I go to on Ikitsuki Island is Obae? I’m heading to Obae Lighthouse. This road is amazing! These palm trees are amazing ! It’s a really crowded place. I wonder what it is, JF Ikitsuki Shiokaze (apparently a supermarket). It feels like a market, I guess. The parking lot is really crowded . I wonder if this is a fishing port? It was really crowded. Just west of the southernmost area of Hirado Island , there’s the westernmost point of the mainland, connected to a bridge. I found it on Google Maps, but it’s a bit too far for me to go. Today, I made it to the area around my destination. I arrived. Obae Lighthouse parking lot . Watch out for wild boars! Amazing! There are two signs! Two on one sign ! Watch out for wild boars! Watch out for wild boars! Is it really that dangerous? It looks like the Obae Lighthouse parking lot is over here (it was a different parking lot earlier). Is this the parking lot? This one has a sign here too . Do wild boars really come out that often? Beware of wild boars ! There’s a huge sign ! Beware of wild boars! I think they’re only around in the morning or at night, but I’ll take a selfie stick! Well, there’s no way to fight them, though. I’ve never seen a wild boar . But it seems like bees are okay too! The footpath is well maintained and quite wide. Oh, there are burnt earthworms! Oh , there are bees! I’m grumbling to myself about the flying insects, but there are quite a few of them flying around, and there are big flies! We’ve arrived at the lighthouse ! Oh, you can climb up here! The lighthouse I’ve just come to is located at the northernmost tip of Ikitsuki Island. Unusually for a lighthouse in Japan, this one also has an observation deck. There are already lots of hornets and no one else around. It’s just me and the hornets. It’s open like this. I wonder if this area used to be like a parking lot. Over here, in the distance, there’s a bit of cloud mist and all I can see is the sea. And soon there are hornets going back and forth all the time. It feels like they’re coming this way and it’s scary. The hornets are going back and forth and they won’t let me through the stairs. They’ve gone somewhere, okay , bad, come back. Humans are many times bigger, so why are they scared of something so small? It’s kind of annoying. It’s cool. Oh, amazing . The view on this side is nice too. There’s also a promenade over here? The stairs . This is a wonderful view of the western area of Nagasaki Prefecture . Isn’t this the sea at the westernmost point of Japan? : This is what the 360 degrees on this side look like. All I can see is the ocean . From here, all I can see is the ocean, but this side looks even more beautiful. The ocean is so beautiful . It’s quite deep, but it’s so clear you can see through it even from this distance . I wonder if the bumblebees run before them and have their own territory? They disappear somewhere in an instant, but look, they come back right away. Oh , there are other bees too. It’s a really beautiful view. There were no other people around, and I was the only one there, but there was no sign of wild animals, and there was no droppings either, so it was very impressive . Next, I arrived at Shiotawara Cliffs. My current location is here. A great view . The blue ocean and the columnar cliffs create a truly mysterious worldview. It’s a very easy spot to get from the parking lot to the view point. The columnar cliffs are apparently 500m north to south and about 20m high. Next , there is a straight road on the west side of Ikitsuki Island. Is it called the Sunset Line? We’ll go via there to the southern area. Oh, this is Sunset Way. From here, the road continues along the sea for a while. The scenery is absolutely beautiful . I plan to enjoy the drive to the southern area and stop near Ikitsuki Bridge for lunch . Isn’t this a great plan? There’s no parking space, so I think we’ll just be enjoying the scenery while driving. The southern subtropical area? Is that what you call it? The scenery is different from Ishigaki Island, isn’t it? It’s on the north side of Kyushu, so it’s completely different. Miyazaki , Oita, and the eastern side are also a little different. With this scenery, I never get bored of Kyushu. It’s not as coastal as I thought. Is n’t Sunset Way here? Maybe it’s a little further away ? Is it around here? Oh , amazing! We’re here , on the road along the sea. Ikitsuki Sunset Way. Due to my schedule, the sunset time is 7:30pm, so I can’t stay here until night. I can’t see the sunset, but it’s still beautiful . The view is amazing even during the day . Wow, so amazing , so beautiful . Oh, this place is amazing . Wow! I wonder how it would look with this camera. It’s a little too wide-angle, so I think I could only see it with my naked eyes. It was really beautiful. There’s no place to park right now, so I’ll drive slowly . There are no cars behind me, so it was really amazing. The view after we just went around the curve. Zooming in will lower the image quality, but it’s still a great view. There’s no traffic, so it’s not impossible to park on the street, but just in case, I’ll just pass by like this , can’t I park here? Ah! Is n’t this an observation deck? There are stairs. So , is this an observation deck? No , it was n’t an observation deck. Amazing . Earlier , I saw it over there, maybe a little further up, on a curve like this, and then this, and then a curve a little higher than here, and when I looked from here, I could see not here, but further into the distance. The view there was the best . What ‘s that island over there? I think it’s the Goto Islands. I can’t see it at all, but there’s Tsushima (maybe further northwest?). Beyond that is Korea, it’s amazing . Here and here, the view is clear and you can see the scenery. The cliff views are amazing and impressive. It’s huge. Ikitsuki Island can probably be seen quickly in half a day. I recommend spending two days and one night relaxing, going to the lighthouse, going through the Sunset Way, coming back south, having lunch, and going to Hirado Island (and back). The rice terraces around here are so beautiful , so beautiful . The rice terraces and the sea are amazing views. And then we’re back to where we started again. I think this is behind the Family Mart. This is probably the parking lot . I wonder if people park here and walk to eat. We’ve arrived. This restaurant looks like it serves ago dashi ramen, but it’s actually a popular place with locals. The cheap champon is only 900 yen, and breakfast was also cheap at 850 yen. It looks like lunch will be just 1,000 yen, but I found some gyoza and had to order them. The first thing that arrived was gyoza. It was just the right size. I was thinking of taking a photo of them together after the champon arrived, but I wanted to eat them while they were still hot, so I started eating right away. They were delicious gyoza, perfect for lunch . The champon arrived and it was a huge portion. I ordered a wave, but it was quite a large portion. So, I started eating right away. It ‘s been more than a year since I last ate champon, and the soup is… well, it ‘s not a salty type of ramen , how should I put it? Also, the vegetables and noodles go well together . The portion was so big that I was totally full. I hadn’t walked much today, so I still had some leftover horse mackerel fry set meal from breakfast. But the texture of the vegetables and noodles and the flavor of the soup were addictive. I ended up eating about half of it, and the color of the soup became easier to see . It was a thin soup like this , but the taste and flavor were great. I was totally full. I had regular and large servings of champon , and that was the amount for the regular serving. The soup was delicious. After the champon, I’ll buy some more coffee at Family Mart . I’m starting to feel sleepy. Next, I’ll have some sweets at that place nearby during the day. 食べましたか、おいしいでも美味しかった。 English : It’s about 36 degrees, is n’t it? It’s just noon now, so it’s only a couple of hours from now. It’s the perfect season for iced coffee. There’s an ice cream shop so I’m going to go for a bit. I found the shop. Shaved ice, Daifukuya. Where should I park my car ? Can I park here? I arrived at Daifukuya. Their milkshakes are apparently their specialty . I asked the shopkeeper and he said it was okay to park there, so I went in like I was on the street. However, I felt a bit awkward eating alone inside the shop, so I bought some takeaway and decided to eat in the car. The shaved ice was bigger than I expected , it was delicious and quite a good size . They’re famous for their milkshakes. I ‘d been wanting to have a milkshake and thought there were all kinds of flavors, so I thought I’d try something like Uji milk for the first time in a while, and I thought something like Uji milk would be good. I asked for Uji milk , paid 500 yen, and then I got the bowl. The bowl was like this, but at this point I was like, huh? I thought it was shaved ice, but they thought I was just here for the shaved ice and not a milkshake. But the shaved ice is delicious, just delicious . The matcha flavor is nice. It’s been a while since I’ve had it. When I was a kid, I only had Blue Hawaii, but this shaved ice is really good. The milk is delicious . I didn’t realize it was so big. Next time I come, I’ll definitely get a milkshake. I finished my shaved ice. It took longer than I thought, but I managed to finish it all. Shaved ice is delicious at first, but the slightly melted texture at the end is also delicious. It’s twice as delicious . I crossed the bridge and headed back to Hirado Island. Thank you, Ikitsuki Island . It’s a little hard to say, Ikitsuki Island . Thank you, Ikitsuki Island. Nagasaki Prefecture is home to this island. The view of the ocean in the distance is also amazing. It’s kind of mystical. Here is the Kasuga Village World Heritage Site in Hirado City , but it seems you can’t get there because the road is closed. If you cross this bridge and go to the right, you will reach Kasuga Village , but there is a risk of collapse and the road is completely closed. It is possible to go all the way to the World Heritage Site Kasuga Village, so you can go there. Great , I’m glad I came back. For a moment I gave up, but I thought it would be a bit strange to give up, so I came back and was able to go there. The World Heritage Site is about 1km from here . Ah, this is the parking lot, the visitor parking lot. Okay, it’s so hot it’s scary. Are these rice terraces already ? Is the observation deck over there? What an amazing view. The view from here is amazing too. What a World Heritage Site.間 と一緒に 観音寺市 北端から南端まで、東北本線・陸羽東線を乗り継 いで 旅を乗り継いで 旅をしてきました 。 English: Kasuga Village means that the entire village is a World Heritage Site, doesn’t it? Kasuga Village is apparently an area that harbors the traditional culture of hidden Christians. It is a component asset of the World Heritage Site, Hidden Christian Properties in the Nagasaki and Amakusa Regions. Ah, it’s really opening up this way. Oh, this place is nice too . It spreads out really far into the distance. The sounds of birds and cicadas make it so peaceful. I forgot to put on my hat because there’s no shade. It’s so hot . My summer vacation is a wonderful example of Japanese countryside . I never thought I’d be walking in a place like this in the summer at my age. When I was a student or in my 20s, I would have gone to the city instead of places like this. But when you get a little older , it’s actually more enjoyable to walk in nature like this . There’s this rice terrace observation point at 920m. I’ll walk 920m from here , so I’ll take a little walk around here and then head home. Ah , I see some photos. Ah, this is the viewpoint, and I have to go all the way over there or further in. I think I’ll stop here because I might get heatstroke. This river is amazing. I really want to go in. I could probably go in if I lay down here and cool my whole body down first, but the next place I’m going to is also quite scenic and I want to spend time there. But I keep thinking, ` `This place is fine, this place is fine, the view is really nice , it’s a bit tiring to go all the way up there. ” This place is also a pretty good view spot, with the feel of the river and the unique view of the ocean in the distance, and the horizon. Personally, this area is the best, it’s beautiful. Maybe I ‘ll come back again in autumn or winter when it’s a little cooler. By the way, I’m going to Hokkaido in August this year , splitting it into two trips. They’re saying it’s finally going to be 40 degrees in Hokkaido ! So when that happens, traveling in the summer is going to be tough. I’ve walked quite a bit. But the view is so beautiful that just walking around here is satisfying. Can you see this if you go up to the top? (Is this a drone? lol) The view from here is amazing. Next up is a mountain pass. At the top of the pass there is an observation deck, and the view there is different from the view around here. There is a great view spot, so I think I’ll go there. From here, it’s a bit of a mountainous area where Hirado Castle is located. I wonder if the road is narrow. I’ve arrived at a place about 1km away from my destination. It ‘s been a while since I’ve been in the shade. The sunlight filtering through the trees is so bright and reflective that it’s a bit hard to see oncoming cars. There’s surprisingly a lot of traffic here. I think it ‘s called Kawauchi Pass. There’s an observation deck halfway up the pass, and the view from there looked really nice, so I came here. Hirado is really great. If you’ve been to Nagasaki and Unzen many times, I recommend sightseeing in the Hirado area, from Sasebo to Hirado. It has a completely different charm, so it’s easy to take your time sightseeing. I can see it now . Isn’t this the place to walk from here ? Wow , it looks like the road to heaven. I arrived. The parking lot is really spacious and it looks like it would be easy to sightsee. However, when I went to the toilet, there was a really big grasshopper in the toilet , and then from the back, a huge bee flew in, buzzing, and I thought, “Whoa,” and ran away, but when I looked into the toilet again, there was a bee there, and it noticed me, and it flew in twice. I chased after it, but I thought it was impossible so I gave up on going to the toilet (I held it in until the next place).I wondered if they were building a nest, but there was a sign saying watch out for bees, but I guess that’s not the case.It was an amazing view, and since it was hot I went with a hat, sunglasses, and towel style.Just having this makes a huge difference.Summer vacation level 99 outfit.I came here because I thought the view from the top area would be amazing after climbing these stairs. The width of the stairs is just perfect.I can’t climb them one step at a time, so it’s tiring.Wow.I wasn’t looking back at all, but look, it ‘s a wonderful view. This unique topography you can see on the left is amazing. It goes from mountain to sea to mountain. Is it not the finish line yet? Hmm, is there something else over here too? It’s fine over there , it’s fine over there.Lol.I’ve arrived, amazing. It’s like a power spot. I’ve arrived at a place that feels like a save point in a game. What a wonderful view. This place is amazing. The view here is truly unique. A view you can only see on Hirado Island. It’s a 360-degree view of the sea, mountains, and more sea. It’s a wonderful view. I’m finally back. It was a great workout. I found a Japanese sweets shop nearby, and they sell dorayaki there. I found one that looked delicious, so I came to this shop called Kumaya. I got some fresh dorayaki. It ‘s really, really chewy. The whipped cream is delicious. It’s good . This is good . This is quite good . The whipped cream is n’t too sweet. It’s really delicious. I suddenly had a hunch that I wanted to try some dorayaki, so I bought one. It’s really good. It’s not too sweet, which is really great. This area is It feels like Hirado’s castle town. It has a sort of teahouse atmosphere, like a good old Japanese townscape. I haven’t done much research on this area, but it’s nice. It seems like it would be good to go on a food tour around here. I’ve always loved dorayaki, but it was really delicious. Next, I’ll be going to outdoor tourist spots all the time, and it’s so hot I feel like I’m going crazy, so I’ll stay in a hot place for a while . Next, I’ll go to an indoor tourist spot and visit a castle for the first time in a while. Just 500m away, there’s Hirado Castle, so I’m going to visit the castle. Wow! There are more cars parked than I expected. I wonder which is more crowded ? Is the area crowded, or is it just Hirado Castle that’s so crowded? There’s a lion here ! It looks amazing! Nagasaki is so big! Glad the road is in the shade! It’s cool ! It’s quite a climb! It took about 3-5 minutes to walk from the parking lot to the entrance of the castle tower. It’s uphill, so it’s a bit strenuous. We arrived at Hirado Castle. It looks amazing against the blue sky. The fare is 520 yen per adult. The ticket machine and reception are on the first floor, and there are exhibits on the second, third, and fourth floors. The fifth floor is an observation deck. The exhibit on the second floor tells us that Hirado attracted attention from around the world. There’s also a large theater, so even those who aren’t big fans of Christianity can learn about it intuitively. The Hidden Christians are the ones who lived there since Christianity was legalized. We then moved on to the third floor. On this floor, interactive videos and model illustrations make the exhibits easy to understand. There ‘s also an exhibition of armor. I’ve never worn armor so I can’t imagine it at all, but if you think about running around wearing it and swinging a sword, it must be really hard work. It seems that Western culture spread to Hirado in 1550 when Portuguese ships arrived, and then Hirado Castle, which had just been completed in 1613, was burned down. What’s more, it was an incident in which the feudal lord himself set it on fire and burned it down. There was also a corner like this. Next, we went to the fourth floor, where there is also a game corner. Cutting off the wrong one. My brain is messed up. Cutting off the wrong one. I ‘m serious about making a mistake. Now I reflexively cut the right one. I keep making mistakes. Lol. This is no good. I’m going to the right one . I’m choosing the wrong one. My brain is kind of messed up. There are things like this. A brush case. Oh , so you can write that kind of thing. And finally, we arrived at the fifth floor. A wonderful view spread out below us . It’s a unique sight that you can only find in Hirado. The combination of the tiled roof buildings and the blue sea is truly beautiful. In the back right is the distinctive red Hirado Bridge that we crossed earlier. The breeze was cool and the view was great, so I just sat there in a daze for a while. And the lonely island in the distance is called Kurokojima. It’s a small island of about three hectares, and it seems that Benzaiten has been enshrined there since ancient times. It is designated as a national natural monument, so it is not possible to land on it. And by chance, I managed to capture an incredible scene. It was truly a divine sight. The view was amazing! The view of the sea was really beautiful, and it made me want to go into the sea. I have a reservation for dinner so I think I’ll just wander around here for about two hours and then have dinner. Hirado is nice. When you’re visiting a new place, you really need to get a feel for the place. I thought one day would be enough , but if I were to come again, I might stay for two nights and three days and use Hirado as my base. Hirado to Ikitsuki and the surrounding area might be good. It ‘s quite crowded. I’m going to park in the parking lot near the ferry terminal and take a little walk. Ah, this is the ferry terminal. This townscape is really nice. I had no idea places like this existed. I wonder if this is it ? Is this the view point of Hirado Castle? The view from here is really nice. That’s Hirado Castle which we were sightseeing earlier. I wonder if there ‘s a promenade that extends all the way to the back? Oh wow, this place is so beautiful. There are lots of fish , it looks like they’d run away if I made a sound. Oh, sea urchins, a ton of them. There are sea urchins , but they’re seaweed. Sea urchins. They just look like sea urchins, but I wonder if they are. There are so many fish. After walking for about 5 minutes, I discovered the arm and foot baths . I thought it would be fun to explore the area as well . There was also this mysterious thing . I can’t believe there ‘s a monument in a place like this. Oh wow, if you look closely, they ‘re all plastic bottles. I have some time before dinner, so I decided to take a little drive around the area . The townscape here is really nice. This place has a great atmosphere. There aren’t many parking lots. There’s only a place like the ferry terminal we saw earlier for sightseeing. I thought if there was a hot spring or something, I’d quickly go in and then go eat , but there weren’t any hot springs. There were foot baths nearby , but the parking lot was quite blocked off like this. Is this a pachinko parlor? It’s flashy! The one on the left is the dentist’s third parking lot. I’m sure I’ll end up in a parking lot refugee situation. I wandered around the area looking for a parking space. I wonder if this place is also monthly? From 3 PM to 8 AM the next morning, it’s 100 yen for 60 minutes! That ‘s insanely cheap! So I parked in a nearby coin parking lot and headed to a restaurant for dinner. 170 meters from here , this street is called British Trading House Street . Wow, there’s a lot going on. There are no people around, but maybe it gets lively at night. It’s amazing. This design is flashy. Diana is amazing. Oh, there it is. It was surprisingly close. It took less than 3 minutes to walk there . I arrived. I’ll have some sashimi at this restaurant. Well, it’s nice to go around to famous restaurants and classic tourist spots for gourmet food, but I’ve recently become addicted to these local restaurants that only regulars seem to go to.And this is a sashimi set meal. The presentation is beautiful and everything looks delicious, and it even comes with dessert.First of all, I’ll have this piping hot soup.It was so hot that I couldn’t hold it for a long time , but it tasted amazing. They cut it up after you order, so it ‘s absolutely delicious. And speaking of Kyushu, I really love sashimi soy sauce. This sweet soy sauce is irresistible.I wish restaurants in Tokyo would stock it too.Wow , it’s really delicious. The fish is delicious! 海底槽の徒歩3分。 English : I like going to local conveyor belt sushi chains in each region of Nagasaki Prefecture , and sashimi is good too. I like being able to order individual items, but ordering a set like this allows me to eat fish that I don’t normally eat (order), which is also great. I also ordered a tempura platter, which came with two shrimp tempura, which was great . They also had whiting tempura. The sashimi was good , but the tempura was also good. I wonder why shrimp tempura is so good. And, as always when I come to a restaurant like this, the three of us – the staff, one of the regulars, and I started talking, and ended up forgetting to take pictures and just talking. Wow, was this delicious ? Oh, are all these fish? There’s a river on the way to the parking lot, and there were loads of fish swimming in it. It’s a bit gross . By the way , when I passed by before going to this restaurant, the tide wasn’t high yet, so the view was like this. There were lots of stray cats, and they were glaring at me like crazy . Time seemed to stand still for the four stray cats. They were all cute kittens. Stray cats? Wow , the view in front of the city hall was amazing , and the sashimi set meal and tempura were amazing. 1000 yen for a sashimi set meal and tempura? That’s pretty good for dinner, isn’t it ? It’s pretty cheap, isn’t it? My next destination is the hotel, and the hotel I’m staying at tonight is in Saikai City, which I’ll be driving 57km in a row from now . It’s a little south of Huis Ten Bosch, so I’ll stay at a hotel in Saikai, then head south from Saikai City to Nagasaki City, then drive counterclockwise for about an hour and 40 minutes. I’ll be fighting sleepiness. Hirado City was great, and then I’ll cross the Hirado Bridge and head back to the mainland. Thank you, Hirado Island . Hirado Island and Ikitsuki Island were great. It was just around sunset time, and the red of the Hirado Bridge really stood out. 宮城県の北端から南端まで、東北本線・陸羽東線を乗り継いで 旅を乗り継いで 旅をしてきまし た。 English: It’s a beautiful view . If you like traveling alone, you should definitely come, and if you like driving, you should definitely come. It’s quite a distance from Tokyo , though. Go from Haneda Airport to Nagasaki Airport, rent a car from there, and drive for about two hours. If you want to come all at once, if you don’t consider the price, airplanes are amazing, isn’t it? It’s amazing that it takes less than two hours to get from Tokyo to Nagasaki Prefecture, isn’t it? How fast is that? Considering that it takes about two and a half hours by Shinkansen from Tokyo to Osaka, it’s pretty fast. I went back to where I went this morning, Tabira Insect Village. The rhinoceros beetles are huge, they’re huge no matter how many times I look at them. From here, I entered Emukae Emukae Town and crossed the bridge to the hotel. The view should be great . It depends on the direction of the room, but when I booked the hotel, I included Nagasaki Sunset Road, which means if I walk down this road for a while, I might be able to see a nice sunset. Yesterday, I was able to see the spectacular view of the Kujukushima Islands and the sunset together, which was really great . If you haven’t seen yesterday’s video , please check out Sasebo’s video as well. I didn’t have time so I couldn’t go, but I think it was the Mikkamachi or Shikkamachi shopping district , right ? : It looks like an arcade street, and it would be fun to stroll around the town at night . Have I passed a place like this before? I was half asleep this morning, or have I passed by! This blue bridge , huh? Is it the tide coming in right now? The scenery is changing, and the feel of the sea and river also changes with the direction of the sun . This kind of thing . Driving between 6-7pm is also nice. When I’m traveling alone, just driving along an ordinary road like this is quite nice. Look, doesn’t this feel nice? Only the top half of this sign is lit, making it look a little reddish. See , it’s reflecting a little on the window of this house, making it look reddish. What are these train tracks? Amazing. The view here is nice. I ‘ve arrived at a place 30km from my destination (farther than I thought) . The scenery has also changed. The sky looks really wide over here. Oh , it looks a little like a sunset. A really nice view. I wonder what that mountain is on the right . There’s a lone mountain. That mountain adds to the atmosphere. The background looks really nice . The feeling of only the clouds being lit is nice. It’s unique. At this time of day, well, from here on it’s a straight road so I might get sleepy, but it’s a pleasant drive and easy to drive. If I travel a little outside the city like this , not to Nagasaki City but to Sasebo or Hirado, if I travel a little outside the city , I don’t have the stress of driving and I can sightsee too. There aren’t as many people so I can relax on weekdays which is really great. 50km on the local roads and 80km on the highway really make me sleepy. Is it the way the white lines look that makes me sleepy? Time flies when you’re rambling on (thinking about it calmly, I’ve been talking to myself all this time). 20km left! I’ve already gone 10km, and I can see Sasebo city. This is Sasebo Central so I’ve made it back to the Sasebo city center area. Looking at it like this, it really is a city. Sasebo is a city all at once . What an amazing view. Wow , the city has come into view in the background. If there ‘s no traffic, I should be able to get to the hotel smoothly. I leave the toll booth and the road forks in seconds, and I’m a little dazed at the moment, so which way was it? I end up thinking, “I’m scared every time I get sleepy. This is bad. I’m getting sleepy. I get sleepy when it gets dark . It’s 7:37pm but Nagasaki is still light. It’s still a little light. It ‘s still sunset. I wonder if it’s already dark in Tokyo. It still looks nice at this time . The bridge here is beautiful. I’ve come 3km away. This is the exit, or I’m getting off at Hario Interchange. I was starting to get sleepy, but I’m only 1km away and we’ve arrived, which is really good. I’ve now driven 50km, so if I get sleepy, it’s the end of the line. The sunset here looks nice too. Wow, it looks amazing . Ah, it’s nice. Tonight’s hotel is Uo Uo no Yado. There are absolutely no cars . What a difference! Is this a market? The hotel is next to the market. The hotel is at the back. At tourist spots, it’s usually luckier when there are no people around because it’s easier to take photos, but there are no cars at the hotel , which is actually scary . Thank goodness! I misread the parking lot and there are about four cars parked there UoUo no Yado is pretty nice and the view looks really nice There’s a bridge nearby so I checked in safely and without a hitch The shower is really spacious The large communal bath is open until 10:30pm so I’ll head there It’s spacious There are quite a few yukata towels in the drawers The view is nice There’s a bridge right here You can see the sunset and the bridge at the very last moment It’s a beautiful view Well, today too, from early morning until night All day long And in the next video we will be sightseeing from Saikai City to Nagasaki City Seeing breathtaking views and slightly scary otherworldly scenery and enjoying delicious food Please take this opportunity to subscribe to my channel and look forward to the next video Thank you for watching
