【驚愕】まさかの車を購入!? ２０代夫婦が救急車を買った理由。

Well, I came to buy something today , and what is it ? An ambulance. I came to buy an ambulance. Today is December 25th, 2024 , and it’s Christmas . I signed the contract at the beginning of the month, and today I just came to pick up the car. It’s the delivery , so the reason I bought an ambulance is that I originally traveled around sleeping in my Hiace, but I wanted a bigger car, so I wanted to convert the ambulance into a camper van. There are other reasons, but I’ll convert the ambulance into a camper van later . I went to a used car shop that sells very special vehicles like ambulances, fire engines, and trucks, and I found an ambulance there , so yes, it looks like I got an ambulance. Let ‘s go. The ambulance is a Hiace ambulance , and it’s big. Let’s take a look around it . It ‘s huge, and the back looks like this too. The stretcher, too, has been removed , or rather , I don’t use it, but it’s the base for the stretcher, right? The interior of the car is really high, about 180cm , this is something you don’t find in other Hiaces, they don’t have this height, I think it’s relatively clean, but in the extreme, if you just remove this you could sleep in the car, if you put a mat here you could sleep, you could sleep with ease, even on the left side – it’s the 2nd generation Hiace , so in terms of the year it becomes a Hiace, is it the 2nd generation? Yes , it’s pretty old, so it’s a Type 2 Hiace. It’s nice that it has curtains like this , and the curtains are really good, they ‘re on a curtain rail. The curtains are a bit thin so you can’t use them as they are, they’re a bit scary (as they might come off), but it’s clear that this is an ambulance that was used in Saitama, so it’s fine. The bottom is a bit wobbly, but I’m not going to remove the red lights, so they made four of these , I’m so grateful that they made four of them. They even went to the trouble of putting a sign saying it’s being renovated on the front, rear, and both sides, and on both sides, so it’s clear that this is not an ambulance. That’s right, it’s fully advertised, and the engine is on. I’ve already confirmed that the air conditioning and everything works, so there are no problems . Let’s go ! It says an ambulance is driving, but the person inside is a normal citizen and there’s a sign that says it’s being sent out. It starts off with a bang. It has a pretty good initial response. Just stepping on the gas a little makes it amazing . It makes a really scary noise. You have to step on it gently and you see. I see. So do ambulances not shake? What do you think? I think it shakes less than a normal Hiace . I ‘m sure it has something like a damper in it . I looked at the documents. So I think it shakes less than the normal Hiace I have at home now. But it’s still a Hiace , so it shakes a lot . The sunset is beautiful. It’s getting dark, so I’ll talk more about ambulances in detail later. That’s all for today . The mirrors are kind of round , oh, this one’s the captain’s mirror, and the captain said , um, the mirror that covers the blind spot for the person sitting in the passenger seat. Are the tires normal? 195 80R 107 105LT tires that can withstand heavy loads . On the right side there’s a rather unique piece of equipment: an external power supply . Connect this cord to the outlet, open this plug and plug it in. If you’re driving a camper, you connect this, right? Something similar to that . A 100-volt power supply inside the car , probably 1500 watts, that can be used in RV parks. Also, this thing holds the car battery in here and charges that battery, which is excellent. I think there’s an axe or crowbar here and the metal fittings to secure them in place . There’s a really big storage compartment here and there ‘s a sub- stretcher that can be folded up into a chair, something that can be put in an apartment complex or something. There are two batteries here – ambulances have two. The reason they’re in this position is probably because it’s different to other cars. In a normal Hiace, um, under the passenger seat? Under here is this , a potbelly jack. This is , you know, a dispersant that will give away its origin? I think it’s perlite, but it could be used in case of gasoline spills at the scene of a traffic accident or something. Something to suck it up? You suck it up with a broom and collect it with the broom and take it home. It’s pretty full. Sometimes you come across an accident scene and you’re like , “Oh, there it is.” There are two 10-liter gas cylinders here, and here’s a regulator , which adjusts the pressure. You push it in and turn it , and it goes through this hose and can be used inside the car. Also , this muffler is in this position. The wheelbase is long , so the distance between the tires is long, so it can be used on hills and slopes like this. I wonder if friends are interested in this step ? It’s the end of the year , so I think a lot of people are wondering about this step. If you use this step and this handrail to climb up, it looks like this. It’s a family seat. How many people can it seat? The driver, commander, and paramedics can fit in, up to three or four. I think this is pretty realistic . You lower this and remove this, and the stretcher moves. The stretcher sits on top of this. It goes up like this, closes, and that’s it. The stretcher is then collected, and this is called an anti-vibration bed, right? It’s a Hiace after all , so it’s a Hiace , so it’s bound to shake , and by the way, this can be moved , but it’s surprisingly narrow. The distance here is surprisingly short, so it can be moved to get things next to it , and in order to open it up, there’s a backboard or scoop stretcher or something like that in here , but a backboard is that, right? The one that holds your neck in place, right? When I’m watching a soccer game, sometimes I see the warm air outlet for the rear heater here , and over here there ‘s storage, and also, these curtain rails are nice, the curtain rails are really good, and I’m having trouble deciding which curtain rail to use, is this an IV pole? IV drip packs are hanging here and there’s storage, I wonder how many there are, there’s a total of eight, there’s quite a lot, there’s a monitor here, yes, an electrocardiogram thing, what’s it here? There ‘s a ventilator attached, and it ‘s like a simplified version of a ventilator for intubation, and the equipment is placed here and the injured person ‘s right hand comes over here, so there’s all kinds of storage packed in here and it seems like things are in fairly logical locations, there are drawers and stuff, there’s a trash can underneath and this storage, I wish I could use some of this , I really could put a portable toilet here that’s big enough to be used as a toilet, why not just put something like that here? The portable toilet I’m using now was bought for emergencies, isn’t it a perfect fit ? No , seriously , it ‘s amazing, it fits perfectly , be careful, you can’t open it from the inside , it’s a bit of … It’s about 5 liters. Well , I just had it removed, but there’s an inverter that generates 12V in the car, right? The alternator converts that to 100V and plugs it into an outlet. There are several outlets inside the car, so you can use those. Basically, with the engine running, it’s an external power source that can handle up to 300W . If you connected it earlier , it can handle up to 1500W. The place where it said “in the car” was . Next, let’s go to the driver’s seat. And here’s a nice feature that my old Hiace didn’t have : the easy closer. I really hated having to close the door at roadside stations. It’s annoying, isn’t it? Now, with this , it minimizes the noise. Now , the driver’s seat. This is the battery voltage . This is the alternator’s power generation. If this goes negative, the battery will die if you leave it like that. If you use too much electricity inside the car, it will go negative. You can see the battery status from here. It moves a little when you open it. Just now, when you started the engine, it went down a little, right? It took a lot of electricity to start the engine , but it was restored by the alternator’s power generation. There’s a hollow space here, but there’s something called an amplifier , and here there’s a microphone loudspeaker and a switch to turn on the red light, but that’s been removed. There’s a microphone here, and you speak into this microphone. Is it different from this microphone? This microphone is for the driver to speak while driving, like this, to turn right at that intersection? What do you say on this microphone? When there are two people in the front, it’s for the person in the passenger seat to amplify their voice. This is quite adjustable, so it’s convenient, and then there’s the normal basic interior light and the room light, and this one can also be adjusted, and there’s a water tap, I don’t know if it comes out, but is it a foot tap?
