-Hello, nice to meet you. I’m the landlady. What kind of restaurant is this? This is a restaurant that mainly serves domestic craft beers and offers snacks that pair well with them. What makes us special is that we’re open from the daytime, serving customers continuously from the afternoon until night. We specialize in serving domestic craft beers. We have four types on tap, and around 70 to 80 varieties available in cans and bottles. There are so many! That’s an amazing variety. Could you please explain this drink to us again? We collaborated on a brew with a place called BrewBeast in Hanamaki. When it comes to collaborations, there are also several pairs of people who only collaborate on the label design. However, we do everything from scratch, from brewing and canning to selling. This time, I consulted with the president and we created a beer that has a clean finish and a bit of body, but with a slightly lower alcohol content so you can drink it down easily. You even designed the label?
