大洗(茨城県)で、旬のあんこう鍋と牡蠣を楽しむ旅。
新しい開拓旅の初日、東京駅から水戸駅を経て大洗町へ。
早速、有名な寿司屋さんでマグロ丼をいただきます。
すぐそばにあるカキ小屋へ移動。
平日の昼間にも関わらず、店は大盛況です。
生牡蠣、焼いた牡蠣をいただき、その風味に圧倒されました。
その後、今夜の宿に荷物を預けて大洗を散策。
チェックインして部屋に行くと、低い窓から大海原が一望できる。
系列店で風呂に入り、出てくると外は真っ暗。
予約していた店でいよいよあんこう鍋をいただきます。
