Today was supposed to be Friday night , but I was feeling awful . Work didn’t go well, which was really frustrating. However, the more I try not to worry about it, the more I worry about it. Unable to escape the uneasy feeling, I went home. I changed into my pajamas to feel a little lighter. “Alexa, all lights” (and please light up this heart too 🥺) I took a breath to warm my heart a little. The sweetness of the biscuits filled the void in my heart a little. I exhaled deeply and let out a sigh. That’s what I do when I’m feeling down. “Alexa, play a song to cheer me up when I’m tired.” Something I can immerse myself in deeply, something small but definitely makes me happy. “I’m going to forget about the things I don’t like and pay attention to the ingredients and their sounds!” I made that decision and it worked! The sound of the rice being cooked is the signal to start the battleI’m using it for sushi rolls, so I’ll use vinegared riceThe colour is beautiful and I’m excited☺️I left 5cm of space at the back of the rice to make it easier to rollI added cherry denbu, shiitake mushrooms and cucumber to add a vibrant colourI rolled it halfway, took it apart and rolled it again and it came out nicelyI started to enjoy rolling it and while snacking on the cucumber I forgot what I was worrying aboutThe second dish was stir-fried chicken breast with wasabi and soy sauceIf you brown it well it becomes fragrant and deliciousI use lots of wasabi to add a punchThe fragrant aroma of soy sauce wafts through the air😋Adding toasted sesame seeds and chopped nori is just perfectI tossed the awkward edges into my mouthThe edges are delicious! This is the perfect summer drink : homemade shiso syrup mixed with soda. I’ll tell you a secret: I made so much that it’s hard to finish it all! 🤫 I love eating out, but cooking at home is exceptional. The chicken fillet is coated with potato starch, so it doesn’t dry out. It satisfied both my heart and my stomach. I suddenly had a craving for dessert late at night. Let’s make a panna cotta for tea. I’ll plant the seeds so that tomorrow will be a happier day. 300ml milk, 100ml cream, 50g granulated sugar. Turn off the heat and dissolve the granulated sugar that has been softened in water. Immediately cool it in ice water to make it smooth. It was done in 15 minutes, and my mini savings of happiness are complete! I want something quick and delicious in the morning. A ham and egg sandwich is the perfect way to do that. Simply put the ingredients in a hot sandwich maker and it’s delicious. It’s hot and humid this morning, so I recommend a cold latte. The commercially available “BOSS Latte Base” is a great recommendation! I made a simple coffee shop morning set. I hope I can share my little happiness with you all.

【レシピのちょこっと】
◎太巻き
・のりの上部は2cmほどあけ、下部は2mmあけるときれいに巻けます。
・酢飯は思っているより薄めに敷くとうまくいきます。
◎ささみのわさび醤油炒め
・ささみは常温に戻してから、筋を取って調味料を揉み込みます。
・焼き目をつけるために強めの中火で熱すると🙆
◎紅茶のパンナコッタ
・粉ゼラチンは水:大2と混ぜてふやかしておきます。
・あらかじめ氷水を入れたボウルを用意しておきます。
・鍋を弱火にかけ、紅茶をじっくり煮出します。沸騰しないぐらいで止めると🙆
・火を止めてゼラチンを溶かしたらすぐに氷水につけて粗熱をとかすと舌触りが滑らかになります。
