とある夏の日🏖|2人暮らし夫婦の2日分の夕飯作り|和食|四毒抜き
Hello, it’s so hot! 💦 It’s still light out, but it’s almost 5pm. Today, I found some cheap cucumbers picked by locals at the local supermarket, so I’m going to make a cucumber vinegar dish. 🥒 I’m also going to rehydrate the wakame seaweed I use for the vinegar dish. I’ll make kinpira (stir- fried carrots) with maitake mushrooms. I’ve seen white maitake mushrooms a lot since I moved to the countryside. I put the chopped vegetables and sake (about 1 tablespoon) in a frying pan and steam them for 6 minutes. I mix lightly, then add the soy sauce and chili peppers and mix well. The sweetness of the carrots and the umami of the maitake mushrooms make this dish delicious. ✨ I squeezed the cucumbers that had been salted for about 10 minutes and mixed them with the vinegar. I also bought some sardines that were on sale. The next day, the 1st, was a quick meal. It’s almost 5pm. I’ll cut the ingredients for the miso soup first. I usually shred them, but for a change, I decided to fluff them. 😊 I sprinkled some salt on them and left them for about 10 minutes. Horse mackerel was also on sale, so I used Chiba Prefecture’s local dish, Aji-no -san. Since they didn’t have any bones, I cooked them by hand. It’s hard to see, but I added a little sake and soy sauce. The umami of the horse mackerel makes it delicious even without any seasonings. I’m going to take a bath, so I’ll let it rest in the fridge while I do so. I don’t use oil, but I use parchment paper instead. I don’t add any special seasonings to the omelet. Surprisingly, you can still taste the sweetness and saltiness without adding anything. 🙆♀️ I like to bring it to the front, but how do you guys cook it? It’s cooked just right. ✨ Since more than 10 minutes had passed, I squeezed some daikon radish. I’d like to add a few more dishes. My husband helped me clean up again today. 🥹 Thank you as always.
