It’s a grilled summer vegetable salad. The ingredients are easy to make. You’ll need one eggplant, one zucchini, and five okra. First, cut the eggplant. Cut off the stem, trim off a small portion of the bottom, and cut into 1.5cm slices . Cut the narrow end in half lengthwise. Next, cut the zucchini. Cut the okra diagonally in half. Now, let’s make the sauce. Mix together 2 tablespoons of ponzu sauce, 2 teaspoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, and 1 teaspoon of yuzu pepper . Today, I’m going to use the toaster oven to bake. Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and lightly coat it with salad oil . Arrange the eggplant , which you’ve wiped dry, on top. Arrange the zucchini on top. Add the okra on top. Bake in the toaster oven for 10 minutes and let cool. It’s done. Let it cool, then toss. Now, let’s toss . Everything’s added. It’s done.
