【冷凍トマトでさっぱり!】すりおろしトマトそうめん|Grated Tomato Somen – Refreshing Cold Noodles

・トマト(中)… 2個(冷凍しておく)
・ミニトマト … 6個(お好みで)
・そうめん(乾燥)… 4束
・大葉 … 4枚(千切り)
・めんつゆ(ストレート)… 600ml

1. トマトを凍らせ、流水で皮をむいてすりおろす
2. ミニトマトを半分に、大葉は千切りに
3. そうめんを茹でて冷やし、水気を切る
4. 器にそうめんを盛り、すりおろしトマトをのせてめんつゆを注ぐ
5. トッピングを飾って完成!
