【南アフリカでノマド開始】世界一周の次はアフリカ縦断！🌍✈️

Hi there! I’m Nagi, and I took a solo round-the-world trip in business class. Suddenly, I know — right now I’m in Johannesburg, South Africa. It’s the opposite season from Japan, so it’s winter here! It’s cold!! You’re probably thinking,
“Wait, why Africa all of a sudden?” So let me explain the story step by step! I mentioned this in my intro video before, but in 2023, I traveled around the world in business class. Right after that, I started a working holiday. I’ll talk more about where I stayed another time, but let’s just say… somewhere in Europe! I still had about a month and a half left on my working holiday visa, but honestly, I’d had enough of Europe. And since my rental contract was also about to end, I decided to cut the trip short instead of renewing it. At one point, I thought about just going back to Japan. But it’s insanely hot there now, and going straight back felt like a waste. So I thought — why not explore Africa, the continent I couldn’t visit during my round-the-world trip? Luckily, the client I’m doing marketing support for said, “Remote work from Africa? Sounds great! Not much different from working from Europe. Totally fine!” So I got the green light 🙌 These days, I’m working on weekdays, and on weekends I go sightseeing to places like Cape of Good Hope, or go solo camping in the Namib Desert. It’s been a fulfilling Africa nomad life so far! So far I’ve visited Johannesburg and Cape Town in South Africa, and Windhoek, Sossusvlei, Swakopmund, and Walvis Bay in Namibia. Now I’m back in Joburg again. I’l be staying here for the next couple of weeks— working, editing videos, and taking it easy I’m sharing real-time updates of my journey on Instagram and TikTok, so feel free to follow me there!
