Founded in 1750 (Kan’en 3), this brewery has been around for 300 years. Daigaharajuku once thrived as a post town on the Koshu Kaido road. The brewery here produces the famous sake “Shichiken,” which continues to produce smooth sake using natural water from Mount Kaikoma in the Southern Alps.
⭕️Shichiken Factory Tour has also started! *The interior was designed by Chairman himself. Enjoy sake tasting in a wonderful room that blends history and the present. The tour also takes you around Shichiken’s storehouses, including the sake brewery, temporary residence, shochu storehouse, and Imperial water supply. This tour is recommended for overseas visitors who want to learn more about Japan, as the historic architecture remains intact.
