This time, I would like to share my experience with the various professional photographers’ photo plans that I applied for during my trip to Okinawa. It was really amazing! I wasn’t very interested at first, but Umami-chan was really enthusiastic about it. So, I thought I might as well try a few things… Yes, I tried a few things as listed in the table of contents, so I hope you’ll take a look at the photos that I got, which will be a great memory for newlyweds and family trips, so I hope you’ll use this as a reference… There are also many optional photo tours in Okinawa. We compared the four listed in the table of contents through various websites and applied. First, we took a sunset set photo. We applied through Activity Japan. Since we were very worried about the weather, this was probably the best option. The meeting place was a famous local spot south of Naha Airport. It’s a bit difficult to access without a car. A few days before, I calculated the weather forecast and the sunset time, and exchanged emails with the photographer saying to come exactly at XX o’clock. If the weather is bad, they will reschedule for another day at no penalty. In order not to miss the best timing between the clouds, serious instructions are given during the shoot. The poses are also serious, and a little embarrassing… They brought in a lot of amazing equipment, so the surrounding fishers were careful to keep their distance, wondering if it was a real shoot. I really recommend this for couples! If you are used to posing, you should feel free to suggest it yourself. Timing is everything, so be sure to be on time!! Next is starry sky photography. We applied for this through Asoview. We gathered at Tomorihoai Fishing Port in the southeast of Miyakojima. There were a lot of cars, but it was basically pitch black, so drive carefully to avoid falling into the water! There is also a weather risk here, but if it’s not raining, depending on the amount of clouds, you can wait for the moment when the clouds move, or a professional will handle it well. We will take maximum exposure photos of the starry sky, so be careful of anything that emits light. Next is the glass bottom SUP. This is also booked through Asoview, but the tour we applied for seems to be out now. The meeting place seems to change depending on the weather and wave conditions on the day, so it may be difficult to access without a car. When we went, it was around Aragusuku Beach in the northeast of the island. The drone photography was cool. Finally, this was also very good. Drone photography at the lighthouse at Higashihennazaki. We applied for this through the local “Miyakojima Tours”. The site seems a little difficult to use. Please watch the video here as well.
