韓国女ひとり旅🇰🇷 エルパトで撃沈!?ソウルグルメ・カフェ巡り・美容医療・購入品すべて見せます【vlog】

Arrived at Incheon Airport! I’m heading to my hotel in Myeongdong by bus. Luckily, the bus stops right in front of the hotel. Hi there, I’m YURIE, a travel writer! Today, I’m on my way back to Japan via Korea from San Francisco. I landed at Incheon at 5am, and it’s still just 7am. I’ll be staying for 2 nights and 3 days, but since my return flight is early in the morning, I basically have 2 full days. As always, I’ll be filming and turning this into a vlog. Alright, let’s go get some breakfast. I heard there’s a famous Dakgomtang place in the market behind the hotel, so I’m going to check it out. A mountain of chicken being torn apart nonstop! Last time I had Dakgomtang at a nicer restaurant. This local spot in the market was affordable and tasty. The meat was a bit tough? Maybe that’s the standard here. I have a clinic appointment, so I’m heading to the Gangnam area by subway. Since I got here early, I stopped by Olive Young in Garosugil. I picked up more of the face masks I liked from my last trip. I’ll show everything I bought in Korea at the end of this video 🙂 I went back to Hanbiin Dermatology for facial hair removal. This time I got facial hair removal. They cooled my skin before the treatment, so it barely hurt. Besides Olive Young, I always check out drugstore skincare too. I removed my makeup for skincare, so I’m heading to Elpat barefaced. First stop is the Galleria store where I got my mini Bolide last time. For now, I’m just checking out the vibe. I went to the store, but they said the item I wanted wasn’t in stock. They told me inventory isn’t great right now and suggested I come back another time. They told me inventory isn’t great right now and suggested I come back another time. No luck at Hyundai Department Store either. Since I was nearby, I gave it another try with regular spice level. You can order with a tablet, so no worries if you don’t speak Korean. Compared to last time, the color looks milder. It comes with freshly cooked rice, which is always a plus! Medium spice level was definitely the right choice (lol). It was delicious and super satisfying! By the way, you need to order at least two servings here. I often stop by the COEX Starfield Library when I’m in the area. Back in Myeongdong! It’s strawberry season, so I grabbed a juice. I’ve stayed at voco Myeongdong several times and love it. The free minibar is also a nice bonus! Having a bathtub is a big plus, especially in colder seasons. I met up with a friend for an early dinner. The Seolleongtang at this local spot was amazing. We went for a second round at a cute café nearby. Cafes in Korea stay open late, so it’s common to do a second round there. These lazy-looking ducks were just too cute. The croffle my friend ordered was also delicious. I took a supplement for bloating and called it a night! Good morning 🙂 Day 2 in Korea starts with breakfast at the hotel! They had a great Korean food section too. Pho, kimchi, and ham—such a random combo (lol). Good morning again—today is my second day in Korea. Since my flight tomorrow is early, I’ll be staying at an airport hotel tonight. I don’t have many fixed plans today, but I’d like to do some shopping and Elpat. Since there didn’t seem to be much stock yesterday, I’m keeping Elpat low-key today. I checked out the Lotte Duty Free and they had quite a variety. There was a pink croc Constance Mini, and a mini Bolide in a soft green croc that was super cute. It was a bummer to see the Noir Picotin get sold right in front of me. I also spotted a 24/24 and a Neoevelyne. Apparently, they had just restocked today. I want to stop by the nearby Shinsegae Duty Free as well. Back to Olive Young, this time the Myeongdong flagship! The big Myeongdong store is crowded but has the best selection, so I always go if I’m staying nearby. They had a new section for the popular Biodance products 🙂 I’ll show the haul at the end of the video 🙂 Shinsegae Duty Free also had a lot of good stuff. I saw In The Loop and Evelyne 29, and a croc Constance Mini. The one that caught my eye the most was the Neo Garden! It was cute, but I passed on it this time. Dropped off my bags at the hotel for a bit. Now I’ve moved over to the Gangnam area. My friend recommended this café, and the vibe was amazing. You can order in Japanese with a tablet, which was really helpful. The truffle pasta seemed to be a popular item, so I gave it a try. The creamy ragù base was delicious too! They also had a fancy kimchi fried rice that looked tempting (lol). I spent about two hours at Hermès earlier. They had a bag I wanted, but there was a mix-up with the stock check, and the one I really wanted was actually out of stock. They had it in a different color, but it didn’t suit me at all… I don’t just want anything, so I decided not to buy it. It was a little disappointing, and the staff member who usually helps me was off today, so someone else assisted me. They spent two hours looking into different options, so I ended up buying just a lipstick. No major finds this time, but that’s it for Elpat. I finally checked out a boutique I’d passed by several times. I also visited BLUE ELEPHANT, a glasses shop I’d been curious about. It had more affordable and wearable designs than Gentle Monster. Kind of like JINS in Japan, maybe? Time for a café break! They also had light meals and desserts besides coffee. The staff here were kind, and it was a comfy spot. The bloating supplement I took last night worked so well that I bought a whole box! Now I’m in Garosugil. Checked out ARKET, H&M’s sister brand. It’s not in Japan yet, and they had lots of practical items—highly recommend. Went to The Ordinary’s standalone store to pick up a serum my friend asked for. They sell some items at Olive Young, but only a limited selection, so if you want to see the full lineup, the standalone store is better. NIOD is a different skincare line—slightly pricier than The Ordinary, I think? For dinner, I went for Dakhanmari. They offer single servings here, which is perfect. Starting with a beer for now! Added some enoki mushrooms and waiting for everything to cook! The staff here tell you when to eat and how, which is great. Finished it off with kalguksu noodles. Honestly, this might be the real reason I eat Dakhanmari (lol). Now I’m heading to the airport by train. Since I have an early flight tomorrow, I’m staying at an airport hotel tonight. Let me give you a quick room tour 🙂 Behind the hotel is the airport parking lot, I think? The room was spacious enough and very comfortable. You can hear the planes quite a bit, so earplugs might be a good idea. Flying back to Japan tomorrow morning. I just arrived at the airport hotel, and since I don’t have that much to show this time, I’ll go over my haul from here. Just one Olive Young bag this time. The rest are items I was asked to buy, and this bunch is from the pharmacy! Since I’m heading home tomorrow, I’ll show everything before I forget. Starting with Olive Young. I didn’t buy that much this time. I just stocked up a bit on face masks. First, I repurchased the Numbers In No.9 I liked last time. It’s the type you hook over your ears to tighten your jawline. It’s great for reducing puffiness—I love it. I got three more this time. The store I went to didn’t have the boxed version, so I picked up three singles instead. Next is my usual Melacapture mask. Planning to use it while I’m in Japan, so I just got two. Then I picked up two new sheet masks from Biodance. A friend gave me the pink one before and I loved it, so I got these new versions! Looks like they’re Olive Young exclusives based on this mark. The yellow one is the Real Deep Mask with niacinamide. The green one is Refreshing Sea Kelp—should be soothing with seaweed extracts. I think the green one is for clarity, and the yellow for brightening. This is also from Biodance—it’s a niacinamide toner pad. Kind of like mini masks that you can place on specific areas. By the way, I’m in the airport hotel now, so you might hear some planes taking off. I was hoping to see the planes take off, but unfortunately, no view. Here’s what it looks like inside. It comes with tweezers so you can pick one pad at a time—very hygienic. They also had the usual pink, green, and blue ones, but I went with just the yellow this time. Next is makeup—an eyebrow pencil. I’d been using a slim one I got at Sephora, but I lost it. I accidentally bought a slightly thicker one. I wanted something finer, but this seems usable, so it’s okay. This is the rom&nd Han All Flat Brow. “Flat” means the tip is angled flat. The shade is C2 Gray Taupe. Looks easy to use, so I’ll give it a try. Next is enzymes—the only inner-care item I picked up. I asked the Olive Young staff for a good one, and they said this was the most popular, so I got it. Here’s what it looks like. It’s a powder-type enzyme. It has a roasted kind of scent. Tastes similar to the bright pink one I had before. No bitterness, easy to drink—kind of like amazake. It comes with more inside than the one I used before, and the price was cheaper too. Then I picked up a repeat buy: the Estra body cream I liked. It feels lightweight on the skin and I really liked it, so I bought another one. That’s it for my Olive Young haul. Next up, what I got from the pharmacy. I picked up a few items for inner care and acne. I actually have a pimple right here right now, so I got a cream and some patches. I asked for recommendations and they gave me these two. Did I have this already? I think this green patch is new to me. It looks like a super thin type. The cream is a well-known acne treatment—I’m going to try it out. Next is a supplement for bloating. I tried one last night and felt really refreshed this morning. I was super bloated from the long flight, but this really helped. So I went back and bought a box—14 vials, liquid type. So I went back and bought a box—14 vials, liquid type. It wasn’t too sweet or too sour—really easy to drink. Since it’s stress-free to take, I got the whole box. I also asked if they had anything for hangovers, and they had a whole hangover section, so I picked up a few to try. Honestly, I’m not sure what’s what—I just grabbed a bunch. I tried PartySmart before but it was just okay, so this time I went with the liquid types. I’ll try them and let you know how they work. This is my hangover set for when I drink a lot. That’s it for my pharmacy haul. Lastly, a little bonus. There was a lot going on at Hermès, but I didn’t get a bag this time. I was out of lipstick, so I got a new one. You can buy it in Japan too, but I never mind having backups. And two serums from The Ordinary that my friend asked for. It’s the Soothing & Barrier Support Serum. She’s asked me a few times, so she must really like it. There are ingredients you shouldn’t mix, but it feels like fun science. I used to like The Ordinary too, but lately I’ve been more into Korean skincare, so I haven’t used it as much. Still, I think it’s a great brand with lots of good products. This wasn’t a huge haul, but that’s everything for now. Flying back to Japan tomorrow morning. Thanks for watching my Korea vlog and haul till the end. Hope to see you in the next video. Bye for now!
