福岡は最高!日本での最初の48時間🇯🇵

We have just arrived in Japan and we’ll
be spending the next 2 weeks exploring from the biggest and craziest cities
to remote onsens and natural jungles. [Music] We arrived here by overnight ferry from
South Korea and are starting our journey with 48 hours in the city of Fukuoka 福岡, home
to one of Japan’s most beautiful waterfalls. The weirdest noodle-eating tradition. What are you doing? You let them all go. And the original Ichiran ramen restaurant. This is just the beginning of
our two week Japan adventure. Good morning, beautiful people.
We have made it to a new country.   We’re in Japan and today we are
going to explore Fukuoka 福岡. And today we are starting with one of
the most beautiful location probably in   the whole of Japan, according to some
reviews. We’re going to a gorge. Now, we’ll organize a tour of get your
guide, but there’s a lot of people. So,   let’s find our tour guide. Let’s get in our bus.
It’s a long ride. We’ll tell you more as we go. 204, the red bus. We made it in time for some
reason cuz we don’t really do guided tours that often just because we found we can do most
things on our own, but this one was really difficult to get to on our own. Like, pretty much
impossible. So, unless we rent to the car. So,   we just thought a tour would be better. I get
so stressed like make making sure we get there on time. We got it though. But we’re here now
and I can just like relax. Uh like there was like a two guys like they don’t have the cash.
So since I don’t have like a 4,000 y so do we have some any not volunteer volunteer uh like
some people who would like to just like rent the money for those two two miserable people
and so fast and they will just like give the money back after we back to the city because the
hallway won’t have the ATM machine may cricket it’s We’ll figure it out. We’ll figure it out.
This is so bad, you guys. We’re going to miss out on part of the tour because you have to pay extra
for the scenic train ride, but you can only pay in cash. And I tried to get cash out before we got
on the tour, but the ATM that we went to didn’t accept our card, and we just didn’t have time.
We didn’t have time to go looking for an ATM. [Music]   Thank you so much. [Music] We have just
made it to our first stop. It was quite a long bus ride to get here, but actually
the bus ride here was very picturesque,   so it wasn’t annoying at all and very smooth.
And our first stop today is Takho Gorge. And it’s supposed to be absolutely spectacular. Wo! Oh,
wow. It’s pristine. Okay, we’re in a group tour, so we can’t we can’t stop and admire too much
because we’re going to be walking down right now into the gorge, and we’re going to get a good
view of it all along here. But Oh, it’s gorgeous. No pun intended there, but oh my god. All right.
Everybody comes to Japan for like the big cities and things like that, but I think a lot of people
forget or don’t even realize like the beautiful nature that Japan has. So, I’m very excited for
this. So, we arrived, for those that don’t know, through the ferry from South Korea. And this
was actually yesterday. So this is literally the first thing we see and do in Japan because
yesterday we were like zombies. We were so tired   and this is the first glimpse we see of Japan
and it’s absolutely spectacular. That’s the volcano. This rock shape the formation of the
rocks in the gorge. So unique. So those rocks is actually a volcanic rock from Japan’s
largest active volcano. I’ll put the name here. I already forgot the name. Mount Asel.
Mount Asel. Yes, I remember cuz I’m better than you. It is so beautiful. And it’s a bit of
a glimpse as to what our Japan trip is going to be about. A lot of nature. We will do cities,
but a lot of nature. So, if you’re into that,   stick around. So, our guide is kind of rushing
us through at the moment so that we can get to the bottom of the gorge, which I think is there’s
a beautiful spectacular waterfall down there. So, I think we kind of rushed down a little bit
and then he said we can take our time coming back up again because some of the people
in our group, they actually paid extra to do a boat ride through the gorge, which sounds
pretty amazing. But, we’re not doing that. So, we have to rush to get them to their boat
and then we can enjoy our kind of wander   back through. Oh my gosh. Oh, look. There’s the
boats. Wow. Oh my god. Oh my god. It’s so pretty. Wow. I love it here so much. Like it feels
like we’ve just stepped into a movie scene or like a fairy tale. Wow. This water has a
way of flowing. It looks like those sparkles. Very very enchanting. Oh my god, look how
beautiful this is. And now we can explore our own pace. [Music] The logistics of getting
to Takiho Gorge without a tour was pretty much impossible from Fukuoka. So actually it’s
pretty much impossible on public transport.   You do need to hire a rental car if you want to
do this. So, we just thought it would be easier to book a tour through Get Your Guide. They
just made the whole day simple. We get on the bus and we get driven there, which is amazing.
So, we’ll put a link in the description below   for this tour as well. Wo! We should do
bunny. It’s so high. That’s a good jump. It’s a pretty small section. It like we got
through it super quick. So, we’re going to be able to take our time and kind of go back that
way and actually get some beautiful photos and   some beautiful video. But before we do that, we’re
going to go and find something. There is a really unique restaurant here. And this restaurant
that’s here was like the first of its kind and it’s very traditional to this area. So, I
really want to go see if we can find it. I’ll show you when we get there. This is the kind of
moment that you know when you see on Instagram,   you’re like, “Oh, that looks idealic.” And
now I’m leaving it. It is idealic. Okay. Oh, this is so cool. This restaurant behind us
kind of invented this uh palotine noodles. It translates to they have these bamboo streams
down the table and they send cold noodles flowing through well noodles flowing through this
cold water and you have to catch them with   your chopsticks and then they have a bowl of
sauce for you to dip them in and eat them. Oh yes, this is so cool. This is so cool. So, they
do like they have a bit of a menu. So, you can get just the noodles um
which basically you have to catch,   but they give you a homemade soup that
you get to dip your noodles in. Otherwise, if you’re more hungry, they also sell like sets
with fish as well if you’re more hungry. But, we’re really just here for the experience. So,
we’ll probably just do the noodles. [Music] This is to drink or for the noodles. This
is for the noodles. So, you dip the noodles   inside this. Okay. So, it’s rock and roll.
Yeah. Okay. It’s here. It’s here. Let’s go. I’m like stressed about it. Round one. Fight.
Oh, good job. You’re doing it left-handed. You have an advantage. I’m right-handed. Okay.
What are you doing? You let them all go. I did my best. Flawless victory. All right,
our court noodles. Oh, this is so good. Okay, you have to let other people
get them, too. Let the people go. Oh, no. Okay. I’m not very good at this yet.
Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. This is so good. They actually taste really amazing,
too. Okay, these ones. [Music] Oh, that was so good. That was my best one yet. Look
how many I got. Oh, gotcha. Oh, what a catch. No one’s taking. I’ll take that. Thank you
very much. This is the funnest game ever. This is our first like official meal in Japan.
Yesterday we didn’t eat much. We were so   exhausted. We went to bed super early. And I have
to say this is probably the best first meal you could ever have in Japan. Like we’re literally
fishing for our noodles. And not only that,   they’re some of the best noodles we’ve ever
eaten. They’re so yummy. This is delicious. And that was 1,400. Yeah. All right. Now we
got to rush back to the next spot on our tour. Look how big this fish is. Oh, no way. Look
at We’re leaving. There is the biggest fish in the world. Just to give you context for how
big that fish is. That is insane. Look at it. It’s like as tall as Max. Oh my god. Okay, can
you get get a shot of the fish near me so people can see how big it is? This is insane. I am.
So, apart from the fact that the gorge is just undeniably stunning. It is so beautiful here. It
actually has a lot of mythological significance here in Japan as well. So, I’m going to read
this cuz I don’t want to get it wrong. But,   Takiho is steeped in Japanese mythology.
It’s renowned as the site where the sun goddess Emmaasu is said to have hidden in
a cave, plunging the world into darkness. This event led to the gathering of other dietes
to coax her out restoring light to the world. The area is dotted with shrines and sites that are
linked to this legend. So apart from this gorge being so beautiful. It has a lot of like I guess
cultural significance within Japan, it’s just Japan is amazing cuz it’s just filled with like
ancient history and mythology which is so fun. And like literally 10 minutes later, we’re already
at our next stop, which is awesome. I think once you’re in this area, all of the stops are quite
close together. It was just a getting here and   getting back to Fukuoka. That is the long pass.
So, this is awesome. We’re taking 1:00. So, this stop is the Emma Terasu Railway. And this is a
scenic train that we’re about to take. Apparently, it’s really beautiful. And it’s like a cool
oldfashioned train, I think. Not 100% sure on   that, but I guess we’re about to find out. Also,
look, it’s like sold out. Oh, yeah. So, luckily, our guide actually stopped here before the gorge
and quickly ran in and bought us tickets. So, I guess don’t just show up cuz they might be
sold out. So, a train has just arrived. It is the adorable kind of train you would expect to only
find in Japan. We’re saying that those conductors have the easiest jobs and the best job because
it’s just driving a little pink train, speaking   to tourists. Great, great birthday in Japan.
Thank you. Thank you. [Music] Oh my gosh. No way. I love it. They’re so cute. So much fun. They
bring out the inner child in you. It’s so cute. [Music] It’s like a a disco in the tunnel. [Music] Wow, it’s so beautiful in this part of Japan. So, I think we’re actually
about to go over the gorge,   but we were just at like
a different section of it. [Music]   Wow, I cannot believe how high up we are.
This is really fun. It’s like being a kid again. You’re on a toy train. There was a
disco girl in the tunnel on the way here   and now the staff are blowing bubbles
for us. It honestly just bringing out your inner child and I’m here for
it. Like why not have some fun? All about the breaks. All about the break. [Music] Good. [Music] That was a very cute train ride. Okay, thank you. All right, we have arrived at
our third and final stop for the day. We are at the Emma Shrine. I know I’m pronouncing that
wrong, so we’ll just put it. But we can also get some food from here, which is kind of good
because we haven’t eaten yet. One beef dog. Yeah,   beef dog. One roast burger. Rice burger, please.
All right, so our guide recommended that we just order some food and then go look at the shrine and
then just come back and get your food. Perfect. Love that efficiency. Efficiency. It’s honestly
been a really really nice day tour. Like so so much fun. So much beauty. Our guide is really
fun as well. I think guides usually make the tour or break the tour, but he’s just made it like
really fun and hilarious and everyone has been really kind. It’s been great. Fantastic. First
day in Japan, guys. This is literally our first day in Japan. And what a day. And Jacqueline
has found us a little surprise for dinner. So stick around and that’s will only be day one.
So guys, this is this is the this is if you want to know what to do in Fukuoka, watch this video.
sincerely watching. Thank you for watching. Like, subscribe, do whatever you want. There is
so much more Japan content coming up. So, stick around. So, I don’t know if this is the same
or like a different section of the same gorge that we were just at or if this is like a completely
different river, but it’s just beautiful. And our guide RKU did say that they kind of call this
mini Takuchio Gorge. Um, and you can see why. like it looks very beautiful, but it’s not like a big
split deep gorge like what we were just having, but you can see the river flowing through this
valley and it’s just the nature in Japan is so spectacular. And most people come here and
they do like the Golden Triangle, you know, the Kyoto Osaka Tokyo, which I totally
get. It’s your first trip, you want to go   to like those attractions, but definitely
look outside of those regions if you can. Oh my god. Wow. That is amazing. Wow. Really,
really beautiful. Oh my god. Look at this. [Music] Oh man, this Oh, look at this. Oh, the
water is spectacular. Wow. Crystal clear. Amazing. So inviting. So we told you that little
mythological story earlier about the sun god who had hidden. This cave is known as the meeting
point of all the gods cuz in the mythology he says all 800 gods that they believe in here
actually met in this cave. And in that story they had to convince her to come out of hiding.
Oh this is so nice. Oh wow. I see what you were saying about the the little rock pile. Feel like
everywhere we’ve seen today has just been like a fairy tale setting. Like so picturesque and
perfect as well. It’s been It’s been too much. Yeah. Ooh la la. Woohoo. [Music]   That tour was absolutely incredible.
Highly recommend it. And like I said,   we’ll put a link to the Get Your Guide tour in the
description below if you guys are watching this as a guide. We just got dropped back in the city of
Fukuoka. We’re taking a stroll along this lovely canal here. We’re on the hunt for some ramen,
but we have a very specific ramen store in mind. You guys have probably heard of Ichiran
ramen before. It’s kind of famous in Japan   and I guess famous to foreigners in Japan. I
think I’ve seen it so much on social media as well as in like almost every single vlog.
But did you know that the Ichiran store, the very first original one, was
actually created here in Fukuoka? [Music] Well, we definitely found it ramen.
And there is a line out the front. So, I guess that’s to be expected. I guess we’re
going to join a line sometime. We got to Okay. Classic tonkatu ramen. Okay. So excited. Wow, that is so cool. Don’t know what’s going on. I
love it so much. This is very   interesting. I’m in my little boot.
Have you been a good boy today? Hello. This is awesome. I’ve never actually eaten at
Ichi, so this is so much fun. You’re in your tiny little booth all by yourself and they you
can’t even see the waiter because of the height of the booth. It actually just blocks off like pretty
much from their belly button up. So, you just kind   of see like their mid and their legs and they just
speak to you and it is so dang cute. And check this out. Individual little water tap. I love that
so much. I’m having dinner without Jacqueline. Let’s see if that works. Hey, that’s not all worked. All right, enough
messing around, Max. Let’s try this. Wow. Our very first ramen in Japan.
I’m so excited for this. So good. So so good. [Music] It’s amazing.
I’m so excited for this ramen. I’m starving. Heaven. Absolute heaven. I can’t believe this. This makes me so happy. Perfect eggs every time. So up on the board behind
us here, they have like the story of Ichiram Ramen and how it was created. So it was actually created
in 1960. And this store, like we said earlier, is the original store here. So this was the very
first Ichiama store that was opened in 1960. Um, they sell the tonkatu ramen is the only ramen
that we saw on the menu here. And tonkatu ramen was actually created here in Fukuaka as well. So,
tonkatu raon Japanese people is just pork. So, the ramen is made with a pork bone broth. Um,
but I don’t know how they get it so creamy and delicious. It’s amazing. And apparently Max was
just reading that only four people know the recipe to this ramen. Each dedicated department has been
decided and engaged in noodles cannot enter the manufacturing area of soup and vice versa. Really?
Yeah. At the bottom of the bowl is some Japanese writing and we just translated it and it says,
“This drop is the greatest joy.” So good. Oh, that’s so good. I love that. So cute. That was the
best ever first day in Japan. I cannot think of anything better than what we just did. As a first
day in Japan, I dare you to beat this without dressing up as Pikachu. [Music] Hello, beautiful
people. Welcome to our second day in Fukuoka. We are starting today with a bit of a history and we
have made it to the Fukuoka Castle. Castle sort We’ve made it to the park where the castle ruins
are. And now we have to find the big big park. And right at the entrance there’s like a little
kind of memorabilia. Yeah. Of the old stadium of the old baseball stadium that is was right in
front of us right now. So I guess age sort of decayed. Yeah. But it looks pretty epic. So this
castle is mostly ruins unfortunately. And I mean it was built in the period which means the 1600s.
And then in the 1800s, which was the Miji period, yes, that is a Japanese chocolate brand, which is
delicious. Uh they actually tore a lot of these kinds of structures down. I believe they took
the resources, like the stone of the structure   to build other things. So, it’s mostly ruins,
which is a little bit unfortunate, but the actual park and surrounding area of the castle is so
nice. Like, it’s just nice walking around. We also just walked through what I’m pretty sure was
a massive alley of cherry blossoms. So obviously Japan in the cherry blossom period of season is
very expensive to come to and I think most people go to Kyoto. That’s one of the popular places for
cherry blossoms. But maybe Fukuoka is like a more budget friendly alternative if you really want to
come. Definitely look into that. We learned that this city was known as the samurai city. So this
is Fukuoka Castle and down where we’re staying by the port is actually Hakata. So Hakata was the bay
and the port area and Fukuoka was like a separate city. But this castle was still strategically
built here on top of this hill in order to protect Hakata. Hakata has been like the gateway
to Japan from Eastern Asia for a long long time. So the castle here to protect the Hakata ports
and anything coming in like all the mercenaries   and things like that was really important. We’ve
made our way into the neighborhood that I think is pronounced Tenzin like T E N J I N. And this
neighborhood is like a very trendy neighborhood. There’s so many shops and restaurants and like
little cafes and food things around. And they’re so busy. There’s so many people just walking
around. It is a Saturday after all. So, everyone’s like out shopping and enjoying their weekend
in the city. But just walking around Fukuoka, it’s actually a really cool city to walk around
and just kind of I guess absorb the Japanese culture or like the people who are in the city.
Okay, your turn. Found a Yoshi Noya. Yoshinoya is like not the best Japanese food, but it’s very
affordable Japanese food. And we had such amazing food yesterday that we should probably be a little
bit more on a budget today. And also, we’re going to have an amazing dinner tonight. I hope so.
We’re going to go for a very chilled meal. And I’m getting a Japanese curry, which is like so good.
Japanese curry is delicious. Yum. Yummy. Your bowl is so cute. M. Oh, I’m starving. So ready for
this. Good. M. Yours looks really good. [Music] Well, lunch was a solid 5 out of 10. highly
recommend Yoshinoya if you are a budget traveler, but if you’re looking for really good Japanese
food, probably don’t go to Yoshinoya. It’s pretty   weird. But we made it to Tokoi Tokoi Temple.
There’s so many temples here in Fugoka. It’s not the oldest temple in Fugoka. I believe that’s
Kushida Shrine if I’m pronouncing correctly. Um, but this one looks really beautiful and I think it
has a tall pagoda that looks nice. So I came here this temple grounds. It’s like right next to a
main busy road and in the heart of the city and we literally walked in and now it’s a lot more
peaceful as promised in the pictures. There’s a fivetory pagod over there that looks so beautiful.
It’s just tied to it. Today was too big of a day. When you get to Max’s age, it’s really hard
to keep up with a young person like me. So, I have to slow down for him. There’s
these hanging beads and they were a They were pulling them and
they were making this noise. That was fun. cuz there’s a more meaningful
purpose. But I know there’s a reason why that’s happening. There’s probably like a certain
amount of times you’re supposed to do it,   but there’s no one here for me to ask, but
we just saw some other people doing that. Um, and yeah, it just sparked my curiosity. But a very
beautiful, very peaceful temple and a really nice little getaway from uh the big city. Also, we got
to just sit down for a minute and relax, which Max really needed. I think I’ve revived him a little.
I think he’s ready for our next destination. All right, we’re about to try and figure out
how to ride the subway. We have no idea. We don’t have a um one of the tap cards because we
didn’t come through the airport because we came through a ferry to Japan. There was nowhere
to like buy those things. But we’re pretty   sure you can just buy like a singular
ticket. Okay, cool. We did it. [Music] Boom. [Music] For our next stop, something very exciting.
Jacqueline has been looking forward to it   for I’ll say almost over a year. Whoa.
Wow. [Applause] Wo. This is so cool. So, this is Team Lab Forest, which is a
different theme to Team Lab Borderless, which is the very popular one in Tokyo. But the
reason we decided to do it here in Fukuoka, well, there’s two reasons actually. Number one, the
one in Tokyo is booked out weeks in advance. And we didn’t know if we were going to have
time whilst we were there cuz there’s so much to do in Tokyo. And this one, we literally
booked the tickets last night. So, it’s way quieter that I think there’s barely anyone
here. So, we have so much space to enjoy it. And number two, this one was about almost half as
expensive as the one in Tokyo. And I think that really is just to do with the popularity and not
necessarily with the attraction. So, here we are. [Music] [Music] Oh my goodness. Oh, no ways. I’m
like in Super Mario Bros. That is insane. [Music] That is so much fun. That is
so much fun. Wow. That is incredible. [Music] It’s like being a kid again.
So much fun. Wa! [Music] That was so cool. I love this place. All right, here we go. Oh my gosh. There’s like
Oh, no way. Does it move? [Music] No. No. [Music] Whoa. Oh no. Goodbye. I’m super glad
that we chose the Fukuoka team lab to come to because there’s like barely any people
here and I don’t know how much they manage the people that enter the one at Tokyo, but
like it’s so nice. There’s no We have so much space cuz there’s barely anyone. [Music]
Oh my god. Each room is just what I think some of them some of them are attached and
the other one Oh my god, this is so cool. [Music] That was actually a lot of fun. And
so so well done. We were just exiting and the staff stationed at the exit told us that we can
exit or we can go back to the beginning and do   it all over again. So if there’s something that
like you really loved, you can just kind of walk all the way back through. Super cool experience.
Super well done. Like the intensity of the music like matching with all the different rooms and all
the different effects they had going on. It’s like a big adults playground. So, we’ve just made our
way back towards the main city center, I guess, of Fukuoka. We were on our way to the Nasu Food
Stos. I just saw this thing on Google Maps, and I was looking around the Fukuoka city on maps to
see what there was, and I decided that that would   be a great place for dinner because they have like
4,000 reviews of this street, so it must be super popular. So, we’re going to head there. [Music]
Okay, so we’ve made it to the food area. Hey, they’ve got beef tongue, smoked duck breast. I
like the ones like this that have some pictures so you can kind of get an idea of what you’re
going to be getting. It’s not really a street   market. It’s more like a little mini restaurant
by the side of the river. Well, actually, Fukoka is like famous for these outdoor food stalls.
Actually, Pugoka is just famous for food in   general. It’s supposed to be some of the best food
in Japan. Um, but yeah, these outdoor food stalls are like a Fukuoka thing. So, this is a Japanese
cultural thing. In restaurants and food stalls, once you’re done, you get up and leave straight
away. Like, you don’t sit there for hours drinking   and enjoying. This is not France. They only have
like eight seats or 10 seats at each restaurant. So, if you’re sitting there taking up two of
those seats, you’re stealing their money and their   customers. So, Japanese people really, they kind
of eat and drink and go. It’s not like a enjoy your time kind of thing. So just keep that in mind
when you come to these places. Okay. Yeah. Okay. I love it. When Jackie and I started
dating and went to a bar. Oh my   god. And all we get all we drank was a
beer. That is so true. Cheers. Cheers. So, I would say this is almost like an isaya
in Japan, like a where you kind of just have   like small bites, but then they also do
bigger meals as well. Like they have big bowls of ramen that you can order, too. We just
ordered a couple of small bites and we’re going   to enjoy our beer and just enjoy the atmosphere,
which is kind of chaotic and a little bit fun. Oo, they sourced our dumplings already. [Music] Very del. Very good. Nothing like any thing I’ve
had before in terms of yoga. Very different. Oo, yum. Yeah, the meat like is like melt in your
mouth. It just kind of faded away in a good way. In a good sense. Delicious. Really, really yummy.
All right. And we got some chicken meatballs, too. We got some chicken meatballs, too.
There’s some sort of green sauce on here.   I’m not sure what it is. I’m just going to go
for it. I love in Japan that there’s so many restaurants you can go to that just serve little
food on sticks. This is so fun. We ordered more. That was so much fun. Everyone at our little
store was talking to us and making friends and super to everyone. Like that’s true. You
asked the question. You opened it up. Yeah, we were. Anyway, it was just a very convivial
atmosphere. Everyone was chatting away. But   it’s like one of those things cuz our seats
are already taken now that we’ve left. So, I didn’t want to like sit there chatting. Uh even
though that would have been really nice. But yeah, that was a really fun experience. And that
was an amazing first 48 hours in Japan. I think potentially the best first 48 hours we could
have had. Like no matter where we landed in Japan, I think we just had the most amazing first
48. Everything has just been smooth and easy   and everyone’s been friendly and the food’s been
delicious. Didn’t start the usual tourist route, but we are heading in a tourist route. Yes. But
first, not yet. Not yet. First, we have something super super exciting. Yeah, if you made it this
far in the video, I think you probably enjoyed   it so far. So, definitely make sure you guys
subscribe. It’s free. And in our next video, we are heading off to begin the Kunisaki
Trail, which is a pilgrimage here in Japan. It’s a five-day trek um through this beautiful
area of Japan and we’re going to be staying in homeays and small villages and going to onsand
and just seeing what like all the beautiful nature that Japan has to offer. So, we would
love for you guys to join us on that adventure. And if you want to do that tour we did yesterday,
we’ll leave the link for get your guides. Highly   recommend it. And if you like the nature, then
you got to look at the next video because it’s all about nature. and then we’ll do the tourist
things. But for now, so much for watching. Thank you guys. We’ll see you in the next one. Bye.
Can’t believe we both did that. So cute. [Music]

  2. I hope you are going to Kyoto- while there, highly recommend Otagi Temple- it was our favorite!

  3. Following you since your Taiwan cycle adventure. You guys are still so adorable!😅 After the Alishan proposal, is the big day coming up soon? Or have l missed it? Have fun in Nippon! ❤

  4. Maybe it is better to say "Kyushu Island is Incredible!!" I spent one week in Kyushu last November-December. It is incredible. We visited many of the spots you mentioned around Fukuoka. We purchased the Southern Japan JR Rail Pass, which costs approximately USD220 for unlimited train travel all the way from Kyushu up to Osaka. I highly recommend Nagasaki, a most beautiful city. Volcanic Mt. Aso hiking is incredible. Aso is just north of the gorge you visited. We skipped the gorge as you had to spend a full day on a tour bus and it was cold in late November. Everything was pretty empty in Kyushu in late November.

  5. Please come to the north someday! Japan is a long country not only from east to west but also from north to south. While you can enjoy skiing in Hokkaido, you can also enjoy swimming on the beach in Okinawa. Therefore, there are unique delicious foods from the northern regions as well as those from the southern regions that you can enjoy!😋

  6. Guys 💃🕺Thanks for sharing! Japan is so cool! love the channel it is always fun. 💖cheers and happy adventures in Japan. 🍺🍺🤠
