实拍亚洲最发达国家新加坡,中国夫妻150美元穷游一天,只吃一顿饭

Hello everyone, I am Baboon. We are backpacking around Southeast Asia. The first stop of the second part of the global travel in Southeast Asia is Singapore. We have come to the most developed country in Asia. Singapore is also another country in the world where the Chinese are the main ethnic group. Singapore’s per capita GDP is 90,000 US dollars, ranking first in Asia. The whole country or the whole city is a garden city as the legend says. As one of the world’s financial centers, countless multinational companies gather here. In the core area of the city, skyscrapers are everywhere. Every tourist who comes here will sigh at the prosperity here. In addition, Singapore’s development is also reflected in other aspects. The whole country is full of vegetation and water sources. Because of high-tech mosquito control, mosquitoes are not The large-scale application of the rare water circulation system is also one of the national policies. Singapore’s regulations are also strict. There is a fine for running a red light, a fine for feeding wild birds, and a fine for not clearing the tableware after eating at the food court . Friends who come here to travel should still pay more attention. But what makes us feel more difficult is the price here. The per capita income in Singapore is nearly 30,000 yuan, and all prices are much higher than in China. Use RMB to experience what Singapore’s prices are like. A hotel of 10 square meters is 600 yuan , 3 cans of Coke is 50 yuan, two bottles of mineral water are 30 yuan , and the subway is 100 yuan for two people a day. A simple meal in the food court is 100 yuan for two people. Langtaosha MRT is 50 yuan for two people. We only eat one meal a day when we travel in Singapore. A meal costs 1,000 RMB. Our biggest conclusion when traveling in Singapore is that Singapore does not support idle people . Let’s start today’s Singapore trip with the baboon Wentao. I think Singapore must be a very special country for Chinese people. It is the only country in the world besides China with a majority population of Chinese . Chinese people account for more than 70% of the total population. Most of them are descendants of Chinese who went to Southeast Asia from the southeastern coastal areas of China to make a living. In addition, Singapore is the only country in the world besides China that has designated Chinese as the official language . Walking on the streets here, you can see Chinese characters everywhere and hear people talking in Mandarin. So as Chinese people, we have a natural affinity for Singapore. Honey, do you know that you always asked me who my favorite female star is? Today I will reveal the secret to you. She is a Singaporean. She was once a national treasure-level actress in Singapore. Her name is Fann Wong. You really exposed your age. When you were in school and when you were young, because when we were young, many Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singaporean TV series were very popular here, so Fann Wong’s The Return of the Condor Heroes and A Journey to the West were very popular in China, and we watched a lot of them . They are really beautiful. We have also been familiar with many Singaporean actors and singers since childhood, such as JJ who has been very popular in recent years Stefanie Sun is a less popular singer. We are all very familiar with her, so we really have a feeling that we have never been there but are very familiar with Singapore . In addition to this natural emotional closeness, Singapore ‘s remarkable achievements in economic development in recent years are also very attractive to us. Singapore is the most developed country in Asia and is also the country with the highest per capita GDP in the world all year round. It is also the only developed country that has visa-free access to China so far, so it is very attractive for us to come to Singapore to experience the prosperity here in person. Are you a local? No, I am Chinese. We are also Chinese. I am Chinese. Where are you? Is Shanghai fun? It feels quite fun. How does it compare with Shanghai? Compared with Shanghai, the prices here are okay . The prices are okay. Compared with Shanghai, are they slightly higher? The temperature is higher, the prices are higher, the prices are higher, everything is higher, everything is higher, the GDP index should be higher as well. What do you think of the people here? I haven’t seen many locals here . I guess most of them have gone out to travel. Most of them have traveled. Do you think the people here are friendly? Friendly, quite friendly. We also think they are quite friendly . The locals here may be mainly Chinese, so you look very similar to Chinese, right? So sometimes it is difficult to tell whether they are Singaporeans or Chinese. Yes, that’s true. Really, there is a way to identify Chinese people, that is to see if they use chopsticks. Great, you have identified them. Great! Another very important reason why we came to Singapore is that we have many long-term fans from Singapore on the Internet . So this time we chose Singapore as the opening of the second part of our global trip to Southeast Asia. We also hope to show you a real Singapore from our perspective. In front of us is Singapore’s landmark building, the Merlion. Here we can briefly learn about Singapore’s ancient history. In fact, in ancient times, Singapore was always a small fishing village with little presence. The history here can be traced back to the third century AD. At that time, there were already indigenous people living here. The earliest record in historical documents was probably during the Three Kingdoms period in China. At that time, there was a general in the Eastern Wu named Kang Tai. He wrote a book called “Chronicles of the States at the Time of Wu”, which mentioned this place. From the 8th to the 14th century AD, Singapore was incorporated into the territory of the Srivijaya Dynasty. In the 14th century, the Srivijaya prince from Sumatra found an animal that looked very much like a lion on the shore when he landed on Singapore Island. He named this place Lion City. In the Sanskrit at that time, lion was Singa Then the city is Pura. Singapore’s current name Singapore comes from here, which means Lion City. We have now walked to the bottom of the Merlion . In Singapore, the Merlion symbolizes good luck and fortune . At the same time, the qualities of the lion, including wisdom, courage and strength , are also regarded as the representative of the spiritual will of Singaporeans. Now the Merlion has become one of the most famous landmarks in Singapore. Tourists from all over the world come here in an endless stream to check in and take pictures. The Merlion sprays water continuously from 7 am to 1 am every day. Many tourists get up early at five or six o’clock and wait here to receive the first handful of fortune water sprayed by the Merlion every day. My dears, you see that there are a lot of people under the Merlion now. But I tell you that opposite the Merlion is the Marina Bay Sands. It looks very beautiful. Can we afford to stay there? I guess not. How much is it? My wife, 500 can always get it. What currency is 500 in RMB? I guess it’s not possible. The answer is revealed. The price of booking online for the Marina Bay Sands is about 3,500 yuan. However, all the reservations for the next 10 days are sold out and it is impossible to book at all. It can be seen how popular this place is. Brother Du Tao, do you know the meaning of the shape of the Marina Bay Sands? I don’t know. It feels like a sailboat. It looks like an aircraft carrier or a ship . Brother Yu just said that it looks like three incense sticks. Then a sailboat like this was offered. Because outside is the Singapore Strait and it is also the entrance and exit of the Malacca Strait . This location is very important. In other words, Singapore now plays such a role in the world economy . It is a crossroads and a mainstay in the economy. And I think this actually symbolizes Singapore ‘s ambition in economic development. They want to be the world’s economic leader. Wife, have you noticed that the building, Brother Yu just told us, can gather water and wealth , and the three incense sticks can also ensure safety. I feel that Singaporean culture has a lot in common with Chinese culture. Some beautiful meanings and blessings are still placed in the shape of this kind of building. You can feel that the people of the two countries are actually connected by blood. We are connected by blood. Brother Tao, I will also catch a handful of water. Please move the camera position. I’ll put my hand here and catch a handful of fortune water for everyone. Did you receive it? Okay, this handful of fortune water of mine is for everyone who sees it. And it seems that girls have another symbolic action when they come here , which is to wash their hair. The Merlion is really a holy place for tourists from all over the world to check in. Girls from all over the world are taking pictures here. Brother Yu, there are so many people here. Are they all tourists or locals ? Some are tourists and some are migrant workers. Migrant workers are the kind of laborers, right? People from South Asia like them are all laborers, South Asian laborers , and there are also Filipino and Burmese laborers. They come here on Sundays and Saturdays to have gatherings, lectures, and gatherings. There are also Burmese laborers. Are the wages of these laborers uniform? Not necessarily. It depends on the nature of their work. 1 1,000 to over 1,000 SGD. Is there any that can reach 2,000 SGD? That is to say, those with higher difficulty may reach that , such as those high-risk jobs, such as construction , but their working hours will be longer, so this is the same as us. We don’t go to scenic spots in Xi’an. Generally, tourists come to these scenic spots , right? So basically all the people here are tourists. Almost all of them. Let’s continue with history. In the 14th century, with the decline of the Srivijaya dynasty, Singapore was successively ruled by Java and Siam. In the 16th century, it was burned down by Portuguese pirates. Later, it became part of the Malay Kingdom of Johor. It was not until the early 19th century that the British came here. In 1819, Sir Stamford Raffles of the British East India Company came here. At that time, Singapore was just a small fishing village , but we have to say that the British had a good vision. Raffles discovered that Singapore was a natural deep-water port , and Singapore’s strategic location was also very important. Under his promotion, Singapore became a British colony and free port. The economy achieved unprecedented development and prosperity and became the most important trade hub in Southeast Asia at that time. It can be said that the basic urban framework of Singapore was laid during the British rule. We are now looking for Raffles’ landing point, but that landing point is not here. The riverside now is because the land we are standing on now was reclaimed by Singapore in recent years . The landing point of Raffles 200 years ago was actually a little further inside. Brother Yu, this is where the foreign merchant ships used to import and then come in from that side to land inside. We walked for most of the day under the scorching sun of Singapore at noon and finally found the landing point of Sir Raffles. This place is really hard to find. There is a white sculpture here. There is also Chinese writing here that Sir Raffles landed in Singapore for the first time at this historic place on the 28th of the first lunar month in 1819 and changed the fate of Singapore from an unknown person with his wisdom and foresight. The fishing village became a large seaport and a modern city , so the statue of Sir Stamford Raffles was erected beside the river port . But if we look at the map, the landing point is not on the edge of the river , but closer to the inland. This is because as we just mentioned, a lot of Singapore’s land area was completed by land reclamation in recent years. Everyone knows that Singapore is very small , but many people may not have an idea of how small it is. Singapore’s land area is 733 square kilometers, which is roughly equivalent to Guangzhou’s Nansha District and Foshan’s Shunde District. And this area was expanded by land reclamation over the years. In 1965, Singapore was built. In the early days of the founding of the country, the entire country had an area of only more than 500 square kilometers. That is to say, land reclamation over the years has added 22% of the country ‘s land area. Singapore’s territory is 50 kilometers long from east to west and only 25 kilometers wide from north to south. It can be said to be very small. If you drive in Singapore, you will basically reach the end once you step on the accelerator. Because Singapore is relatively small , there is no division of provinces and cities in Singapore. The country is the city, and the city is the country. Singapore Island is equal to Singapore City, and Singapore is equal to Singapore. It is just that communities are divided within the city. We just mentioned that Singapore was actually founded in 1965, so it is very young with only 60 years of history. We were very lucky recently and happened to be in time for Singapore’s 60th National Day (rehearsal). We were lucky enough to see the fireworks display and the air force performance here in Marina Bay yesterday . Since 1942, Singapore was occupied by Japan for three years. After the war, Singapore was ruled by Britain again until 1959, when Singapore finally gained self- government. The first prime minister was Lee Kuan Yew. In 1963, Singapore briefly joined the Federation of Malaysia, but the time was very short. Only two years later, Singapore was expelled from the Federation of Malaysia. There was a scene at that time. I don’t know if you remember it . Prime Minister Lee Kuan Yew announced with tears in his eyes that Singapore was forced to become independent. There are many historical buildings next to the Raffles Landing Site , such as the building just now and this is Singapore’s former old parliament. We can walk forward and see Singapore’s current new parliament. This is the mouth of the Singapore River . All the old barges used to dock here , right at the stairs. Yes, they docked at the stairs. That’s right, and then they unloaded goods there. Those migrant workers from southern China unloaded goods here. The current buildings are converted from old houses. They used to be warehouses, and the shops were all in that area. So Singapore has been renovated and has become what it is now. Otherwise, it was very dirty before. You can feel Singapore’s history and modernity here. That side represents history, and this side represents modern Singapore more than 100 years later. What you just saw was Singapore’s old parliament . What you see in front of you is Singapore’s new parliament building. It is very beautiful. It has the current architectural style and the classical architectural style. It is a fusion of styles. Brother Yu, is this the current leader, like you, the leader of Singapore, the president and the prime minister, all work in it, hold meetings and work . Singapore’s National Day is coming soon, so the parliament is now undergoing some construction , repainting and so on. And behind the new parliament, you can see the tip of the building. That is the old parliament we just saw, yes, brother Yu, the old parliament building is the former Commonwealth Governor’s Palace, right? That’s right, it is the Governor’s Palace. Although the main city of Singapore is not particularly large , it is full of historical buildings. There are many high-rise buildings next to it. In the middle of the high-rise buildings, there is one . Brother Yu just told us that it is a nail house. It should have been a market during the British colonial period, right? Brother Yu , a market has now become a snack center. It is really unique here. What’s delicious inside? Brother Yu, there are seafood, stir-fried dishes, and spicy food. Let’s try some local delicacies like Sha. Let’s go for a walk and have an afternoon meal here. It’s so pitiful that Brother Yu didn’t have any food or water for the whole day. It’s not easy for us to follow us. Special forces travel. In fact, our angle is quite good. We can get a sense of the depth of the whole Singapore . You can see that there are so many buildings here , and it’s very cool to stand in this place because there is a very narrow passage in the middle of the building, which is like a crevices of sky. It happens to be a wind outlet . It’s not easy to pass the traffic lights here in Singapore. Others are running red lights. Baboon and I are new here . We dare not run red lights. We are very cautious every day for all kinds of reasons, afraid of being fined. We live in the fear of being fined every day. We are now at the entrance of the food center. It is the largest canteen in the main urban area here. I didn’t know that this market is located in such a prosperous area. Will it be very expensive? Let’s go in and feel it. Let’s take 100 RMB to feel the prices in Singapore. Brother Tao and Brother Yu, you can order whatever you want to eat. Today, Ms. Fei will pay for the entire meal. The baboon will treat us. There are Chinese , Malays, and Indians eating here. There is also a pigeon under the table. The pigeon is walking around looking for food. You can’t feed pigeons, right ? You can’t feed them here. If you feed them, will you be fined or go to jail? I was thinking, if we are eating and suddenly a pigeon comes over and takes a bite of our food , does it count as we fed it? It doesn’t count, so Singapore really doesn’t keep idle people. Birds have to be self-reliant to find food and can’t be fed by others. They can’t be idle birds. Singapore doesn’t keep idle birds. Let’s take a look around and see what’s delicious. Finally, we will decide what to eat because it’s really a bit dazzling. Here, the radish cake, Fujian shrimp noodles, and oyster omelette are famous in Taiwan. There is oyster omelette. The Taiwanese one is different from the one here. It has more powder. It is egg powder. Clam oysters, not clam oysters. This is Bak Kut Teh. Look at this Bak Kut Teh. They are black. The mixed rice I just saw is called mixed rice. You see, three vegetarian dishes are 3.9 yuan (22 yuan) , and two meat dishes and one vegetable are 4.9 yuan (28 yuan). This one is three meat dishes and one vegetable for 6.5 yuan (37 yuan). I think it is quite cheap. Is this considered a food court? It can be considered a food court, but it is not a popular food court. The food court in the commercial district is 6 Singapore dollars, about 33 yuan. The price of an egg fried rice in Singapore is still relatively higher. This is the kind of stir-fried dish. A plate of stir- fried dishes is 12 Singapore dollars (67 yuan). This is 10 Singapore dollars, this is 12 Singapore dollars , this bean sprouts. Vegetarian dishes in Singapore are very expensive, right? They are all imported. Some kale is from Beijing because I found that the vegetarian and meat dishes in this place are the same price. Putian lychee meat is also 12 yuan, and the fried kale that should be imported is also 12 yuan. Its green vegetables are quite expensive. Vietnamese beef noodles are sold here for 7.9 SGD (52 RMB), which is three times more expensive than in Vietnam. The front seems to be a Chinese restaurant. You can see the spicy hot pot and Shanghai dumplings. Although this place is in the downtown area, its prices are still much lower than I expected. Almost all the world’s delicacies include Filipino and Korean cuisine. This is Turkish. This is a big kebab from Turkey. Kao Baba saw the cheapest two-yuan fried noodles in this restaurant. I wanted to take a look at it. What does the two-yuan fried noodles look like? It looks good, but it is full of staple food and less eggs. But two yuan is already very cheap. We just said to challenge it with 100 yuan. The prices in Singapore have already been declared over in advance. The prices here are still relatively affordable in the downtown area , but they are definitely much more expensive than in China. Our 100-dollar challenge ended before we could accomplish our goal . Let me show you. This is our lunch today. Mine is the kind called mixed vegetable rice , and I ordered two meat dishes and two vegetable dishes. This is 6 Singapore dollars (34 yuan). This is Hainanese chicken rice. A set meal is 9 Singapore dollars (52 yuan) , and there are three drinks . This can of drink is 2 Singapore dollars, and the total of three is 6 Singapore dollars (35 yuan). So we spent a total of 21 Singapore dollars, which is about more than 110 yuan. We have already overspent. I originally thought that the 100-dollar challenge plan could shoot for more than 10 minutes, but in fact it was shorter. We can end this video in just one minute . After dinner, in Singapore, there is a place similar to a food court. Brother Yu just told us that we must collect the plates and garbage after eating, otherwise we will be fined. The fear of being fined dominates us every day. The main mode of transportation when we go out in Singapore for the past two days is public transportation, mainly subway. Why don’t we take taxis in Singapore? Because taxis here are too expensive . The main reason why taxis are expensive in Singapore is because cars are expensive. Of course, the price of oil in Singapore is also more expensive than in China , but not that much more expensive. The main reason is that its cars are more expensive. Now we look at all the cars parked in the parking lot, including the cars speeding on the road . The price of a car is over one million RMB. Now, Toyota, Honda, Audi, BMW, Hyundai, etc. are all over one million RMB. Why are cars in Singapore so expensive? Because the price of a car in Singapore is composed of two parts. One is the value of the car itself. The price of a car in Singapore is generally three times that of ours in China. That is to say, a small-displacement car that sells for 100,000 RMB in China costs about 300,000 RMB. The other part is the Certificate of Entitlement. The Certificate of Entitlement (valid for 10 years) is a very large cost of owning a car in Singapore . There are two price levels for the Certificate of Entitlement. One is that the Certificate of Entitlement for a car with a displacement of less than 1.6 is 80,000 SGD (450,000 RMB). The COE for cars with a displacement of 1.6 or above is 100,000 SGD (560,000 RMB). That is to say, no matter what kind of car you buy, you have to pay at least 500,000 RMB for the COE. If you add up the two parts, the COE of 500,000 or 600,000 plus the 100,000 car sold in China for 300,000 here , that’s 900,000. Basically, the cheapest one costs 900,000 or nearly 1 million. Of course, expensive BBAs, such as the BMW 3 Series , are priced at 250,000 or 260,000 SGD in Singapore. The two parts add up to be super expensive. A BMW 3 Series here may be equivalent to 150,000. Ten thousand RMB is so exaggerated. People say that water and drinks in Singapore are particularly expensive. Let’s go to 711 and see how expensive the water is. We can’t afford it. For example, juice costs 3.2 Singapore dollars, which is 16 or 17 yuan. It’s really expensive. Let’s take a look at purified water. There are cheap ones here. The relatively cheap one is 2.1, which is the cheapest bottle of water, which is about more than 11 yuan. Then the expensive water here is 3.1 and 4.2. Purified water costs more than 20 yuan a bottle. The cheapest one is 12 or 13 yuan. The cheapest one is more than 11 yuan but less than 12 yuan. How much is the big water? It’s too expensive. I think the cheap one is 3.5 yuan. It’s also 16 or 17 yuan , and there are also more than 6 yuan, which costs more than 30 yuan for a 1.5-liter water. Let’s take a look at how much Coke costs in Singapore. Sprite is 2.5 Singapore dollars , about 13 or 14 yuan. I can’t even afford Coke. I think we have to pay the full amount for a 2.1 Singapore dollar purified water , which suits our temperament. A small sandwich costs 4 Singapore dollars, 25 yuan. We are now in Singapore’s Sentosa Island. This is a place that many tourists will definitely visit when they come to Singapore. Sentosa Island is the third largest island in Singapore besides the main island. Many tourists come here to visit Universal Studios on the island, because Sentosa Island has the only Universal Studios in Southeast Asia. But Wentao and I didn’t come here to play in the studio, but we have a more important destination, which is the southernmost tip of the Asian continent. There are three ways of transportation from Singapore Island to Sentosa Island. The first is to walk from VivoCity to the island. There is a plank road about seven or eight hundred meters long. The second way is to take a cable car from VivoCity. The cable car is the most comfortable and you can see the scenery, but it is a bit expensive. The ticket price is different when you buy it through different ticket purchasing channels, but on average it should be between 150 and 200 RMB, which is still quite expensive. If a family of 4 is traveling together, wouldn’t it cost nearly 1,000? The third mode of transportation is the MRT we chose to take to the island. The MRT ticket is also purchased at VivoCity, which is more cost-effective. It only costs 4 Singapore dollars per person , which is about a little more than 22 RMB, and it is a round trip. After taking the MRT to the island, the MRT and different stations on the island can be ridden for free. In other words, as long as you buy a ticket, it is a pass, and the entire transportation on the island is free, which is still very cost-effective. Now we have taken the MRT and arrived here. It is the last stop of the MRT called Beach Station. We get off here and it is about 800 meters to the southernmost point of the Asian continent where we are going. We can walk or take the shuttle bus. I’ll go to the front. Let’s see how to take the bus. We can now take a transfer bus to the southernmost point of the Asian continent. I’m so excited. This is where we’re going to take it, right? But there are Indian friends in front and behind us. Now I’m going to take you across a suspension bridge. This suspension bridge looks ordinary, but in fact, there is a very important place in front of this suspension bridge. First of all, this bridge is not easy to cross. It’s too narrow . This bridge looks a bit dangerous, but in fact, it’s not safe at all. You see, it’s shaking. I almost got thrown off . After crossing the suspension bridge , we arrived at the southernmost point of the Asian continent. I just looked at the longitude and latitude. This place is 1 degree 14 minutes 53 seconds north latitude, 103 degrees 49 minutes east longitude, and 1 degree north latitude. Everyone remember that this is the southernmost point of the Asian continent. We finally checked in successfully. After checking in at the southernmost point of the Asian continent, we are now at the edge of the Singapore Strait. Here we continue to talk to you about the history of Singapore and Canada after its founding. We have talked about Singapore before. Singapore was forced to secede from the Federation of Malaysia in 1965 and has only been independent for 60 years. It is a very young country. When Singapore was first established, it actually faced a very bad start. It had a small land area and scarce resources. The country was poor and backward at the time. However, Prime Minister Lee Kuan Yew seized the opportunity of Asia’s economic take-off. We know that although Singapore is small , its geographical location is very advantageous. It is the crossroads of Asia’s maritime transportation, connecting East Asia, Southeast Asia, South Asian subcontinent and Oceania. The waters in front of us are the Singapore Strait. It is the entrance and exit of the Strait of Malacca and the most important component. Then everyone must be familiar with the Strait of Malacca. It is the most important maritime trade channel for China, Japan and South Korea. It is the maritime lifeline of the entire East Asia and Southeast Asia. The Strait of Malacca is actually very long. Its total length reaches 1,080 kilometers, of which The widest point in the northwest is 370 kilometers , and the narrowest point is here. The widest point here is the Singapore Strait, which is only more than 30 kilometers wide. It is a must-pass place for ships. Cargo ships and merchant ships travel here every day . We all know that most of the crude oil needed for economic development in East Asia comes from the Middle East, and the Singapore Strait is a must-pass place for cargo ships to transport crude oil. Lee Kuan Yew is not satisfied with just collecting tolls from these passing ships. He built many refineries on the outlying islands outside the main island of Singapore to carry out preliminary processing and refining of the crude oil and then sell it to East Asia to earn more added value. At the same time, Singapore has vigorously attracted foreign investment and developed a large number of labor-intensive industries. Later, Singapore vigorously developed the financial industry and tourism industry and became the financial center of Asia. It created an economic miracle unique to Singapore and became the world ‘s largest oil refinery. One of the richest countries in the world, my dears, look at these cargo ships in front of you. There are all kinds of ships, including container ships, cruise ships and cargo ships. What do you think of when you see these cargo ships? I think of the countless ships that have passed through here over the past few hundred years. For example, during the Ming Dynasty, Zheng He’s fleet sailed from here to Africa. Later, the Dutch, Portuguese , Spanish and British colonies came here. The Straits of Malacca and Singapore have been here watching this history. In fact, from a certain perspective, I think the Singapore Strait is no longer just a crossroads for maritime transportation in Asia , it is already a crossroads for the entire world . It feels like it connects the two hemispheres . Singapore is called a garden city, and the most important thing is the Gardens by the Bay in the city. This garden cost 5 billion RMB and is the most shining part of Singapore, a garden city, which embellishes our dreams. I experienced the 50-meter-high supertree and walked into the world of Jurassic Park. Although it is a man-made landscape , it can be called a man-made wonder. Friends who play “Civilization” may say that wonders ruin the country , but in reality, wonders can also make the country prosperous. It’s a pity that the prices are too expensive. Three bottles of Coke cost 50 yuan. Marina Bay Gardens has received 100 million tourists so far. Let’s walk into the real Jurassic Park together. Singapore is really too hot. My dears, if you come to Singapore to play in the future, you must replenish water. This is my and the baboon’s first day in Singapore. How is it in broad daylight? I feel hopeless and have heatstroke. Everyone must avoid the hottest time period from 12 o’clock to 4 o’clock in the afternoon. Try to go out at 7 or 8 o’clock in the morning, and then go back to the hotel for lunch at around 11 o’clock. Then go out at around 5 o’clock in the afternoon and play for another 3 hours until dark. Don’t be as stupid as us. Next scene The point is called Gardens by the Bay. From the Merlion to there, you walk along the Marina Bay Boulevard. It’s super cool here because there is water in front and the sea breeze blows all the time. And you can see that there are huge fans installed everywhere in these pavilions, so there is always wind. This tree is also quite old. You walk in the boulevard and there are fans outdoors . You haven’t discovered that there are big fans everywhere in Singapore, including outdoor and indoor food courts and some indoor activity places. Including on the way to the subway, do you remember that there are lights on the corridors at night? We also saw huge fans that are two or three times bigger than this one at Changi Airport last time . I think Singapore’s infrastructure is really amazing. Developed countries are different. You can feel that from those details, a developed country cares about its people. Yes, I also want to tell you that although Singapore is a tropical country on the equator, the temperature here is 3 The temperature is from 0 to nearly 40 degrees and the humidity is very high. It is quite hot and humid. However, it has been the third day since we came to Singapore. We have not been bitten by mosquitoes. We have never seen mosquitoes at all. This is because Wentao told me that the Singapore government will spread mosquito repellent everywhere in the sewers and has various anti-mosquito measures. Therefore, we have been wearing short-sleeved shirts and shorts every day since we came here , but we have never been bitten. This deserves a big thumbs up, especially when there are so many green areas. It is very precious not to be bitten by mosquitoes. There is a lot of water and it is by the sea. Brother Yu, is it because the government has taken some measures to repel mosquitoes? They now have one. As far as I know, they have released a kind of male mosquito to infect the female mosquito. After mating , it will not produce mosquito larvae or eggs . Brother Yu, what you said, I have seen it in our “Yilin” and “Reader’s Digest” before. So “Yilin” and “Reader’s Digest” are not completely deceptive, right? There is still a right place. What is this? Hellobike seems to be the next APP. You need to download the APP of Hellobike. It really looks like the Chinese Hellobike. I guess it is the same model. Can you download this? Then you can pay with Alipay, which is very convenient. Thank you. I feel that this little blue bike is very familiar. It is exactly the same as Hellobike. The one just now should be a local beauty. She told us to download an APP, and then we can ride it. We can pay with Alipay, which is very convenient. There is a city tour bus in front . Brother Yu just told us that it also costs more than 30 Singapore dollars, which is almost 200 yuan. But it seems that you can get on and off at fixed points at will within a day. My dears, you see that the track in front of us looks ordinary, but it is actually the F1 racing track. It is amazing . The light above, Brother Yu, we are talking about this light. It is the light used by F1 when running, right? The F1 Singapore Grand Prix has a night race at this station . F1 is a night race. No wonder there are so many lights . We are going to the Marina Bay Park now. Brother Yu took us to take another different route , which is to pass through the Marina Bay Shopping Center. We have now entered the interior of the Marina Bay Sands building. There are many shopping places inside. There are luxury brands and everything. There is also a Heytea here, and there is a BreadTalk downstairs. Our domestic friends should have seen BreadTalk more often. In fact, it is a Singaporean brand, and it sells quite well in China. There is actually a casino in the Sands . Singapore does not support its own people to gamble, so if locals want to come here to play , they need to pay high fees. But for tourists, it is free, that is, there is no handling fee, but the winnings and losses are at their own risk. So Singapore is still a very principled place , that is, I want to make money but also to maintain the order of my country. These are all brands that we cannot afford or even dare to look at. Chanel should be the casino over there, it is called the Casino. There are so many people queuing up to get in the Singapore Casino. It’s too exaggerated. They seem to be queuing up to withdraw money from the ATM. It should be to expand the basic market, right? We haven’t reached the Gardens by the Bay yet. This is the 6th floor of the Sands building. There is a corridor here where we can see the scenery in the distance. In fact, Singapore is small in size . Its city center is very close to the ocean. From where we are standing now, we can see the deep-water port terminal in the distance. The white building very close to us is actually not a building, but a cruise ship. It is not clear how many floors this cruise ship has, but at least it is very big from the 10th floor onwards. Then to the left of the cruise ship is the container cargo terminal. Looking further back, there is a strait , and the lush green area on the other side belongs to Indonesia. Yes, so we can see other countries in the very city center of Singapore . The same is true for Johor Bahru in Malaysia. It is very close to Malaysia from Singapore. Is this true, brother Yu? Is this true? It is definitely true. We seem to have only seen it once indoors. The others are all real . The garden should be in front, yes, we can see it. In fact, our current position is 6 floors high. We can already see part of its tree canopy, so you can imagine that after we go down, we will see Looking up from the first floor, you will see very tall and towering trees. I still remember the first time I saw this. It was in 2015 or 2016. I was watching a Youku program called Travel Intelligence. At that time, it said that this was one of the ten most beautiful gardens in the world. I thought how beautiful it must be. Today, I finally saw it. It is still very spectacular. At least it is very big. In fact, when I think about it, this trip to Singapore has fulfilled many of our dreams, including the Merlion, which we have seen on TV and in books before . When you really stand in front of it, you will have the feeling that your dream has finally come true. We have walked up to it now. It is really lush and green. You can see that there is an aerial corridor connecting the tall tree crowns in front. I heard that it is free. In fact, this large area is almost open to the public for free. Only two indoor pavilions require admission. The admission fee seems to be 30 Singapore dollars, 20 Singapore dollars or 30 Singapore dollars. Anyway, it is almost 200 yuan. We will go down later. You can walk on the boardwalk near the water and watch it from below, or you can climb up the ladder and watch it from the aerial corridor. I think it is still It is very beautiful and spectacular. You see this big tree canopy, it is so beautiful. In addition to that, the trees below are also lush and green , and the height should be as high as 5 to 6 stories. It is so cool and beautiful. Originally, we were here today, everyone, please look behind me and look in this direction. There are all kinds of financial centers, various headquarters, all kinds of headquarters in the world. When we were walking through this kind of steel and concrete, we didn’t quite feel what a garden city is , but after we came here just across the road, we could already feel it. It is so beautiful. It feels like entering the world of Jurassic Park. It is so beautiful. And I have one thing to tell you. In the past two days, whether we are in the subway or in many shopping malls, we can always hear the theme song of Jurassic Park. It seems that Singapore has bought the copyright and is playing it all over the country. We have now walked to the bottom of the super tree. This tree seems to be a circle around the main tree. It is considered an auxiliary tree. When we walked up to it, we found that there is a charge for its skywalk, but it is not expensive. It seems to be 10 Singapore dollars for adults who are Singapore residents. We foreign tourists pay 14 Singapore dollars, which is about 70 or 80 yuan. But I don’t think it’s meaningful to go up because I think this kind of towering tree seems more spectacular when viewed from the bottom. The corridor is actually quite short. It’s less than 100 meters from this tree to the other side. It’s quite short. The main reason is that we are poor. This is the main reason. We bought a drink in the Marina Bay Park. This vending machine actually has WeChat and Alipay. Now let’s use Alipay to buy it. Brother Tao chose a sugar-free Coke. Let’s show you how much it costs. This Coke is quite expensive. Singapore doesn’t support idle people. It’s really expensive. Let’s show you. Brother Tao is paying now. The answer will be revealed immediately. 16.83 RMB 3 Singapore dollars. A can of Coke is about 300 milliliters, 300 grams, just such a small Coke. And their water is also 17 yuan. What I bought is purified water. A bottle of purified water is also 3 Singapore dollars. And this sports drink is also priced at 3 Singapore dollars. 3 bottles of water are 50 yuan. Basically, it’s pretty good. 3 bottles of water are 50 yuan in Singapore. A hill does not support idle people. In the Gardens by the Bay, you can see many huge trees. However, these trees are not only used as a landscape for people to enjoy, they also have another function, which is to collect rainwater. Look at the dome above. They collect rainwater and then collect it in the middle to irrigate the plants. This is a water recycling and water reuse system that Singapore is proud of. In fact, Singapore’s water self-sufficiency rate was very low before, and a large part of it had to rely on imports, mainly from Malaysia. However, Singapore also realized that water autonomy is still very important, so now Singapore has seawater purification , rainwater collection, and a small amount of imports. Now Singapore’s water self-sufficiency rate should have reached 60~70%, which is still very impressive, because in such a small country with scarce resources, it is great to be able to achieve this level. And Brother Yu just told us that this kind of seawater desalination was also developed by several countries led by Singapore. This technology is very advanced. We are very lucky tonight. Gardens by the Bay has a light show at 7:45 and 8:45 every night , and an aurora show at 8:00 pm on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Today happened to be Sunday, so we saw both. In fact, these towering trees can not only collect rainwater for irrigation, but also use solar energy to generate electricity for their light shows and aurora shows during the day. Now we can see the canopy of this tree. The highest white dome at the top is covered with solar panels, so this is actually very environmentally friendly. At night, it seems to use a lot of electricity , but it is actually all this new energy . Bye, thank you for your hard work, Brother Yu. We had another happy day playing with Brother Yu . Today in Singapore, with a high temperature of nearly 40 degrees, only true love can make an appointment. Brother Yu took the initiative to offer me They were the interpreters. We were really moved. When we finally separated, I saw that Brother Yu’s face was already sunburned. It was completely sunburned and felt like it would peel off and get sunburned soon. We just separated from the subway station. We are now outside. Let me tell you about the price of taking the subway in Singapore. You can refer to it. We took three stations today and I was just deducted 1.6 Singapore dollars, which is about 9 yuan. A few days ago, when we came from the airport, we took about 67 stations and 2.5 Singapore dollars were deducted, which is about 14 yuan. It is actually quite expensive. 3 stations are 9 yuan, and 6 or 7 stations are 14 yuan . On average, each station is more than 2 yuan, almost 3 yuan , which is still quite expensive. In this way, if you take 10 stations, wouldn’t it be 20 to 30 yuan? It’s not cheap. I sigh again that Singapore does not support idle people.

  6. Hi I am a Singaporean. I love your video and I am very impressed by your knowledge of Singapore. If you do not mind, I wish to share certain points for your knowledge. 1) The highest temperature in Singapore is about 31 degrees Celcius. It has never reached 40 degrees 2) The highest fare you will pay for MRT is $2.47 (13.8 yuan) 3) You can drink water from our tap – it is perfectly safe 4) You can have a very good 360 degree view of Singapore from CapitaSpring office tower. It is free. Visiting hours Mondays to Fridays 8.30am-10.30am and 2.30pm-6pm. Take the lift to Level 51. Nearest MRT is Raffles Place. 5) You can buy canned drinks and water from supermarkets. It is much cheaper than what you paid.
I have just subcribed to your channel. Thank you very much for speaking so highly of my country. You are very impressive and very polite too.

  12. 我能理解很多中国人喜欢炫耀自己环游世界的经历,又要把旅游做得像很有文化很有内容的样子,可惜收集来的资料看似懂却又非懂,加上又很作… 看了还真挺反感的。就让新加坡人澄清以下几点;
    1. 1:48 – 新加坡的官方用的是英文英语。但由于新加坡是一个多元种族社会,所以华文华语、马来文马来语、印度文淡米尔语也在官方適用的范围内。
    2. 2:09-首先新加坡有没有所谓国宝级演员… 难道是中国人说了算吗?新加坡是多元种族的社会,有才华的艺人除了中国人听得懂的华语艺能界外,也有很优秀的英语艺能界的艺人与艺术家,自然也包括了马来族与印度族群中优秀的艺人与艺术家。希望中国人在评论外国艺术产能时,别只用自己听得懂的中文世界来做标准,井底蛙眼界加上管不住嘴… 只会让人贻笑大方。
    3. 4:36 – 新加坡古代史?多古呀?公元三世纪的中国的存在感又是如何的?
    4. 4:41 – 新加坡有记录的1819年莱佛士登陸时已经不只是个小渔村了,南部靠海地也尤其是新加坡河口一带已经是个有商贸颇忙碌的小城市,否则也不会受到任职于东印度公司的莱佛士青睐。这个有商贸的地方自然会有从印尼岛屿或马来西亚南部的渔民每天到此贩售鱼市海产,所以这就是中国人眼中“没存在感的小漁村"的来由吗?
    5. 4:55 – 哗!新加坡人不得有惊叹怎么我们的新加坡早期历史会是从中国记录而来的?!好像早期这一代活动的人包括生活与往来这里的土族与海民都是没有文化没有知识没有记录似的!想拍大国崛起的马屁也拍得太超过了吧!
    6. 14:46 – 新加坡当年为英国殖民地的痕迹不只是你们拍摄的这位于市中心的小贩地点,像13:15视频中的前国会大厦、维多利亚纪念堂与有多种颜色窗户的前警察大厦也是当年英国殖民政府遗留下来的。正在奇怪为何一提到英殖民历史,这个中国人就用12:45 "统治"字眼?!感觉她像是唯恐外国不乱的小粉红思维与眼界!
    7. 送你一句新加坡人最常用的话:厉害就好,不要假厉害!(这句用福建话来说更传神!)

    另外送你一个旅游节目参考
    https://youtu.be/VhC26kV6d0w
    学着点… 这才是资料含金量高的旅游节目。

  13. Singapore Tap water are drinkable! I would said more than 90 percent of Singaporean are drinking it! Its safe!
