【街角自遊識】「鹽田梓」香港最後一塊鹽田🧂近三百年歷史客家村落 ⁉️|西貢 鹽田梓 保育導賞|假日好去處|搞邊科 WhatSub|見證一樽鹽的誕生

Yantianzi, a small island with an area of less than one square kilometer, may be unfamiliar to Hong Kong people, but it has a history of nearly three hundred years. In this episode, let us take everyone to know this island that combines Catholicism and Hakka culture. We just bought a ferry ticket for 70 yuan, which includes a round trip. In addition to the ferry ticket, Yantianzi also gave some promotional leaflets and some ferry schedules. The most important thing is that there is a sticker here. This sticker is the sticker of their conservation center. As for what it is used for, we will know it when we get to the island later. Before getting on the boat, it is customary to buy a cup of coffee first. It is actually from the life supply line. This is the real Checkpoint. This is called coffee and ice cup. Ice cup is a gift from summer. He finally found the ice cup today . It’s so embarrassing again today . We took this boat to go to our destination. We got on the boat and the boat ride is ten to fifteen minutes. Fortunately, it’s not very windy and rough today , otherwise I’m afraid that the coffee will be vomited into the sea to feed the fish. You seem to be a little seasick, but compared to seasickness, there is one thing Leo is more afraid of. What does Leo want to say ? Sunscreen, I need sunscreen. From Sai Kung Pier , you can take the official ferry to Yim Tin Tsai. The boat ride only takes about fifteen to twenty minutes . The ferry is only available on Saturdays. The service is available on Sundays and public holidays, so friends who want to go should pay attention. In this short 15-minute boat ride, you can enjoy the sea breeze and take photos. Soon we arrived at Yantianzi Pier. I just kept you in suspense. What is the use of this sticker? This sticker is actually when you get on the island. With this sticker, you can visit its museum and the salt field. The history of the island is recorded and you can support the Salt Light Conservation Center. The boat ticket just included a 20 yuan conservation fee, so remember to support the official boat . The predecessor of the Cultural Relics Exhibition Hall was the only primary school in Yantianzi Village, Chengbo School. It was built in 1920 , but it was eventually closed in 1997 due to the relocation of villagers . Later in 2006, villagers and other enthusiastic people converted one of the school’s classrooms into a cultural relics exhibition hall. Some of the items used in the past are displayed in it to let everyone review the life in Yantianzi. Because I grew up here and was born here, I really want people to know what rural life was like in the past. When I was a child, I thought this was a paradise on earth, but now it is in ruins. In the past, there were only a few people studying there, and there were only a dozen or twenty people in a school. We were very happy. There were many children walking around, and every house was very beautiful. I am the eighth generation . In fact, I We have been able to do this with the support of many people. We want to let people know how the salt is made. We want students to come here and try to make salt. We hope that more people will know how to conserve this village. Yantianzi is one of the few Hakka villages in Hong Kong that was Catholic in the early days . St. Joseph’s Chapel is a combination of Catholicism and Hakka village life. The front of the chapel is the sanctuary . There are two rows of wooden kneeling seats on the left and right of the long chapel, and at the end is a vestry. This distinctive church was rated as a Grade II historical building in 2011. Yantianzi has a history of more than 200 years since its establishment . Brick by brick, this village witnessed its transition from prosperity to desertion . Later, a group of villagers and enthusiastic people rebuilt a new Yantianzi with their efforts . Their vision is to turn this place into a conservation village that combines culture, religion, ecology and tourism. In its heyday, the salt pans of Yantianzi were six acres in size , about the size of a Victoria Park football field. Don’t underestimate this area. Its salt production is enough to supply the whole of Sai Kung. In 2010, the Salt Conservation Center actively restored some of the salt pans and successfully restored the original appearance of some of the salt pans . I just tried this salt and the crystals are very small. It’s really natural. It won’t dry your throat. It’s not too salty. It’s not overly salty. Ceremony. Take back your bottle of salt (dignity) and my bottle of salt (dignity). There is one thing you must eat when you come to Yantianzi, which is their Hakka tea cakes . The tea cakes are all homemade by the villagers. There are many flavors and they are delicious and filling . The boss is very considerate and cuts the tea cakes for everyone to enjoy. Today’s weather is not good. At the beginning, the sun was very strong and now it is drizzling. I hope the weather will be better soon. At the last stop of the journey, we came to Yudai Bridge. This bridge was built in the early 1950s. At that time, the villagers on the island were short of living resources, so they built this The bridge connecting Yim Tin Tsai and Kau Sai Chau on the other side allows them to travel between Kau Sai Chau to explore resources and cultivate. This is how this bridge witnessed a period of development history where the villagers united as one. We have seen many places today after visiting Yim Tin Tsai. In fact, there are many places here that need conservation . The tour guides were also very enthusiastic in explaining to us. We can clearly see that they are proud of being indigenous residents and that they really want to conserve this matter. So everyone, remember to say it again. When you come here, remember to take the official ferry, otherwise they will lose an income to conserve. In addition to supporting them, you must also remember to support us. WhatSub is doing side science, so everyone remember to comment, like, share and subscribe to CLSS. See you next time at the video time . I found the salt bottle (dignity) and saw a lot of things.
