初夏の陽射しが町を照らし、歩くたびにウルトラマンの顔を模した街灯が静かにこちらを見守る。東京都世田谷区、祖師ヶ谷大蔵をゆっくりと歩いたこの道は、ただの商店街ではなく、暮らしと物語が重なる場所だった。耕雲寺の境内に足を踏み入れれば、コンクリートに覆われた静かな空間と古木の影が都会の喧騒を吸い込み、戦禍を越えて移された歴史がひっそりと息づいていた。商店街では、飛ぶウルトラマン像やバルタン星人の街灯、夜を待ちきれずに輝きを想像させるカラータイマーが、町の遊び心とともに道行く人々を迎えてくれる。駅に近づくにつれ増えていくチェーン店の光と、離れた場所のシャッターの閉ざされた通り。その対比がこの町の今を映し出す。木陰の奥に見えた木梨サイクルの店先からは、この地に流れ続ける家族の物語と、かつての賑わいの記憶がそっと漂っていた。歩くほどに、街の表情と静けさが交差し、今という時間が確かに刻まれていくようだった。
