Hello everyone, this is Masabou. Thank you for watching my videos. This video is the fourth day of my Hokkaido gourmet tour during Golden Week. In the three days leading up to the previous day, I enjoyed a lot of gourmet food that can only be tasted in Sapporo. The Zenzai and parfaits were so colorful and beautiful that it was a shame to eat them at a cafe with a very emotional atmosphere. The fluffy and chewy donuts and bagels were so delicious that I had them two days in a row. All of the gourmet food was delicious. If you haven’t seen it yet, please check out this video. On the fourth day, we started at “Morimoto Chitose Main Store” near Chitose Station where we stayed. At “Morimoto”, we ate a lot from the morning, mainly limited items such as bread and parfaits. In the evening, we enjoyed Genghis Khan at a relatively new store that has only been open for three years, at a very reasonable price. I think this store is probably appearing on YouTube for the first time, so don’t miss it. Now, let’s start the fourth day of Chitose. “Morimoto Chitose Main Store” I came to “Morimoto Chitose Main Store” and bought a lot of items that are only available at the main store. First, the most popular “Cake Roll Reproduction” , a traditional bread with cream between two rolls . Then, from the salty section, there was “Walnut Cheese” , which was described as a new product. Then, there were two “Handmade Dorayaki” that are only available at the main store. “Handmade Butter Dorayaki” and “Handmade Dorayaki” “Butter Dorayaki” are limited time only at the main store, so they are rare dorayaki. These small sweets are called Ichigo Daifuku. They are really small, but the light black one is called “Shifuku Ichigo Daifuku Yume”. These two and this one are the seasonal limited “Shifuku Ichigo Daifuku”. This is “Yume (Sakura bean paste)”. It ‘s a daifuku with Sakura bean paste . Let’s eat. First, the most popular one is the “Cake Roll”. It costs 152 yen for eat-in. Let’s eat. This time, I shared it with my wife. The inside is like a milk cream. Let’s eat . It’s a really simple cream bun with a mellow cream. The bun is soft. The second one is “Walnut Cheese”. It’s a new product. It’s the eat-in price of 326 yen. Oh, there’s a crispy baked cheese on the bottom, and I got the walnuts back. Let’s eat . [Wife] It’s delicious, delicious, this bread dough. I wonder if there’s something kneaded into the slightly colored dough? I mixed walnuts into the dough, put mellow cheese and crushed cheese on top, and baked it until golden brown. It’s a bit busy, so this cheese is really melty and delicious . Now, last but not least , I’d like to eat some dorayaki. First, here is the “handmade dorayaki” from the Chitose main store. Each one is handmade at this main store. It seems to be made using red beans from Tokachi, Hokkaido, and glutinous rice from Hokkaido (Kitayukimochi) that is baked to a chewy texture. I reheated it in the microwave in the store . ~ Amazing! When you tear it off, the dorayaki skin is chewy and filled with bean paste. We will share this too . This will last for 2 days. It can be eaten on the same day or the next day, so it is natural because no additives are used. It is not too sweet, and the bean paste is delicious. The original flavor of the bean paste hits you hard. It is delicious when heated . The gentle sweetness of the red beans and the chewy texture of the skin are very delicious. It goes well with coffee. Next is the limited edition “Handmade Butter Dorayaki” from the Chitose main store. Let’s turn it over and see how it overflows . When you turn it over, you can see that it is well spread with butter on top. This is “Yukizuru”, a famous bouche-like sweet from “Morimoto”, and the same butter is used in that . It seems to be butter with cheese in it. I’ll share this one too. It’s heavy and dense. I’ll eat it . I can taste not only butter but also cheese. It’s delicious and mellow. The dorayaki I had earlier was also delicious, but the oily taste of the cheese is well preserved and it’s delicious. The skin is chewy and delicious . It was a very delicious dorayaki . It’s called “Blissful Strawberry Daifuku Yume”. First, I’ll try the orthodox red bean paste . It feels like there’s only one strawberry in my hand, so I’m not sure if I can bite into it, but I ‘ll give it a try . I’ll eat it . Excuse me for eating it halfway through. The strawberries are sweet and fresh. They say they use Hokkaido strawberries called “Yotsuboshi”. You can feel the crispy fresh texture and graininess of the strawberries and it’s delicious. Now, the cherry blossom bean paste. The bean paste from before has been changed to cherry blossom bean paste. It’s a “blissful strawberry daifuku” that makes you feel the spring. This is also a limited product of “Morimoto Chitose Main Store”. The cherry blossom bean paste is a seasonal product, so it’s a daifuku that you can only eat now. is delicious with the cherry blossom bean paste and subtle saltiness that really brings out the cherry blossom flavor. I was really satisfied. At Morimoto Main Store, there is an eat-in space like this. I was told that you can eat from 9am at the eat-in price, so why not try it with some bread? Thank you. Yes, we have arrived. This is the haskap parfait . It looks delicious. I wasn’t planning on eating it at first, but it looked delicious so I ordered some more. It is said to use milk from Asunaro Farming in Tokachi Shimizu, Hokkaido. It is luxuriously topped with half of the popular cookie-like product called “haskap jewelry” and topped with cold frozen haskap. This parfait is only available at the Chitose Main Store. It looks like it has panna cotta inside. Now, let’s eat. By the way, since this was an eat-in option, I was also given two cookies. I would like to eat these later. Let’s eat. This is frozen haskap. Since it is haskap, it is quite sour. Can you see the cross section? It looks like this. Under the soft serve ice cream, you can see haskap jelly and under that, panna cotta. It was delicious. I ate a lot of things at “Morimoto Chitose Main Store”. They were all delicious. I mainly ate the limited items , but there was one more thing, “Basque cheesecake”. I think it was the only limited item that I didn’t try. There might be others. Everything was delicious. Let’s say thank you for the meal. Thank you for the meal. It was delicious. I thanked them for the meal, but it said it was only available at the Chitose main store, and when I think that I won’t be able to come back for a while, I can’t help but want to eat it again and again. I think it was 500 yen including tax, and 509 yen for the eat-in price. The cakes at this store are cheap, and the strawberry shortcake is also in the 300 yen range. Let’s eat. It’s quite dense, with a cross-section like this and plenty of rich cheese. Let’s eat. It’s delicious. Now let’s eat it together with my wife. This morning I ate a lot of bread from “Boulangerie Colon”, and then I ate a lot at “Morimoto Chitose Main Store” which was right in front of the hotel. I’ve eaten a lot of delicious food on this trip. I think I’ve probably gained 4 or 5 kg. But when it comes to food on a trip , it’s best to not worry about calories and eat a lot of food that you can only eat in that place. I eat so that I don’t have any regrets. It’s unfortunate weather. The hotel I’m staying at is on the corner of the intersection. It was just a one-minute walk away. I take the last bite. It was very delicious. “Morimoto Chitose Main Store” limited product. It was delicious. I would like to come again if I have the chance. This time for sure. Let’s say thank you for the third time. Thank you for the meal . I ate a lot of delicious sweets at “Morimoto Chitose Main Store”. During Golden Week, I got 10 times the points card, so I bought these buns. They are still warm because they are made in the store. I would like to have one or two. It comes in a cute box of 20, like this. This is two layers. They are made in the store, so they are still warm. These shiny buns have a shape similar to the “thin-skinned buns” of Fukushima Prefecture. They are brown sugar buns. Thank you . I’m sorry I’m half-eaten. The inside is koshian. Unlike “thin-skinned buns”, the skin is thick. It’s chewy and delicious. It has quite a sweet taste, but it’s delicious. It’s a bun with a strong, unique, fragrant sweetness of brown sugar. It ‘s delicious. I’m glad I bought it . This is 450 yen for 20 buns. It’s a great deal. The skin is chewy and has a springy texture that pushes back against your teeth. “Iwatsuka Confectionery” Hokkaido Factory Direct Management Utari Chitose ” I came to this roadside station “Salmon Park Chitose” in the rain. There seems to be a lot of delicious ramen and seafood bowls, as well as rice balls, bread, etc. Let’s go and check it out. The inside of the store looks like this. It’s very busy. It’s delicious. Last summer, while I was on my road bike trip, I went to a restaurant called Daisetsu Local Beer Garden, where I ate Genghis Khan in Asahikawa. The floor was slippery with grease and I was wearing binding shoes, so I almost fell over. Speaking of things that are typical of Hokkaido, there’s soup curry, Genghis Khan, and ramen. I’m planning to spend the whole day at the airport tomorrow, so I’m planning to eat ramen at the airport tomorrow, so I’ll have Genghis Khan today . I want to eat seasoned Genghis Khan. The amount of special shoulder loin, lamb rump, and seasoned Genghis Khan was a 3-kind assortment, which was very voluminous and delicious. It also came with vegetables, so it was a good deal.
