Peaceful Bamboo Grove in Central Japan | a (brisk) Walking Tour through the Japanese Countryside
The “Minoda Bamboo Forest Road” is a walking path through the beautiful countryside of Matsusaka (Mie Prefecture, Japan). This path connects the “Minoda Daibutsu” 美濃田大仏 temple area with Matsusaka’s popular family destination, “Bell Farm”(松坂農業公園ベルファーム). This is a fantastic place to spend a couple of hours on the weekend, especially if you have kids.

Even though I basically live in the area, I didn’t discover this magical little path until last year. It’s especially cool because on one side there’s a historically significant Buddhist temple and “Daibutsu” statue — and on the other, an expansive, green park with a restaurant, a cafe, and one of the best gelato shops I’ve ever been to. Love this area!
"Peaceful Bamboo Grove" explored by a not so peaceful pace. Slow your roll and make it a regular video. That was the LONGEST YouTube short video I've seen in a long time and the 'angry walk' killed the peacefulness of the birds and breeze through the bamboo.

parks in Japan are out of this world on my trip last year to Japan i ended up visiting temples, shops, Tokyo, Osaka and so on and every time i think my time on those parks i get amazing urge to go back. Those forests/parks/groves are just magical.
