In different days, you may eat wagyu from different regions every time you come, but I think the color this time is pinker and it seems thicker and heavier. I really haven’t eaten such a thick one. My tempura is about the same thickness as this beef tongue. This time it is crisper and chewy. It ‘s really refreshing. I think the taste is very similar to sesame oil kidney , but it has the taste of beef. The mouth is full of butter. They calculate the weight. This one is thicker, so the number of slices is less. It’s the same. One person ordered 200g. One ordered regular wagyu wagyu fillet 200g ¥11880, and one ordered Chateaubriand wagyu Chateaubriand 200g ¥17380 It is less greasy to eat this way because Chateaubriand has more fat. The strength of this restaurant is that its meat is really good. The wagyu beef is not very fat and soft when it is exercised . You can directly use a fork to separate the meat. Look how soft it is . It breaks when you bite it. I have visited it three times and received a lot of positive feedback from the audience. I really don’t need to say more to know how good this charcoal-grilled wagyu beef is . I chatted with the clerk and found out that the boss is Korean and he selects the meat himself every day and insists on using only Japan’s No. 1 top wagyu beef. It’s no wonder why the side dishes are all kimchi. I think the ordinary fillet alone is very fragrant and tender. The top-grade Chateaubriand has more fat and a more charming taste. I suggest you share and order one to try. The sunset is so beautiful now and it has turned orange. If I drive to Okinawa later, I will probably choose Chatan because the sea view is super dreamy. It is so cool to eat wagyu beef and see the sea. Is it really possible? Chatan store also has limited wagyu sukiyaki wagyu sukiyaki 180g ¥8910 Although I don’t like sweet taste , the portion is very large. The meat slices are huge and the fat is very beautiful. I recommend it to friends who like sukiyaki. He said that the grade of this beef is the same as this barbecue. Sukiyaki is ¥8100 per person (before tax). He told me that he thinks that if you recommend it to two people, one person orders this charcoal grilled steak and the other person orders sukiyaki, so you can have two kinds of food. Oh my god, I think it’s difficult to flip it yourself. How can it be so beautiful? Professional Yes, the taste of sukiyaki is stronger because sukiyaki is eaten with egg liquid. But if you still feel it is too salty after dipping in egg, just tell them and they will add water for you. It is my ending. The udon noodles are completely filled with the flavor of the soup, and the egg liquid makes the udon noodles smoother. I just said that the boss is Korean, so just like in Korea, he will not let you go after you finish eating it all, and finally add rice to make risotto, which makes you super full. This meal is really full to the top of my head 😂 It tastes like the texture of rice crust at the bottom . I almost forgot that the set meal also has a dessert, the Okinawa lemon ice that is limited to the Chatan store. This is very delicious. It is just right as the ending. We took an early flight to Naha today and found a coffee shop near our accommodation at Miebashi. It was super retro. I ordered a brown sugar latte for ¥600 and a toast with red beans and nuts for ¥500. There was also a little sesame seeds and cream, and the red bean paste was delicious, but it was icy.
