I just started too lol I run a YouTube channel called Gongkeui I also made a reservation for the Alishan Sunrise Train and decided to travel together? First of all, I bought a bus ticket to Alishan yesterday. Let’s go catch the bus first. (Arisan bus arrived on time) (The bus is spacious and clean too~) (Passing through the city~) (Passing through a rural village~) (We continued to climb along the mountain path for 3 hours) (And the entrance to Alishan National Park we arrived at) I’ve literally climbed to the top of the mountain Oh it’s cold.. wow..! (Alishan is located at 2400m above sea level! The air is cold because it is a mountain) I’m above the clouds now.. I’m above the clouds The view is completely obscured by clouds.. A must-visit place for Taiwanese people at least once in their lives. A travel destination like that? That’s what they say it is But I think I know what that means The scenery is amazing.. Get a hotel here and stay here Are you planning to see the sunrise tomorrow morning? Mt. Alisan is 2400m above sea level, higher than Mt. Halla! Trekking courses are famous all over the place. Especially to see the morning sunrise here They say people come from all over the world every day. If you show the bus ticket you took, you can enter at half price. Please note (There are restaurants, convenience stores, and lodging facilities on the mountaintop!) I’m a person who really hates heat… It’s so cool here, it’s great for traveling~ (There are only a few hotels so prices are high.. Advance reservations are essential) (The place I booked was 110,000 won per night, I booked it in advance) I have a reservation~ (It feels like a proper motel! But it’s more expensive than other Taiwanese accommodations..) There is a hiking trail here called ‘Tupouye Heights’ I guess that’s a really nice place (If there’s a good place, I should go there~!) (Just take the bus and go one stop) Wow! There’s someone on a bike trip. (It feels like a thrill to go downhill quickly..) (We arrived at the place after riding the bus for about 10 minutes. The scenery was amazing) Wow… Is this crazy…? Honestly, I thought I came for nothing? Hahaha But wow.. the moment I saw this.. wow.. Ah.. this is the trail This is a trail called Turpuye Heights. This is a trekking course connected to the train tracks. (A magnificent sight with clouds moving..) – Aren’t these all clouds?
– I can see all the clouds moving! Wow this place is crazy.. I got goosebumps the moment I saw this, seriously… wow… (Then let’s go trekking at the top of Turpuye~~) This is Turpuye~ Godo! It looks like it’s written like this, lol (Tracking course along the railroad in the mountains) But this air That…smells like the dawn air..! The taste of the morning air! Wow… no, it’s a little creepy… while walking… This place was originally a railroad used to transport timber during the Japanese colonial period. But now it has been changed into a trail like this Wow… this smells so good… the smell of the forest… wow… It was extremely hot in the morning when we left Jai Station. It’s cold here! It’s cold! Wow.. It’s afternoon now but I feel like it’s dawn The smell of the early morning air is gone lol I… really like it… wow… It’s kind of like Twilight, huh? I think it’ll be easy if you just turn it~ (This is also a pleasant forest path with lots of green trees!) (And a tree you must see when you come to Alishan) It’s a tree that has grown over three generations. This is the first generation that died… The second generation died and this is the third generation growing up (A tree that has been passed down through generations from a single root, called a three-generation tree) This is now growing for the third generation So if you see this, your family’s luck will improve. (Taiwanese beer is also the best~) Steamed dumplings These are definitely not frozen! They’re steamed! (No.. no matter where you go in Taiwanese restaurants, the food is all delicious..) The original dumplings have thin skin… but these are thick (You really have to try the dumplings in Taiwan..) Our trip to Alishan was perfect! Plus, it was a day with a perfect sunset. Now for the final highlight! Watching the sunrise at Alishan I hope this ends on a more perfect note! It’s 3am now… I woke up to catch the sunrise train. It’s raining so much ㅠㅠㅠ (No… can you see the sun rising…) First of all, it’s raining a lot… It seems like the sunrise train is running I think we’ll have to go up first to find out what’s going on. But somehow I’m a lucky guy I have a good feeling that I might be able to see the sun~ The station is still wide open There are a lot of people gathered from the morning to see the sunrise. Take the train to Jusan Station for 30 minutes. Then today’s sunrise time is 5:20! (I made a reservation online in advance and received the ticket) Even though it’s raining, many tourists come with hope (There are a lot of people, so you have to go quickly and wait in line to get a seat) Wow.. I didn’t know there would be a line like this already. (The sunrise train arrived on time!) (It’s still raining, but the sunrise train is leaving!) This is what it should have been… The sunrise I was hoping for was nowhere to be found All that greeted me was a thick fog… I can’t see anything.. The rain is scary… I can’t see the most famous sunrise in Alishan…ㅠ Because the sunset yesterday was really amazing? And there’s a mountain right in front of here There has to be a mountain..lol The mountain is now covered in fog and cannot be seen. The sun has risen and set, but I can’t see it.
