【カリフラワーの花咲サラダ】
◎材料
・カリフラワー（小房に分けたもので） 150g
・生ハム 4枚
ドレッシング
・すりおろしにんにく 少々
・マヨネーズ 大さじ1
・粉チーズ 大さじ1
・酢 小さじ1
・牛乳 小さじ2
・塩 ひとつまみ
好みで
黒こしょう
①カリフラワーは洗って小房に分けて、スライスする
生ハムは半分にして、ドレッシングの材料を合わせておく
②皿にカリフラワーを並べ、生ハムをくしゃっとさせて花のようにして乗せ、ドレッシング、好みで黒こしょうをかけて完成！
