SUB【大阪万博2025】感動の連続…!6月日曜来場|6パビリオン|オススメグルメ

Hello, this is Osayu. On Sunday, June 1, I went to the Osaka Kansai Expo. I hope this will be helpful for those who will visit in the future. I copied a map as one of the advance preparations. I borrowed this map from Mr. Tsuji’s X. The weather on this day was mostly sunny, then cloudy and then sunny. The maximum temperature was 24° and the minimum temperature was 18°. I didn’t win any of my five choices in the lottery 7 days before. I didn’t make a reservation. I was a little worried about my visit. I made a reservation to visit about two weeks ago, but it was full at 9 o’clock, so I made a reservation at 10 o’clock. When I arrived at 10 o’clock, there was this line, so I regretted that I should have come earlier. In the end, I was able to enter at 10:45. The Osaka Healthcare Pavilion is right after entering from the East Gate. An announcement was made that the wait time would be about 30 to 40 minutes. I thought it would be very popular and I wouldn’t be able to get in, so I happily lined up, thinking, “So soon!?” I waited while looking at the large roof ring. In the end, I was able to enter in about 20 minutes. Most of the pavilions we visited after this were also guided to earlier than the announced time. The exhibition of “myocardial sheets” made from iPS cells was amazing. The “Future Human Washing Machine” bathing demonstration will be held for 30 minutes from 10:30. It will be held five times every two hours. I definitely wanted to go to the “Future Food and Culture” area. It is a direct line from the Osaka Healthcare Pavilion. This area serves Japanese food, but I went to “Hokka Hokka Tei”, which I had researched as being cheap and delicious. There was no line and I was able to buy it right away. I found beer in the outdoor eating and drinking space! I ordered the beer made with bread (top left). It was full, but I was able to sit down right away. From the left, bread beer, pork and egg single dish, and nori bento set. A one-handed bento that doesn’t get your hands dirty. It was so delicious! I started with pork and egg . I also had the thyme nori bento, which I wanted to taste . I was surprised that the nori bento was packed with ingredients even though it was a one-handed bento! There was also plenty of fried food in it. My husband prefers nori bento, and I prefer pork and egg. The fried chicken and hash browns that came with the set were also delicious. We also had NISSEI salted soft serve ice cream. The salt was served separately. The soft serve ice cream was rich and went perfectly with the salt. I wanted to fill my stomach with foreign food, but it seemed like it would get even more crowded after this, so if I couldn’t enjoy the food to my satisfaction, I thought Japanese food would be enough. We climbed while enjoying the wooden architecture that used Shimizu’s techniques. The scale was overwhelming, so just walking around the large roof ring was enough. The sun was strong and it was hot, so we went down. The very popular Italian Pavilion. I would have liked to go there if possible, but the announcement of the waiting time was “more than two hours.” I couldn’t wait two hours, so I gave up this time. The line at the neighboring Singapore Pavilion was moving quickly, and I had done some research on the highly rated pavilion, so I lined up and was able to enter in 10 minutes. There was a panel where each person could draw their dream, and what they drew was projected onto the final spherical screen, which was a wonderful surprise. Each one has its own personality, and it’s fun just to look at the architectural art. There were some pavilions, including Austria, that we couldn’t enter due to admission restrictions. I came to the Malta Pavilion for food. Maltese traditional bread “Ilftira”. I chose ftira with tuna, olives, and capers. The bread itself was very delicious, but the fillings were too strong, so I thought I might prefer bacon and eggs. Also, I honestly think that I won’t be returning because it’s expensive. I definitely wanted to go to the Hungary Pavilion. The guide said “more than 60 minutes,” but the wait time was 40 minutes. Near the entrance, they explained the songs that we could listen to inside, as well as the plants and scents. The explanation by the guy at the entrance was also (lol) It smelled really good, and the exhibits were moderate. The main focus was on the songs that we could listen to in the hall with a majestic atmosphere. I didn’t take a picture of the songs, but it was a valuable emotional experience that drew me into the Hungarian worldview to the point that I almost cried. I came to the Portugal Pavilion for the egg tarts. After about 15 minutes in line, they announced that they were sold out. I was so shocked that I had to come back. I couldn’t get close to the French Pavilion because it looked so impressive. I went to the Malaysian Pavilion because it was in the shade and it looked like the pace was going to be fast. I was able to enter in less than 10 minutes. The exhibits were easy to understand about Malaysia, and I felt like this was the real World Expo. The video was also worth watching and I was fascinated by it. The Tree of Harmony symbolizes Malaysia’s cultural heritage and efforts toward sustainability. It was more impressive than I expected, and the aroma of spices unique to Manesia really drew me in. The food at the restaurant looked delicious, but this time I only ordered a drink. “Iced Tare” is a sweet iced milk tea. It’s a little sweet, but it was delicious and I drank it all in 3 minutes. The Commons Pavilion is rumored to be worth it just for this. It was as satisfying and filling as rumored. I didn’t have enough time at all. At 5pm, the Jordan Pavilion was also restricting admission. It’s quite strict on weekends. Finally, we went to the “Flying Car Station”. You can’t ride without making a reservation, but it’s recommended to stop by as it’s empty and you can get out quickly. The difference with helicopters is that it emits zero CO2 during flight and makes very little noise. I’m looking forward to seeing it implemented in the future. I didn’t feel any pain in my feet because it was so fun, and I thought “I’d be happy if I could go once,” but I was so satisfied that I wanted to go again and again, and it was a valuable emotional experience. If you go on a weekend when there are a lot of people, I think you’ll be discouraged by the heat, crowds, and long lines, especially in the coming season, unless you are very interested. Also, there are so many options for how to spend your time, so even if you’re not very interested, I think it’s better to decide to some extent where you want to go, or conversely, “I don’t need to go here,” so I think you’ll definitely enjoy it. There were overwhelmingly more Japanese people, so if you can adjust your holidays, I strongly recommend going on a weekday. I hope this was helpful. If you thought this video was good, I would appreciate it if you could support me by liking it, commenting, and subscribing to the channel. Thank you for watching until the end.
