My main interests would be the first two.
Lovely adventure you had in the forest. A handheld gps is more accurate, even with not to good satellite reception, than a car gps I found out.

Sehr schön! Wie in den letzten Jahren, fahre ich auch dieses Jahr wieder nach Litauen und mache dort Urlaub. Dieses Grenzgebiet zu Belarus habe ich noch nicht besucht, steht aber auf meiner Liste und vielleicht verlänger ich meinen diesjährigen Urlaub deshalb auch noch. Natürlich habt ihr noch soooo viiiel nicht gesehen und müsst es unbedingt noch nachholen. Zum Militärgebiet…..da waren doch genug Schilder, warum dann ignorieren? 😉
Vielleicht liegt es an dem Generationsunterschied. 😉🤷🏼♂️
Vilnius ist wunderschön und natürlich auch dieses Jahr wieder gebucht, dazu noch Kaunas und Strandurlaub in Palanga. Dieses Land und seine Menschen sind für mich Erholung pur! Alles was mich zu Hause stört ist dort vergessen. Letztes Jahr habe ich mit dem Auto eine Reise durch das Baltikum gemacht und Tallinn habe ich dann zur Weihnachtszeit noch einmal besucht. Wunderschön! Riga ist sehr schön, hat aber ein russisches Problem. Auf meiner Rückreise hatte ich einen Abstecher nach Jūrmala gemacht und dort war es noch offensichtlicher. Ich kann die Sorgen und Ängste der Letten verstehen.
Selbstverständlich auch ein sehr schönes Land und ich möchte von Palanga auch einmal nach Jūrmala fahren. Für jeden, der nicht unbedingt mindestens 30 Grad erwartet, kann ich das Baltikum nur empfehlen. 👍🏻
Schade das Ihr die Küste ausgelassen habt, sehr schöne Ecke speziell die kurische Nehrung von Kleipedia bis an die russische Grenze.

Riesiger Fehler mit Sprachen. Estnisch ist Finno-Ugrisch, Lettisch und Litauisch wiederum nicht. Lettisch und Litauisch gehoeren zu Baltischen Sprachen, und sind die letzten zwei auf der ganzen Welt die noch gesprochen werden. Beide sind extrem alt, Litauisch ist aber etwas aelter. Letten und Litauer verstehen sich ein wenig, und lernen die Sprache des anderen sehr schnell. Estnisch ist wiederum mit Finnisch verwand. Lettisch und Litauisch sind nur miteinander verwand und mit niemanden anderen.
