新潟柏崎のラーメンはここ無しでは語れない！老舗超人気店「夫婦麺活/Vol.5」新潟柏崎市編
Fast forward a little bit to a certain day in February 2024. I decided to go eat ramen again today, so I went to my usual convenience store. It’s been a long spring-like day, but today it’s quite cold. Painting! I haven’t eaten yet. It’s cold today, so I want to warm up. However, the restaurant I was planning to go to is temporarily closed, so what should I do? The usual pattern of temporary closure… I was in trouble. So, for now, let’s start.Even though the waves are rough in the Sea of Japan in winter , the waves may still be calm. Looking out over the turbulent Sea of Japan, I ‘m headed to the neighboring Kashiwazaki City ramen shop.If I’m having trouble choosing a ramen shop, I’ll be looking for a popular one.This is my second visit, having been recommended by many people. However, the location was a little difficult to find and the navigation was freezing. I somehow managed to get there even though I got lost . *It’s not a difficult place if you come normally. There was a parking lot about 50m away from the “Aji no Home Run Urekko” store in Kashiwazaki City , Niigata Prefecture, and I was lucky enough to be able to park there. Fortunately, there was no line and the menu is relatively simple, but it is notable for its tsukemen and yakisoba dishes. Waited about 5 minutes after ordering. Noodles arrived. “Charshu Men 880 yen” My wife’s noodles “Tandan Men 880 yen” Homemade thin, thin noodles that were pulled through the chashu pork to reveal the flower petals that covered the surface of the food.The visuals for this ramen are from the same Kashiwazaki city. Just like that shop inside! Ah, the delicious , transparent, golden soup.The soy sauce base has a gentle but deep flavor.Then, the gyoza comes out.“Gyoza 400 yen.” This thinly sliced flower petal chashu absorbs the flavor of the soup well, and when eaten with ramen. I can’t resist♪ The “Tandan noodles” that my wife is eating also seems to be a popular menu.The base seems to be soy sauce soup, and it seems to have a slightly different taste than regular Tantan noodles.Actually , this restaurant was previously known as “Couple Ramen Drive Season 2” . It is a sister restaurant to the popular ramen shop “Ramen Sobayoshi” in Kashiwazaki City, which I visited in “/EP.9″ . However, this shop was originally called “Sobayoshi,” but when the brothers opened a shop in front of Kashiwazaki Station nearby (currently Sobayoshi), the name of this shop was changed to the current “Urekko.” It seems that it has been done. The current “Sobayoshi” seems to have been founded in 1973, so in the Kashiwazaki area, both of the stores are long-established, super popular restaurants that have been loved by the local community for many years , and the “Charshu Men” that I eat here is representative of Kashiwazaki. I feel like it’s ramen. The gyoza is also exquisite ♪ This is a restaurant that has a reputation for being delicious no matter what you eat ! “Home run of taste” Isn’t it worth visiting even from far away! However, be careful not to eat too much as it is delicious and filling! A very satisfying and delicious meal! 2年前くらいに行って
焼きそば+チャーシュートッピングとチャーハン食べました
スープがラーメンの器で出てきてビビりました😅
実は十日町市にも同じ名前のお店があります(*￣∇￣)ノ
よっぽどラーメン🍜の神に😊嫌われてるねー😊
でもそのおかげで違う美味いラーメン🍜😋食べれるから👌ＯＫ

そばよしさんは、昔駅前のホテルサンシャインの所に在りましたね、そこから今の場所に移転しましたね、うれっこは、立て替えてそばよしから名前が変わりましたね、先代の奥様がまだお店に出ていますね。メニューもうれっ子が出来てカレーが無くなり、つけ麺、餃子、チャーハンと少しずつ変わってきましたね、お店も暖簾分けして田尻の三宝、十日町のうれっこと増えていますね、味っ子とそば春は閉店したみたいですね、
