Why did you decide to take over the restaurant? Originally, I had no intention of taking over, but my grandmother passed away, and I had always wanted to work in cooking, and at that time, Before she passed away, she told me to help out at the shop. It seems like she cared about the shop until the very end. I thought I’d help out. Once I started, it was fun. It feels like I’m just doing what I’ve always done. My goal is to raise awareness. There was a period when there weren’t many people. There wasn’t much time to sleep. There was a period when Now that I think about it, there were times like that. If I had to say what was difficult, I guess that was it. Now, thankfully, we are blessed with good employees, but There was a time when we couldn’t even find anyone to hire, no matter how hard we tried.
