Jiuzhai Village is located in Daliang Town, Shunde District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province. It is adjacent to Taiping Mountain in the north, Shunfeng Mountain in the west, Shuiniugang in the south, and Guipan Lake in the east. It retains traditional Lingnan cultural elements and is an ancient Lingnan village that integrates natural scenery, historical culture and food experience.

The history of Jiuzhai Village can be traced back to the Ming Dynasty. Walking along Jiuzhai Avenue, you can see many existing historical sites, such as Jiuzhai Tower, Zhoujianjing, Jianbang Academy, Zhushuai Temple and Wang Xunfu Temple. There are alleys on both sides of the avenue. Most of the houses here are self-built, many of which are renovated and renovated, and there are also many houses full of age.

When we went there, Jiuzhai Village was going to be built into a “Taste Shunde Characteristic Town”. There are already coffee shops and snack bars of various styles settled in. We should be able to experience more Shunde local food later. The village is not very big, and there are not many people on weekends. Some are still under renovation, which may be more interesting in the future.
