[Music] very good very good loved everything about this hotel Riverside room view was beautiful room was spacious love the spa facilities quiet communal pool jacuzzi and sauna private ansen and sauna relaxation room with massage chairs and magazines drinks machine with a variety of refreshments excellent breakfast buffet for 46,000 Yen per person gorgeous views what a gorgeous view of the river in the park the staff is beyond wonderful superb cleanliness best hotel in Osaka for our money this is the winner exceptional service Sensational room top views and all round winter facilities we loved our stay exceptional PQ Hotel exceptional need some improvement there are some things to improve in The Breakfast staff someone goes for food and someone has already cleared your table for someone else when you have not finished your breakfast it has all the qualities of a five-star hotel enjoyed our stay tremendously exceptional what an excellent Hotel so clean so spacious amazing bathrooms staff was fantastic Osaka stay great hotel with a great great location price off Thea was excellent very close to metro line easy to get around town Imperial Hotel Osaka one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in helpful and friendly staff excellent service great atmosphere I live this hotel the shower and Views are the best the staff is very welcoming exceptional we loved every aspect of our stay here the staff especially were highlight everyone was so helpful knowledgeable and kind exceptional outstanding service from every staff member we encountered from when we were greeted upon arrival via taxi r as we were getting out of the car to helping us with our luggage transfer to our next hotel to dining at the on-site restaurants our laundry was impeccably beautifully wrapped we definitely stay here the next time we visit Osaka and highly recommend this to other people had a great time it was a great stay beautiful building SL room great View and the free shuttle from the station and back was very convenient
