  10. 크으~ 저녁으로 족발 먹고 치킨까지 배부르게 먹었는데 이거 보니 또 숯불 닭갈비가 땡기네요.
    닭갈비 팬에 이것저것 넣어서 볶아 먹는 것도 맛있지만 숯불 닭갈비 진짜 맛있죠.
    넥타이 양념… 진짜 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
    오늘도 맛나고 멋진 영상 감사함다.

  11. 참고로 닭갈비 원조는 강원도 홍천입니다. 옥수 닭갈비가 그 원조인데… 거기 예전 사장님네가 다른일 하시는데 잘 안팔리셔서.. 고민하시다가.
    바로 옆가가게 돼지/소고기 갈비집이었는데 호텔 요리사 출신이셨단다.. 이분에게 갈비 저미는 방법을 배워서.. 닭을 저며서 갈비처럼 대로 만드셨슴..
    그래서 주문할 때 1인분 2인분이 아닌 1대 2대로 갈비 대 기준으로 시켰음.
    그래서 닭갈비임… 지금처럼 토막내는게 아님.. 춘천이 닭갈비 원조 어쩌고 헛소리 하는데. 왜 닭갈비냐고 물으면 답들 없음 ㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎ..
    그 동네가 한일관, 옥수닭갈비, 막국수집 그리고 통닭집 (옛날 통닭) 으로 맛집 모여있는 핫? 한 골목이었음.
    길건너 조금 옆에는 오래된 화교 출신의 짱개집도 있고.. 그 옆에 조금 가면 아직도 영업중인 40년 운영하고 있는 소곱창집있음.

    닭갈비는 원래 양념에 고추장이 안들어가고 찍어먹는 소스로 고추장이 나왔었음.. 닭갈비 원조 양념은 간장 베이스 육수를 끓이고 불을 끈 다음 막대한 양의 마늘과 고춧가루와 후추가루(중요)와 설탕을 넣어 냉장고에서 2일 묵혀 쓰셨음.
    그리고 볶은 밥은 없었고 우동 사리만 있었고.. 닭 부속물.. (닭내장)이 있었음. 닭간, 닭염통 등 이게 별미였음. 그리고 닭기름을 써서 언제나 연탄불에 올려져 있는 주전자(닭기름)가 인상적이었음..
    요즘은 원조 옥수닭갈비도 닭을 갈비처럼 저미지 않던데.. 이유 물으니.. 예전에 쓰던것은 성닭이어서 크고 육질이 안좋아 닭을 저미고 고기를 펴서 양념에 재워 부드럽게 했지만 지금은 그 필요가 없었다고 하심..
    대신 예전 닭갈비는 2대가 1마리로 양이 넉넉했었음..
    그리고 원조부터 무쇠팬에 닭갈비를 했음.. 직화는 솔직히 닭구이지 닭갈비는 아님. 원조때부터 푸짐한 양배추와 고구마가 들어가 있었음.

  14. 닭갈비집에서 차로 10분거리에 '홍가네 달마을' 고깃집 강추해요. 한번 가보세요. 가시면 꼭 우렁된장찌개 꼭 드셔보세요.
