It was nice for viewing in early morning, thank you. My family went the Trevi fountain and Spanish steps in April 2023; and my friend and I visited Roma, Vatican in Sept 2006 too.

Carissimo Luca diventa un poeta, I sottotitoli sono magnifici. So much for Italian. Six a.m. does seem to be the ideal time to see the sights to their best advantage, the chiaro scuro effect in reality. The view from the Umberto Bridge of the golden Ponte Sant’Angelo plus St. Peter’s in the distance is a capolavoro, indeed. Besides having the city all to oneself does feed my avarice syndrome. Hi, I heard that the Trevi Fountain’s opening hour in 2025 is 9 AM, but I saw in your video that tourists were allowed in earlier. Can you confirm if it’s possible to visit before 9 AM? Thank you so much
I love watching your videos and am really appreciating and enjoying the info. Only 11 minutes in and I’ve already learned something new. You know what would be super helpful? If you could have (or flash up occasionally) a small map on screen that showed the route you were walking. It would be so useful if you’re watching to prepare for an upcoming trip. I sometimes try and follow along with Google maps but soon get lost lol. Just a suggestion, I love your channel either way
My first trip to Rome 20 years ago, I arrived by train at 5:30am just as the sun was coming up. I couldnt check into my hotel until 11am so I set off exploring and it was the best introduction to Rome I could have hoped for. I felt like I was in a giant, outdoor, city sized museum. Everywhere I looked was something ancient or beautiful or interesting
