【Tokyo Night Drive】Detour into the Night through Daikanyama and Shibuya | SUBARU BRZ
This time, I left Nishi-Shinjuku, passed through Daikanyama, and drove to Shibuya. The detailed route is as follows:
I headed west on Minami-dori Street from Shinjuku Central Park, headed north on Juunisodoori Street, turned right at the intersection in front of Kumano Shrine, headed east on Kita-dori Street, turned left at the intersection in front of Shinjuku Central Park, headed north on Koen-dori Street, headed east on Ome-kaido Street, turned right at the intersection in front of Shinjuku Police Station, headed south on Higashi-dori Street, turned right at the intersection behind Shinjuku Police Station, headed west on Kita-dori Street, turned left at the intersection north of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, headed south on Tocho-dori Street, turned right at the end of the road, headed west on Minami-dori Street, headed south on Juunisodoori Street, headed west on Koshu-kaido Street, turned left at the Hatsudai intersection, and headed south on Yamate-dori Street.
However, I made a wrong turn on Shuto Expressway Route 3, and returned to Yamate-dori Street via Tamagawa-dori Street, continued south, passed Nakameguro Station, and headed east on Komazawa-dori Street. Here, enter the old Yamate-dori street, turn right at the intersection in front of the Daikanyama Police Box, turn right at the corner just before Cattle’s Daikanyama, pass the foot of Daikanyama Station, and instead of heading towards Shibuya, head towards Ebisu on the back streets, then go north on Meiji-dori and reach Miyamasuzakashita. Here, turn left, pass the scramble intersection in front of Shibuya Station, go along Bunkamura-dori, go behind Bunkamura, go along a narrow back street, and return to Yamate-dori. At this time, I met a group of carts that foreigners often use.
From here, enter the old Yamate-dori street, turn left at the intersection in front of the Daikanyama Police Box, and head towards Shibuya.
Turn left at the intersection behind Sarugaku Elementary School, go through Sarugaku-cho, pass in front of La Tour Daikanyama, reach Shibuya Sakura Stage, turn left here, and arrive at the scramble intersection in front of Shibuya Station again. Go north on Jingu-dori street, enter Koen-dori street, pass by the side of NHK, and eventually enter Inokashira-dori street. Continue west, head north on Yamate-dori, and then head west on Koshu-kaido.

今回は、西新宿を出発し、代官山を経由して、渋谷に向かうドライブの様子を収めました。詳しいルートは以下の通りです。
新宿中央公園の南通りを西に進み、十二社通りを北に進み、熊野神社前の交差点で右折し、北通りを東に進み、新宿中央公園前の交差点で左折し、公園通りを北に進み、青梅街道を東に進んで、新宿警察署前の交差点で右折し、東通りを南に進み、新宿警察署裏の交差点を右折し、北通りを西に進み、都庁北の交差点を左折し、都庁通りを南に向かい、突き当たりを右折して南通りを西に進み、十二社通りを南に進み、甲州街道を西に進み、初台の交差点を左折し、山手通りを南進しました。
ところが、首都高速3号線のところで、道を誤り、玉川通りを経由して、山手通りに戻り、そのまま南下して中目黒駅を通過し、駒沢通りを東に進みます。ここで、旧山手通りに入り、代官山交番前の交差点で右折し、カトルズ代官山の手前の角を右折し、代官山駅の麓を通り抜け、ここで渋谷方面に行けずに、裏道を恵比寿方面に向かい、さらに、明治通りを北上して宮益坂下に到達します。ここで、左折し、渋谷駅前のスクランブル交差点を抜け、文化村通りを進み、文化村の裏を通って、細い裏道を進み、山手通りに戻ります。この時、外国人がよく利用しているカートの集団に出会しました。
ここから、旧山手通りに入り、代官山交番前の交差点を左折して、渋谷方面に向かいます。
猿楽小学校裏の交差点を左折し、猿楽町を抜け、ラトゥール代官山の前を通り、渋谷サクラステージまで達し、ここを左折して、渋谷駅前のスクランブル交差点に再び到着。神宮通りを北に進み、公園通りに入り、NHKの脇を通り、やがて、井の頭通りに入ります。さらに西に進み、山手通りを北上し、甲州街道を西に向かいます。
