芒市是云南德宏的州府，傣语叫做勐焕，意思是天刚亮的地方。勐焕大金塔和银塔就座落在雷牙让山顶上，迎接这里的每一个黎明。早餐一定要从一碗清汤牛肉米线开始，数不清的佐料让人目不暇接，跟着调味的人群移动，每样调料都来一点，就成了你独一无二的米线。下午茶当然要啃鸡脚喝泡鲁达，各种奇奇怪怪的口味，而且酱汁远比鸡脚多。晚上当然要去芒杏村吃烧烤，寨子里烟雾缭绕，扎实的用料和干干脆脆的烤法，让你一下就爱上云南味道。
Mangshi is the capital of Dehong, Yunnan. It is called Menghuan in Dai language, which means the place where the sky just dawns. The Menghuan Golden Pagoda and Silver Pagoda are located on the top of Leiyarang Mountain, welcoming every dawn here. Breakfast must start with a bowl of beef rice noodles in clear soup. The countless condiments are dazzling. Follow the crowd of seasonings and add a little of each seasoning to make your rice noodles unique. Of course, you must eat chicken feet and drink Pauluda for afternoon tea. There are all kinds of strange flavors, and the sauce is far more than the chicken feet. Of course, you have to go to Mangxing Village for barbecue in the evening. The village is filled with smoke. The solid ingredients and the crispy roasting method will make you fall in love with the taste of Yunnan at once.

    被这碗粉馋哭了，前年被阿星的融安滤粉馋哭了，回国特地绕到融安的民族市场吃了滤粉，这回被这碗粉馋哭了，下次回国一定去这家😂

    海外漂泊多年，吃遍各种山珍海味，看过各种异域风情，最怀念的还是国内的各种各样的美食。今天是饭后看阿星的视频，看的口水直流，肚子饿了！但我的生活习惯是不宵夜，晚饭半饱，实在不行，冲杯牛奶顶顶饿吧～😅
