I Tried Japan’s Shipping Container Hotel
I took a trip to Sendai for the first time. Ever since the Great East Japan Earthquake in 2011, I have been curious about the area. Despite the damage it suffered, Sendai has rebuilt so quickly and is proudly one of East Japan’s best and most urbanized areas.
I decided to stay in this container hotel not just because it would be an unique experience but for more deep reason.

It must have felt incredibly special to visit Sendai for the first time after all these years and choose to stay at the hotel he helped create.
