Seems like a sort of fair price. The problem is the area. It’s going to be rough for many many years and the house will likely even lose value as the finishes are the most basic but for that price you can’t expect much. Personally I would just find a place in a prettier area even if it’s a bit more remote.

The house is very nice for the price it's a very good bargain but for myself as I always say in all of my comments I am looking for the truly traditional house but it needs to be close to a train station and in a way that I can get back and forth the different places but your video is perfect I like it now these are the kind of videos you should make more often it's not necessary that you have to buy or somebody else's bought this and keep up the good work I'm still wanting to meet with you😊😊😅
The real problem for foreigners is to obtain permission to reside in Japan.
