  1. Congrats on the new gig. Was pleasantly surprised/confused to see Aimee here instead of her own channel. Good job!

  2. Wow, Aimee is on this channel, I didn’t expect this would happen. I wonder if this is her permanent move from Tokyo Cheapo, or just one shot deal because she is now living in the area where Karuizawa is not too far.
As she has been, along with Roy, always one of my favorite Japan travel/hiking vloggers, I would be very happy to see her again in the near future on this channel.
    Go Aimee❤

  3. a Question.
I want to do a reservation in Nagoya but how do i do that, do i need to call a hotel or can i do that online from out side Japan

  4. We were here in March 2024 and stayed 5 nights. Nice quiet town and still lots to do with daytrips nearby. There is the Prince Premium Outlet, the ski centre nearby, Yuzawa (train), Kumoba pond, shirato falls, Kogen church, Kogen stone church!!, Harunire Terrace. We have seen lots of snow before, flurries as well but it was our first snowfall experience. The landscape at our hotel totally transformed in a winter wonderland.
Lovely. And going to Shirato Falls was like a winter wonderland – magical. On the bus, you depart Karuizawa station, you go through the town, then semi green and white (snow) and then just white winter wonderland as the bus goes deeper into the forest area.

  5. You can leave your heavy bags and luggage in one of the many the lockers at the Karuizawa train station and walk up to the shopping area 😉
I wonder if the pottery shop still has his sign up telling you to "Please do not touch the children." Words to live by 💁‍♂

  6. PLEASE..PLEASE LOWER THE NOISE OF THE MUSIC IN YOUR VIDEOS… AND REMOVE IT WHILE THE PERSON SPEAKS, PLEASE. YOU CANT UNDERSTAND A SINGLE WORD…..❤

  7. Beautifully done! It’s a marvelous collection of locations in this amazing town. Thank you so very much for this. Truly. 🥰

  8. Amazing guide of Karuizawa! I will definitely be saving and visiting these spots on my future visit. Aimee is such a wonderful host, I can't wait to see where you guys cover next!

  9. It was a pleasant surprise to see Aimee, who I used to follow through Tokyo/Japan Cheapo. 🎉
