A Journey Through Japan’s Countryside – Timelapse Drive
Nanyo to Oguni
Buckle up and join me on an exhilarating road trip through the Japanese Japanese countryside and mountains of Yamagata prefecture. We start in the rural town of Nanyo and finish in Oguni. It’s early spring and the mountains are still wearing their snow caps and some of the roads still have snowbanks. The leaves haven’t started to pop yet, so everything is pretty grey. There are lots of tunnels cutting through the mountains plus winding roads as we follow rivers through the valleys. I hope you enjoy it!
