今回は宝光社近くの信州・戸隠そば処よつかどさんで天ざるそばの戸隠特有のぼっち盛りと
十割蕎麦を注文しましたどちらも美味しい手打ちそばでした、特に十割蕎麦は風味豊かな味わいです

Togakushi is a tourist spot that is crowded with worshippers and tourists throughout the year, and I think that eating Togakushi soba after worship or during a nature walk is something special.
This time, I ordered the Togakushi-specific lone serving of tempura soba and 100% buckwheat soba at Shinshu Togakushi Soba Restaurant Yokado near Hokosha Shrine. Both were delicious handmade soba, and the 100% buckwheat soba in particular had a rich flavor.

I had Togakushi soba at “Tsuruya,” a soba restaurant in a traditional Japanese house in front of Togakushi Shrine’s Hokosha Shrine. First, let me introduce the location of the Hokosha Shrine and the parking lot. At Tsuruya, I ordered the tempura soba and zaru soba, which are recommended for today. When you enter the entrance of the traditional Japanese house, you can feel the warmth of the earthen floor, veranda, shoji screens, and sliding doors.

戸隠そばで人気のうずら家さんに行ってきました
この日は休み明けの平日雨が降っていました
長野市街から戸隠方面を見るとどんよりとした雲に覆われていました
こんな日こそいつも並ぶ人気そば屋に行っみたくなりました
長野市街から車を戸隠に向け走らせ
宝光社、火之御子社、中社、を通りうずら家さんの専用駐車場へ車を止め
9:40分うずら家さんの受付表に氏名を記入し開店の10:30ごろまで中社の参拝をしました
受付表はの12番目でしたので18テーブルありますので
開店時に呼ばれそうです
開店時間数組の方が居ませんでしたので7〜8番目に名前を呼ばれました
その後動画のように美味しいお蕎麦をいただき
お店を出たのが11:10分頃でした

I went to Uzuraya, a popular restaurant for Togakushi soba. It was raining on a weekday after the holiday. Looking towards Togakushi from Nagano city, it was covered with gloomy clouds. It was on a day like this that I wanted to go to the popular soba restaurant that always has a line. I drove from Nagano city to Togakushi, passed Hokosha, Hinomikosha, Nakasha, and parked in Uzuraya’s private parking lot. At 9:40, I wrote my name on Uzuraya’s reception table and visited Nakasha until around 10:30 when the restaurant opened. I was the 12th on the reception table, so there are 18 tables, so I think I will be called when the restaurant opens. There were not many groups at the opening time, so my name was called 7th or 8th. After that, I had delicious soba as shown in the video, and left the restaurant around 11:10. I hope this video will be helpful for leisure and sightseeing.
