Today is the last day of the year! and I can’t believe 2024 is coming to an end so quickly. In Japan, we have a special tradition of eating hot soba noodles on New Year’s Eve, called Toshikoshi soba. These long, thin buckwheat noodles symbolize a long and healthy life.
