【車中泊】N-VAN 夜明けのやまなみハイウェイドライブ。夜明け前に道の駅阿蘇を出発！朝日に染まるくじゅうの山並み、野生の鹿にも遭遇！ 【 Overnight trip in the car】
今回は、夜明け前の朝5時頃に前乗り車中泊をしていた「道の駅阿蘇」を出発。やまなみハイウェイを通って大分県の別府をめざします。まずは阿蘇神社に立ち寄り旅の安全を祈願。城山展望所〜瀬の本〜牧ノ戸峠〜長者原〜朝日台〜水分峠〜湯布院〜狭霧台〜由布岳登山口〜城島高原〜別府の順に車を走らせました。7時30分頃国道10号線沿いのパン屋さんに到着。フルーツドッグとコーヒーで朝食。家へのお土産も買ってきました。すぐ近くの上人ヶ浜公園で散策と休憩。鉄輪温泉の銭湯に入って帰路につきました。夜明のやまなみハイウェイのドライブはとても楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。別府の街並みもとても素敵な所でした。

This time, we stayed overnight at the Aso Roadside Station. We bought some prepared food at Hirai Bento for dinner! We went to the hot spring right next door and went to bed early. The next morning, we left just before dawn at 5am. We headed for Beppu in Oita Prefecture via the Yamanami Highway. First, we stopped at Aso Shrine to pray for a safe journey. We drove in the following order: Shiroyama Observatory – Senomoto – Makinoto Pass – Chojabaru – Asahidai – Mizubun Pass – Yufuin – Sagiridai – Yufudake Trailhead – Jojima Kogen – Beppu. We arrived at a bakery along National Route 10 around 7:30am. We had fruit hot dogs and coffee for breakfast. We also bought some souvenirs to take home. We took a walk and rested at the nearby Shoningahama Park. We went to the public bath at Kannawa Onsen before heading home. We had a great time driving on the Yamanami Highway at dawn. The townscape of Beppu was also very beautiful.
