My van is a Fiat Ducato, FWD with Nokian Winter Tires. This is the same as a Ram Promaster in the USA and Canada but with a diesel engine and manual transmission.

This is my complete second winter of Winter Van Life in extreme conditions in the North, living in a van during freezing temperatures. Starting in November I go through the whole winter season of snowy winter adventures from November to April, with snow storms, blizzards, extreme cold, extreme snowfall, slippery roads and some amazing winter beauty as well.

Uhmmmm pesto to flavor a sandwich?
Noooooo it's conceived to season pasta!!
The problem with pesto is that it oxidizes very quickly in contact with air ,loosing its flavor, even if it is kept in its glass jar !!!
To get around this problem, one can use a thin layer of olive oil to seal the pesto from the air….
This recommendation comes from Italy, the number one in the world, when it comes down to food & wines quality…🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹

Wow 13 hours long video thank you jarl for a wonderful tour of norway it must take you hours to upload i loved waching how extreame those weather conditions were this week those snow storms can get quite bad in some parts but theyre really facinating im watching your video with a blanket and a hot drink lol your videos are very calming and relaxing and i love the food you cook on your small gas hob you have the most wonderful life in the world van life is i think extraordinary with wild life trees skys that light up snow and skiing absolutly amazing i feel like im there on your travels with you snow is the prettiest experience those views from ylthe mountains are so very cool just being rocked to sleep in a van with a storm and you have tibetan prayer flags like me lol budism is great but brilliant video jarl i loved this weeks 13 hour long video im looking forwards to seeing what next week brings have a wonderful christmas with your friends and family and those fantastic raindeer 😊✋❤️👍🦌
