Forest Bathing Nature Walk on Mossy Mt. Daisen | Tottori, Japan 4K Mountain Stream ASMR
Kitanizawa is a beautiful stream that flows down from the slopes of Mt. Daisen, a volcanic mountain in Tottori Prefecture on the Sea of Japan coast. The stream passes through a peaceful lush green forest with moss covered stones and narrow walking trails on either side of the flowing water. There are many small waterfalls along the stream, some natural and some manmade. I thought it would be nice to enjoy the sound of cascading water and enjoy the lush natural greenery in the early morning with no one else around. I hope you enjoy it too.

Ambient Exploration: An absolutely stunning walk on my treadmill this morning for 82 minutes of pure enjoyment. Except for the man made bridges, waterfalls, paths, and pond holding cement enclosures, you could say you almost walked back into primordial time! I almost expected a dinosaur to pop out or a pterodactyl to fly overhead! I had to remind myself this was Mt. Daisen in Tottori, Japan not Jurassic Park! LOL!
