Irina is a very charming young lady with a great personality. If you buy an apartment in Moscow I assume that you are you buying a lease on the apartment? if so, the price would also be dependent on the length of the lease remaining.

This would be a studio apartment here in Canada. Because it doesn't have a bedroom. But normally a studio doesnt have divided rooms except the bathroom.
I want to move to Moscow but currently unable to sell my house in UK. When i do i will definitely give ирина a call. And yes she is very attractive and I too am single! When i come i will want to buy a larger apartment for me and my dogs close to the park and two one room apartments for income.
You say you’re going to make more apartment videos. Maybe you shouldn’t. You know, Sam recommended you for watching apartment videos. Does that mean that you’re not going to show anything modern? If you were going to show nice apartments, Sam never wouldve recommended you. Not Covent Garden-like exactly but an apartment that I could picture myself living in. A normal regular one (not a dam studio) in a normal new building. Can’t be that hard to find one in Moscow… Because in St. Petersburg – where I live – there’s many new buildings to choose from. There’s old buildings also, but no one would ever buy an apt there. It’s always a mid-option to finally being able to afford a new one. I – like many people – would rather rent while I wait for a new complex to be built. So, are all your future apartments going to be as unpleasant as this one?

Thanks! The price is good for a studio. For your RU viewers I give you one for sale near me 33 sq. meters $285,000. It is beach front in FL! 1555 Tarpon Dr Venice FL. Almost 3x more, and a job here would be hard to find that would pay for it. It's retirement heaven. 🙂
I am originally from Poland and live now in Switzerland. There are many similiar blocks in Poland and if I ever wanted to buy a property there I would buy similiar but with 2 rooms. I very much liked the place. The location is perfect for the professional, I have no car so this is perfect. The separate kitchen is the big plus. The kitchen is functional and all that is needed. The bathroom is small but has all, but I will get a curtain for the bathroom. The room with a sleeping alcove is really nice, bright and functional. This is a small, yet perfectly functional unit. The location is perfect and I can live there.
Too cramped for my liking and feels a bit like a chicken coop. Having said that, it does look cosy enough and functional, and the location sounds great.
It's a real shitty apartment and I don't understand the positive reactions. And by the way it's unaffordable for most Russians.
