I hope you enjoyed this apartment tour. Keep in mind as I pointed out in the video, this is a "studio" apartment, or 1 room apartment as there call here in Russia. The utilities for this place if your the tenant work out to be $26 USD per month extra. The main question though, for the price, could you live here?

Feeling greatful I dont live there. I did have a bedroom at my parents house that was 1.8m square though and im 1.86m lolol so I do appreciate space.
Why the hell have you cut out the scene, where you are going to open the door to the apartment, about 07:16? The door seems to me as thick as 2 inches of hardened steel…🙃 Why? The Apartment ist really scrap – far away from european standards – typical russsian. But – anyway – ist seems to me as they have now finally got the toilets (working?) inside the buliding and no longer in the cold weather, outside. Wow!!
So small. But for this price it's good.
Here in Canada 🇨🇦 that would easily be at least $1500+ for a studio… and that’s if you can even find one. You can rent a single bedroom here (no private kitchen, bathroom etc) for $1000+.. 😬

Prices quoted are from $US500 to $1500 per month excluding premium upmarket apartments depending on number of bedrooms and location. Average Russian salary about $US15,000 a year. Inflation is trough the roof current mortgage rates around 30% because central bank is now 21% So keep pumping out pro-Russian propaganda lying Russell you have no shame no honour you disgust me to the core. Come back to Oz anytime mate you can expect a real warm welcome.

Some gentle feedback: you spend half the video just talking before even getting tot be actual purpose of the video (apartment tour) at around 7:45. I skipped all of that because I wanted… an apartment tour. I know you need your YouTube money, but it’s not good to have so much wasted time in a video. Enjoyed the second half tho. Thanks

Excellent price for that! In my area an apartment comparable to that is approximately $575 a month with a $325 security and application fee. No utilities included. That would be electric, water, gas, etc.. is extra that you pay those companies per month based on usage. No public transit available either.
The lower the ruble exchange rate, than the cheaper the rent in dollars. Plus utilities. As a result, ~20% of the average Moscow salary. An area without a hospital with one school. In the morning to the metro and in the evening from the metro you will stand in line for the bus. In Berlin, for 15% you can find a one-room apartment in the city center without queues for transport.
Sorry, but it's not a typical Russian apartment. It's an extremely small and chip flat to rent for students. A typical flat size is about 35-70 sqm.
I note that Russell is removing responses he doesn't like. But he allows another respondent to laugh at "2.4M Ukrainis kaput so far" and "Ukrainis life span is 19 yrs". Just wondering about the rationale for this.

Современная студия, конура как моя кухня по цене загородного дома с участком соток 20. кто это покупает, а главное ЗАЧЕМ. и эта страна занимает большую часть суши и народа в ней живёт 2 с половиной человека. а квартирки строят как в китае. верным путём идём товарищи, всё у нас как говорится хорошо!!
