    I love Japan and Japanese food, and ramen is my favorite (I could eat it daily ;-)). This place looks really amazing and the ramen looks so tasty. What I love most about Japanese food (besides the taste, the freshness of the ingredients and the overall great quality), is that most people working in a restaurant in Japan, are so proud of their food and their work, and take great care to satisfy every customer. I cant wait to be back in Japan at the beginning of March.

    Is pork often used in ramen? If you replace pork with beef, it will definitely be more delicious. I'm not a fan of pork, I'm a fan of beef. Sorry if I'm wrong
