Toyama | TORAMARU Izakaya ★★Fire Spit Grill & Drinks★★ 富山県富山市とらまる居酒屋

TORAMARU is located a short walk from Toyama Castle. It is an izakaya (Japanese tapas bar) that features charcoal spit fire grilled seafood and meat. There is also a menu for sashimi. And it is known for a few items like the Beef Offal Stew, Potato Salad, Cheese tofu, Crab Rice, and a few more. There is also an extensive drinking menu with sake from different regions to Sangria to Shochu to High Ball. This place is a lot of fun. There were a lot of young people, and people kept coming in. The place was packed. The sashimi was fresh. And all the tapas plates were delicious. The spit fire grilled items were amazing. There’s even one item on the menu called “fried chicken done right”… these guys are confident about their skills on the fire. I truly enjoyed this place. There is no parking, however.
