I came to Asagaya. Asagaya Station is about 10 minutes from Shinjuku Station on the Chuo Line. Around Asagaya Station, there is a movie theater called Laputa, Mr. A’s garden, and a shopping street. Let me introduce Asagaya.

I like watching videos like yours when I listening audio books. Maybe if you add some subtitles with information or your thoughts about walk or places it would make your content more unique and engaging.
There are many japan walking channel with no subtitles. As for me, adding subtitles would make it more interesting while not contradicting my audio book listening.
Anyway your content is nice, even if you have few subscribers for now.
