Naoshima| Tour video of the Benesse House Museum | Tadao Ando | 360°VR Ambisonics | 直島 ベネッセハウスミュージアム
This channel has been on hiatus for a long time, but I have purchased a new piece of filming equipment, the Insta360 X4, and I wanted to take advantage of it to show you some art tour videos.
First, let me show you some “pictures” of the Benesse House Museum in Naoshima Island.
Although some people have uploaded “videos” of this museum on Youtube and Google Maps, “video recording” inside the Benesse House Museum is essentially a prohibited activity.
I respect Benesse House Museum and the other artworks exhibited in the museum and their creators, so I did not shoot a video according to that rule. This video I created consists entirely of photographs.
The audio is provided by ZOOM H3-VR and can be heard on Ambisonics. However, most of the audio sounds like white noise, so the video does not have the effect of Ambisonics.
In the future, I plan to upload videos of my art walking tours of the various islands scattered throughout the Seto Inland Sea, so stay tuned.
