  4. 9:47 it is a modern statue of a "tapada limeña". Tapadas is how they called women wearing this veil covering half of their faces.

  5. It's so funny to see tourists man as a Peruvian and New Yorker . When I lived in Lima i witnessed so much crime activity on those streets lmao and sadly same thing here in NYC

  6. Llegaron en una fecha en la que todo está abarrotado se gente, deberían venir en julio. Es fiestas patrias y no hay mucha gente.

  7. You haven't even tried chicha morada which is a Peruvian drink and many dishes. Subway is not Peruvian food.

  8. You would've liked El Olivar Park in the San Isidro neighborhood. Huge park that features hundreds of olive trees that are a few centuries old.

  9. I'm a Peruvian working abroad, so I'm usually at home only around 3 months a year… And despite having already visited many wonderful cities around the world I always miss my Lima despite all the flaws and problems it may have as any other big city. As they say, no hay lugar como el hogar 🥰 your video made me smile, thank you for that guys, I'm so happy you had a good time in my city! Greetings from a new subscriber 😉

  10. This is so awesome! Thank you for making this video. Not enough people know how amazing Perú ❤ 🇵🇪 Lima has San Diego weather without the high costs

  11. Para probar un verdadero lomo saltado tenian que visitar el Resturante Domo Saltado y para probar un verdadero arroz Chaufa tenian que ir al barrio chino en Lima

  12. Yes, come on visit that visit that my mom from there and I think my dad my whole family from there try to get my grandma. She has curly hair with some like kind of reddish. I don’t know where she is, but she’s in.

  13. In Peru we have 2 versions of the national flag one is used by the government and the other one is used by most people, you’re welcome!
    🇵🇪❤🇵🇪❤️

  14. Just in case your question about the coat of arms hasn't been answered yet. By law, the coat of arms can only be present on flags located in state buildings or used for official purposes. Flags on regular houses, can't have the coat of arms, just the red and white part.
We have 2 coat of arms. The one used by the goverment, wich is surrounded by palm and bay leaves, and the one used by the armed forces is surrounded by red and white kind of like drapes things.

  15. You should visit La Republica Independiente de Arequipa, the brother country of Peru.
